We highly recommend Fence Bldr! Julio takes pride in their jobs and it shows in the quality of their workmanship and materials they use! We had Fence Bldr level a large raised rose bed and garden bed in our back yard, fill in a large hole where we had removed a large swim spa that was sunk approx. 2 1/2 feet in a concrete pad. They filled the swim spa hole leveled the ground and put in a large concrete patio around our existing lawn and the area where the swim spa was and extended the concrete down one side of our home which is now home to a storage shed. They were conscientious about not damaging any existing trees and our pergola that were in the same area as the ground they leveled. The concrete patio came out beautiful! We liked their work ethic and pride in workmanship so much we also had Fence Bldr replace all our fencing after the patio/concrete job. The fences were good neighbor fences at the back of our home and on one side of our home. The fence on the other side of our home was a street side fence which we had Fence Bldr install a gate in the new fence and a concrete driveway from the street sidewalk to our backyard patio. It came out beautifully, the fences are strong and of good quality,nicely done. We are happy and our neighbors are happy! I wanted to upgrade my old all-wood gate leading to my backyard while enhancing the street view of my home by also replacing a 5 foot stretch of fence that faces the street on the other side of the house. I hired Fence BLDR (Julio) through my neighbor, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Although the agreement was for the highest quality materials, the builder did not deliver as promised. Additionally, his professionalism was lacking. On the final day, when I requested confirmation from my neighbor before making payment, he reacted unprofessionally, yelling and demanding immediate payment. He even threatened to call authorities and behaved aggressively. Overall, I would not recommend his services due to the subpar materials and unprofessional conduct. read more
