I was impressed by the marbling on the Strips. The Filets were outstanding, too. One word of advice - ask the butcher to remove the silver skin off the back of the ribs. I was surprised it was on. It had a great bun and a delicious burger sauce. Definitely a smash burger style. Fries were a little soggy for my taste but still good. The menu is small with only about 3 other sandwiches, I think this burger is the main reason to come! The store itself is small but has a few craft food items like smaller batch chips, chocolates, assorted ingredients, and of course, a butchery.
