First timer at FengCha that will definitely be returning! Stopped by and grabbed a traditional milk chai and it was really good. I asked for low sweetness and I was perfect. Super causal spot, staff was friendly and helpful.

Boba, boba, boba - which boba do you want? I always choose their Classic Milk tea boba with boba ( obviously :-P). No one makes boba tea like Fengcha does ( period). From packaging to the tea itself, not just me but my parents from India have enjoyed! You can get yourself a milk tea, fruity tea, green tea (you name it). Everyone in the place is super friendly plus the order is typically ready soon! And their ambiance is aesthetic too! My favourite boba tea shop in the DFW area *_*

I love the location of this Feng Cha. It is close to my office so it's super close whenever I need an afternoon treat or pick me up. I love the size of their drinks as well as the richness. Some of my favorite drinks here include the dirty boba creme brûlée and the Thai milk tea. Service isn't too interactive. They have a sign recommending guest to order via the kiosk unless you're paying with cash... maybe for faster service. The overall store is clean and open, and a family friend environment. I'll definitely be back!

Service is excellent. Staff answered all of the questions we had. Quick service as well. The place was immaculately clean. 5/5 The bursting dragonfruit drink could have had more fruit, but the drink overall was good. 3.5/5 There is plenty of parking in the lot. 5/5

It's a simple, clean, and comfortable cafe, not much different from other FengChas. I usually don't like FengChas because their drinks are too sweet for me (and therefore I need to order less sweet), but the Mango Breeze was icy and refreshing, and a little creamy as well with the foam on top. Definitely recommend on a hot day!

We typically order our boba drinks without ice, so that is what we did here. Unfortunately, that was a horrible mistake that ruined the drink. Our drinks were warm, so it was hard to really taste the flavor and was just not enjoyable. Other boba shops I've been to will suggest certain drinks have ice, and I think it might be better if FengCha does this too. However, this was partially customer error, so I can't be too unhappy. However, I am unhappy that the drink I received was lactose-free and not dairy free. I asked the cashier and he reassured me that what they use would be fine for my dairy allergy. Seeing as I had a pounding headache for the rest of the day, he was definitely wrong about that. Please train your employees adequately! *edit: I went with 4 people and the 2 drinks pictured were not what I personally consumed. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of my drink so I don't remember what was lactose-free.

This place is so perfect for a quick boba stop, I've been here too many times over the years to count. The black milk tea is so good here, my mom compares every other shop we visit with the one from Fengcha Allen ("Not too sweet" haha). I drink everything at 25% and it never fails. My go-tos are a milk foam tea with peach oolong + matcha foam or a black milk tea with cheese foam! The milk foams here are sublime; Matcha and cheese are my favorite flavors. The texture is always right and the serving size is great. Boba prices have gone up a lot-bleh inflation- but the prices here aren't too bad compared to some other franchises especially since the cups are so big. Each is ~24 ounces.. dang! There's been a lot of foot traffic since opening but the service is still smooth. Kudos to all the college & high school students & staff for working their butts off. The managers are also really kind They offer super quick solutions to any problem you might have so don't be afraid to ask! Love this place :') I always think about it when I visit any other store

ORDER - Strawberry Breeze - Peach Oolong Tea Hands-down the best boba place in Allen. Compared to other places, the boba is usually (depending on the day) chewy which is nice. The price isn't too overly expensive compared to other places and is definitely worth the price. I ordered Peach Oolong Tea 25% Sugar and Less Ice. The drink definitely had the oolong tea flavor and the sugar was the perfect amount (based on my preference). Nice peach essence to it which made the drink better. My brother got the Strawberry Breeze and I tried some. They use fresh strawberries with milk-based slush and lychee jelly. This drink has an overall refreshing flavor, is not overly sweet, and is delicious! Overall, the drinks are consistently good and their cups are also nice and durable! VIBES Very nice place to catch up with friends (and maybe study if you can deal with a little bit of noise). Cute decorations and not too much seating but enough seating to make the place comfy and decently spacious. SERVICE Most of the workers are high school or college students, but overall, they're really nice and patient when customers are ordering. People are respectful and orders come out really quick.

We stopped in after lunch and it was packed. The menu is wonderful and has tons of options including dairy free (almond & oat milk). They have a top drinks list to choose from but also have a plethora of fruit teas and slushies with cheese foam. We ordered the dirty boba with oat milk and the matcha breeze /slush (both with half sugar). The dirty boba was delicious! Definitely a must try. The matcha was pretty watery and very plain. I was disappointed because it was one of the top drinks. Overall the menu is great so I'd come back and try some fruit teas.

Boba is here in Allen! Yay! My daughter really wanted to try this location because it's so close to us. We had previously been to the location in Richardson WAAY back when they first opened. She noticed the menu has expanded quite a bit. What she got: Dirty boba - what it means is that they sprinkle chocolate dust on top of the cheese foam. No tea but you can add tea if you like!

The shop is so cozy and clean. It's my first time to FengCha and the service member was very kind and knowledgeable about the different options when helping me choose what to get. I ended up going within my comfort zone but maybe next time I will be more adventurous! It might be a little more expensive than other boba shops but the ingredients are fresh and natural (as advertised, not fact checked) AND they have compostabl straws, so I'm a happy camper to support the establishment! Update: my unopened drink passed the drop test. I accidentally knocked it over on my desk and the top didn't pop off! Update#2: I got regular sugar and it's way too much for my taste. My current drink is a sugar boba featuring subtle earthy notes of matcha. - so if you don't want diabetes, it's better to reduce the sugar level

Update- thank you Aaron, store manager for addressing the issues on my review. Again, I really like the products. I'll give them 4 stars for the follow-up & great tasting drinks. SoI like the flavor of the drinks here especially the cheese foam. I'm giving this 2 stars for running out of boba on a Saturday night. I'm not sure how the inventory works for a Boba place, I guess it's like going to a burger place & running out of hamburgers. Then, I went back a few days later, again because I like the taste; but, they ran out of lids. So I'm stuck with a coffee lid for a boba straw/fat straw. I'm disappointed with the inventory or lack there of. But, will grab 2 straws in the future and ask if they have boba before
