Great place to get a pedicure and manicure. The ladies and gentlemen staff are super nice and provide drinks when they are available. This time was my first time trying gel-x and I'm loving the quality so far. Busy and lively atmosphere during the weekends, maybe best to try and call in for an appointment if you're coming with a friend. Parking lot is busy, stay alert while walking.

I came in wanting nails that look like jade with beautiful gold details and pearls. Instead my nail tech kept showing me colors that looked nothing like what I wanted and asking me if it was okay. I was there for over an hour and my color wasn't even put on yet. Instead of picking out the colors to recreate the photo I wanted she asked me over and over for me to pick and by the time she put the colors on it looked nothing like what I came in asking for. It's the artists job to recreate the phone not the clients. When she put the colors on I hated them and asked to do just plain red. After being there for an hour and a half I left with plain red short nails and glue all over my fingers. The actual application isn't even good. I'm beyond disappointed.

I am loyal to Fendy Nail Paula for my Long Gel X nails and Naomi for my pedicures both are great! The service is GREAT amd the free Iced Vietnamese Coffee is strong (They have other drinks as well) Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

I got gel x done here on March 29th, all of my nails have fallen off as of April 1. The first nail fell off on March 30th. I am on a trip so I cannot go get it fixed. Nails were coming off as she was doing them, and I insisted that this will not work, but another technician said it will work out. I'm used to coming here for pedicures, but I'm not going to even come here for that because my pedicure is already chipping off. I'm really upset because we went back-and-forth on this and they did not listen to me. So I will not be coming back here and I will not be recommending them to my family and friends, especially before a big trip. So much for being Fendy and trendy. Also the manicure wasn't cheap and I always tip well!

I went to take off my gel nails, and clean up my nails. they messed up my nails and this is how one of my nails looked like after I went home. First time I went it was 10$ only, second time it was 15$ despite me going only two weeks after. I don't recommend, they up charge depending on who's at the cashier they don't always go by the same price.

I pay for better nails from my nail technician for the same price. I haven't been here in years and wanted to give it a try but they charged me 15 to remove my gel on my pedicure and 30 for the pedicure. They didnt soak off my nails so it took longer than it needed. Her application for the acrylic overlay is so thick and isnt touching my cuticle so the polish application doesn't look nice. I'm sad and I couldn't tip sadly because both services cost 100$ total and that's all my cash. I won't be back. I wish Derek still worked here he was my favorite! I have visited this place about 10 times now. Each visit is the same, in a good way. I value consistency. First off, it's clean and bright. It's always decorated beautifully - and during the holiday season it really shines. When you come with a friend they try to seat you together for the service which is nice as most places don't care or don't try to do so. They offer a self-service candy bar at the front right when you walk in. Help yourself to a nice selection of candy to eat while you're relaxing during your service. You also get one free beverage (they have Vietnamese coffee, sodas, water). I have only come for gel pedicures so I can't comment on any other service. The pricing is competitive, baseline is $35 and it goes up. Every service you want adds a little more $ - callus removal, more massage time, hot towel wrap, etc - If you're getting gel add $10 to each package you pick. If gel French manicure add another $5 on top of that. I have worked with a lot of nail techs there (I don't have a preference) and they've all done a great job. They are all kind, considerate, and never make you feel rushed no matter how busy they get. *their foot massages are the only downside. They have all been weak. I like a good strong foot massage and I've never gotten one here. I believe the owners work the front reception (a male and a female who are always there and seem authoritative) and they are always so polite and nice when greeting you and checking you in. They also walk the floor and wipe down windows, fluff pillows, offer you drinks. It really adds a nice touch. Is getting your nails done pricey? Yep. Does it feel worth it coming here? Yes. I absolutely enjoy this nail salon. I would call it a place to escape and unwind even. The ambience is festive, currently fall, and inviting. Its atmosphere will get you into the spirit of any Holiday. As a little perk, which I thoroughly enjoy, is a free drink as you are pampered. I always get the lemonade but I've seen others get an iced coffee drink and even champagne. I'd like to shout out my nail technician, Nina. Today she created a conservative fall look for me with a touch of black to bring out the Halloween vibe. She does a quality job on acrylic nails too. That's what I have. I've included a picture of my new paint job done today. Thanks Nina and thanks Fendy nails for making me feel at home and appreciated as a customer.

I've been here maybe 5-7 times for a full set or waxing. They are always professional, friendly, and fast. They always answer the phone and are good with walk-in's on a weekday. Everything is super clean, and they're one of the few nail salons that I see uses proper sanitation for pedicures. You can go to most of their nail techs and turn out with a great design. They always check in with me during the process to make sure everything is ok with the nail design. By far the best nail salon I've been to! Nails in the photo were done by Sophia

Fendy appointments are a gift I give myself. Lash extensions review: if you have ever considered getting lash extensions, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Jolie. I wouldn't trust anyone else with glue near my eyes - see my before and after picture to highlight that even those of us with very thin and sparse lashes can rock a natural looking extension! Nail review: I often go with a friend for quick manis (gel dip nails) and love that it makes it easier to feel put together no matter what the work or personal life brings during the week. I've tried their manis and pedis on the chairs, have done nails with and without tips, have had friends do the chrome over their nails (extra coat but looks stunning), acrylic, gel, ombre dip...it's all good. I love that I can make appointments online if I don't want to talk to a human. You check in on a tablet when you get there and have a few chairs as a waiting area. They offer complimentary beverage, but they are also ok if you bring your own (I'll sometimes stop at the nearby coffee shop). All the technicians seem very knowledgeable and competent, and if there is something you don't like are very accommodating about fixing anything (please tell them when you first notice and don't wait till the end). I think I'll try some designs next time I go. I'm attaching a picture of nails 3 weeks in that look perfect except for growth, this is what I've come to expect and am very satisfied with their consistent quality service.

I've been here about four times total and every single time I've had a problem with my nails I tried liking it and I came in multiple times to get my nail fixed and then this last time I had to get my nails fixed a week after and then it's three days after I got my nail fixed it had already peeled off my nail. I called to ask if I could come in and he said yes mind you I live 20 minutes away and I sat in there for about 15 minutes and he told me that I couldn't get my thumb fixed because he could only fix work one time it's their policy. I don't get how poor quality work has a policy. Bad management & workers we're arguing about not wanting to fix my nail. read more

This nail salon is; customer service oriented, modern, clean and "Fendy". Not only is the service great, they have a reward system in place per visit, and double points for paying cash! The cherry on top? Free beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic), free candy bar, and free ice cream. The salon is open design, and very clean. My wife is very particular about her toes, she has had to undergo painful procedures to fix ingrown toenails (genetic). We go every month, and always have a good experience here; walk-in or by appointment. read more

This is my 2nd time here. I live close by so I found this place to be very convenient. The owner Andy is very nice and accommodating. The salon is very clean and cute with decor. He came around and offered me a drink. My manicurist was awesome and friendly. The gal doing my pedicure gave off a very stand offish vibe. When she asked me which one of their packages I wanted, I told her the express... which she seemed like she was judging me. Maybe it's because I don't require all the bells and whistles. I'm a basic bitch and don't do gel... ever. Anyways, I asked for a heart to be drawn on my big toes... which she replied it would be too hard because I'm not getting gel. Ok.. whateva... and so I asked for a flower.. which again, she was hesitant but said ok. And since I'm basic, I got the most basic flower.. very little effort from her to make it look nice... I tipped both gals a little over 15% on my $48 tab. Would I come back again? Yes, just to try it out.. cause 3rd time is a charm. read more

Very clean and nicely designed nail spa with attentive staff. My daughter (6) and I came in and enjoyed manicures and pedicures. Gel manicure for me and a milk and honey pedicure, she had a "princess combo". Free drink including things like champagne, wine and iced coffee. I had an iced coffee which was delicious. Came here after a friend recommended this place. I give this place a 10/10! I was a walk in on a Saturday morning so I was expecting to have a wait time but as soon as I stepped in I was taken care of. Lyn waxed my eyebrows and did my express pedicure. Ivy did my acrylics. I got almond shape with a nude color. I was satisfied with their services. Their prices are reasonable, the space is clean, and the staff is nice! They also offered me a complimentary drink. Are you kidding me????? I walk in, after calling to see if they had time on a Sunday.... Soaked for 15 minutes.. TOO LONG. Meanwhile 4 FOUR (So they can know) workers sitting there playing cards. I mean, wtf is that? Tell these broads to go to their illegal gambling houses in GG or Westminster.... Such a scene with their card table right out in the front. Tech codnt even understand the number of the Polish I wanted she picked three other colors before she finally realized I said 49 nope. Avoid this place!!! They did a terrible job and charged me $130 for fill and a gel pedicure in 2 days my nails were cracking and breaking and they told me it's because the powder was old. I had them done originally at this nail salon and that was only my 3rd fill which I get 1.5 to 2 weeks. If your powder needs to be filled that often and taken off that often obviously you're using cheap shit then tell me you're gonna give me a discount and fix them and still try to charge me $70 to fix your disaster is dishonest, a rip off, and insulting! My nails have never looked so bad after them taking off their shitty product and now I will be going to another nail salon and never giving them another chance. I wouldn't give them a chance if I were you!!! read more

Too many issues with this salon they made me wait almost an hour just to tell me they can't do my nails because "there's no more technicians" why make me wait then? They will always change their prices on you and they overcharge to begin with. It's hard to get a good shape especially almond the guy there never listens to what you want. I brought in my own nail decals and they still charged me $100 just for my nails I even was kind enough to let them have the left over decals just in case another client will want my same nails and it's more buisness for them. Very greedy and very unprofessional! I highly recommend going to cypress pro nails instead! read more

Highly recommend. I have been here 2 times and both times I asked to difficult nail art and both time they did it almost the same. Everyone there is highly trained and know what they are doing . I felt bad making an appointment at 5:45 knowing they closed at 7 but I had to get my nails done after work for Vegas. The guy rushed the service a little bit which is understandable knowing the time frame. I wish he would have cut my natural nail down before starting and I wish they would have offered me a drink because on the TV it said they have complimentary drinks. 10/10 recommend TOMMY for nail services. He has executed the nail shape and design to perfection! He is really meticulous and it shows in how nice they turn out. I haven't had any breakage, chips, or peeling with him as my nail technician. I have gone almost four weeks (not by choice, just busy) and no chips or lifting and they grow out very nicely. Fendy Nail Lounge is definitely the place to go, I have seen other nail technicians here that have great work as well!! read more

Avoid this nail salon at all costs. I had a 5pm appointment for dip & a gel pedi. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and waited over 30 minutes to even be seated. After sitting in one chair for about 10 minutes, Andy, the manager, moved me to a different chair. Once in my second chair, my nail tech arrived. I don't know her name, but it took her an hour and a half to do dip nails. To remove my existing dip, she placed my hands in a plastic bag full of alcohol surrounded by a hot towel which not only caused my hands to dry out but a chemical reaction on my skin on top of that. While filing with the machine she cut just about every single one of my fingers. I asked for square round but my nails are visibly only round, no square whatsoever. I asked to see the color book. She said they didn't have one - a few minutes later I saw a pink color book floating around. Thought you didn't have one? Oh, and after being there for two hours I didn't even get my pedicure. My APPOINTMENT was at 5 so there's absolutely NO REASON why my hands and feet weren't done at the same time. An hour and a half to do dip nails, disgustingly messy ones at that, is ridiculous. Andy doesn't stand behind the work of his techs at all. He saw no issue with my cuts, stained fingers, or crusty bits of removed dip left on my hands. He doesn't care about customer satisfaction, just money. $40 down the drain. Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else. read more

I've been here twice and every single time I go, I walk out with a big smile on my face. Paula did my nails in both of these photos, I went to another salon first and they were terrible! but thankfully, she fixed them for me! Not only that but just in general, the staff is so nice and my nails always turn out how I want them. It is very spacious and the chairs are very comfortable!
