By the time I arrived, paid for, and got my car back, I believe it had been no more than 20 minutes. It was the experience I was exactly looking for! The lobby was pretty small, with only a handful of chairs for customers to sit at. They do offer coffee, water, and I believe tea products for folks who want/need it while they were waiting. I would just keep in mind that the price for the oil change will likely be an extra $5 than advertised because of the oil filter change. Other pros: they offer free topping off of oil and other engine fluids between oil changes at Jiffy Lube, they are quick, friendly employees, and go through all of the inspections of the oil change with you at your car. They also vacuum out the interior of your car and wash your windows. I got more than I anticipated going here! Highly recommend.
