Tina is the most sweetest woman, and she really is super nice and accommodating. The shop is really cute very clean comfortable to sit when you get in your pedicure. The parking near is a little weird there's park and ride in front but it was very busy when I got there and it's only for an hour. I just parked on the side street it's not that far of a walk. I cut my nails down, change the shape to square they are my real nails I just acrylic over them so they don't break. The one thing I kind of don't like is that you can see that it's acrylic usually my nails are a lot thinner than this and they don't look so bulky. But other than that I don't think it was a terrible job. She also did really well on my pedicure, I don't like the way she shaped my toes but that's okay it didn't come out terrible either. She has decent prices, she has a great selection of dip if that's your thing. She has a decent amount of colors to but not a wide variety. I started going here a few weeks ago and I ask for Linh. I am a pediatric therapist and my nails never last over a week or so. Her gel mani/pedis have lasted up to three weeks with no lifting, though I end up going sooner because of her freehand designs. I let her choose and the results have been fantastic. Tina is such a super duper awesome nail specialist i have ever known! She could do everything they have on google!!! Whatever I showed her, she said"she i can" LOL ....And not just as good....but best!!!! I barely have my toenails, she made the magic happened!!!! They are great at what they do! but the place is not very trendy or updated. "Get rid of the Junk everywhere and maybe it would attract a younger crowd". People love going somewhere that has looks nice and clean. When your place looks junky people alternatively think dirty. Trash sitting in the window seal, curtains hanging on a string. The TV should be accommodating the customer not the staff it was awful karoke crap. Their gel nail color.. if you pick out a color.... Make sure they have it before you settle otherwise you will be forced to pick a color immediately right when they want to start doing your nails. Also if you think you are paying $36 for a manni pedi don't be fooled because in the end if you add gel it's $51. You decide, they are an A for quality of work but a D+ for all they other stuff that can actually be fixed..... Let's go Fendi Nails step it up make your place nicer! read more

Walked in for my 5 pm appt, after 5-10mns someone else walked in Tina told her to go and seat on pedicure chair right away. Then I had to ask if I should return at 6, all Tina said ( well sure we got stuck come back at 6) and gave me a sorry as I was exiting the door. Customer service is a zero for me. And that was the owner. Clearly I'm going to another salon and never going back there, and I never want anyone walking out of my business with this kind of customer service. read more

Fendi Nail Salon is under new management, and the new owner, Tina, is phenomenal. For over 25 years, she has done classic manis and pedis for me as well as acrylics, gels, and dips. NOBODY does it better, and there are reasons for that!!! Tina keeps everything immaculately clean, and my nails look perfect every time I have them done at her salon. She has a very warm and friendly personality and communication with her is easy because she speaks English. You never feel rushed because Tina takes her time with each client, she is precise, her prices are reasonable, and the quality of her work is exceptional. On the seventh day, God created Ben. Let me start from the beginning, it was a dreary day in Watertown, MA. Rush hour had just started and my stress level was increasing by the minute. To make matters worse, earlier in the day three of my gel nails chipped LESS THAN A WEEK after getting them done. I had gotten them done at a dump when I was in a rush (serves me right). I was beside myself. My nails looked like I had no self respect and I was embarrassed of who I was...I couldn't bear to look in the mirror. I proceeded to google the closest nail salon to rescue my dignity. I walked in and announced I was having an emergency showing everyone the monstrosity that was my botched manicure. A delightful man calmly told me to sit down and pick a color. It was as if the heavens opened!!! I was being saved. He fixed me up in no time and didn't bother to even have small talk because he was too consumed in the nail masterpiece he was creating. They stayed for ALMOST A WHOLE. I don't care if it takes me an hour in Boston traffic, my loyalty in with Ben and yours should be too. He is truly a nail whisperer. Went here for a last minute mani/pedi and going to a truck stop for a mani/pedi would have probably been a safer bet. DON'T GO HERE. My manicure has managed to completely chip off less than 24 hrs after and I now have a HUGE blood blister from where the lady scraped the crap out of my toe. Also, the person was very rude- saying "no" when I asked her to pumice my heals and after asking her to spray the tops of my nails with the drying spray she told me to do it myself. Oh and I looked down on two different occasions to see bleeding toes. This place is disgusted and must be crawling with disease. Do yourself a favor and don't even look at this place when you drive by- it was that bad. read more

I'm a nail biter and my nails look terrible until I go to this salon to have a set of acrylic nails. The woman who wears glasses is an artist! Also, it keeps me from biting my nails in public (gross) with the acrylics. It lasts about 3-4 weeks and then you may want to "fill" them. read more
