Disappointed. Not in the boba/tea but the customer service. Girl at the register seemed annoyed at everything I asked. Asked for less ice on a drink and she stated, "We can't do that." What would it take to add less ice cubes to a drink? Had a question about one of the milk foams and the gentleman making the drinks motioned as if it was an inconvenience to look into the fridge he was standing right in front of to check if it was available. The girl at the register stated to him, "Just check, Dude!" Again, tea and such was fine. Just turned away from coming again because of customer service. I've given this place a couple more tries just because it's conveniently placed on Stacy. As far as service go, they have improved and are more well prepared than my first visit. I will admit, they have gotten my order wrong 1/4 of the chances I've been here but they're happy to fix it as long as you bring it to their attention. Their selection is very small compared to other boba places, portion size is smaller, and prices are larger. I would assume this is for the better quality cup/straws. They do make their drinks more on the sweet side but you can adjust the level accordingly. One thing that kind sucks, I ordered no ice for the purpose of saving it for later, but they filled it an inch under the top :/ made me sad. Not my boba place of choice, but it's at a convenience location when I'm desperate. read more

Staff moving in rhythm to keep up with orders really well. Music and atmosphere is positive. Possibly influenced by the adorable young lady playing Jenga at the table next to us. She is about 4 years old and full of joy and love of her mother. Drinks arrive and my youngest ordered for both of us. Strawberry Overload for me and Oolong Milk Tea for her. Feng Cha offers the BEST brown sugar milk tea. DIRTY BOBA is my favorite drink and I'm pretty sure I'm turning into a boba myself. Super stoked about the new location out here! Stores always pretty busy no matter what time you come so be aware! Big fan of the fruit tea drinks, not so much the melon drinks, tend to be a bit more bitter. If you're looking for a frozen drink then try the purple reign. read more

I usually come here all the time and have been met with good customer service, especially from one of the girls who is always very nice. This time, however, there was a different girl working the front who was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that I had even ordered. I asked her about one of the drinks and she looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. My best friend and I ordered drinks from Fengcha on the app but accidentally ordered it at this location instead of the one in Fort Worth. Obviously this was a simple mistake so we called this store location and told them what happened but the MANAGER decided to be extremely rude about the situation and told us it was our fault and that we need to go pick up our drinks even though it is a whole hour away. I am VERY disappointed in the service the MANAGER provided and will be calling corporate to make sure this manager does not do this to anyone else. Please do better. read more

Meh. Tea was ok. Staff was ok. Teens who lack communication skills are running the place. They should really pull their hair back as I saw a blonde haired girl pulling her hair out of her mouth as she was making our order. I ended up tossing mine out as the flavor just wasn't good. I ordered the strawberry blast. They do put a lot into the presentation of their cups. If I return I'll definitely try a different flavor. The place is cute. I can see this maybe being a trendy little beverage spot for teens. They were playing pop music and the place is fully decorated with fake IKEA plants. I was like ok that's fine you can put it in whatever cup you've got. "We're only selling large right now" okay cool, I want the small one you can just put it in a big cup. "No corporate said we can't sell small drinks in big cups you can only get a large drink" so you would turn away customers because you don't want to give out cups for YOUR DRINK that WE'RE buying? Awesome boba, one of its kind. You might have had boba at several places but their drinks are very unusual and different.

Even with the soft open (meaning all the workers are still learning how to make the drink) they got my drink out pretty fast and they let me taste my drink so I can make sure its to my liking if not they would remake it! Great service! Would come again! read more

This place has great drinks, but I wish they would give customers an order number in their receipt or ask for the customer's name like Starbucks to avoid confusion when the drinks come out. The employees just call out the drink names, so if there's more than one customer that ordered the same thing, someone might not get their drink first even if they ordered it before the others. read more
