This is probably the worst food experience I've ever had in terms of flavor and customer service. My family ordered dinner from here on one of the rare occasions we have been able to get together only to be completely disappointed. Meal #1: Chicken Luciano dinner with rigatoni is suppose to be a white wine sauce with a little marinera but what we actually got was a lot of oil with a splash of marinara with penne. Meal #2: Garden Salad with grilled shrimp, the salad had two pieces of shrimp max, chopped up super small Meal #3: Steamed Spinach with grilled shrimp, everything had zero flavor and the container had so much water. It was very gross. On top of this, management was completely unprofessional and even went as far as retracting their "refund" of $25. Very poor customer service on behalf of the manager who agreed to refund me for the dishes and then called me back to retract his agreement. My husband and I ordered last night and they delivered the wrong sandwich for my order (the rest of the order was fine). Sandwiches were fine - nothing out of this world - but decent. Tonight, however, my father spent $80 on food. The steamed spinach had half a container full of water. The garden salad with shrimp arrived with chopped up shrimp. I wonder why the shrimp was chopped? Possibly because there was only 2 shrimp MAX in the entire salad? Disappointing to say the least. But more disappointing was the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager/owner. I would not recommend this restaurant nor order from them ever again. read more

* NO MASKS!! * If you're considering ordering delivery from here, I'm about to give you a behind the scenes look that you wouldn't get to see, and it will certainly change your mind. I went in to pick up a pizza. About 5 employees behind the counter just straight up weren't wearing masks. No gloves, no PPE at all. Both people making the pizza with their bare hands, maskless. The workers that were wearing masks kept pulling them down to do simple tasks that would never require that? Literally 10 small children were behind the counter MASKLESS with 3 Moms (also maskless), each of the kids receiving and eating ice cream in the back. The worst part is, when I told the tall, skinny cashier dude that I had a suggestion for them, he pulled his mask down and said "what! what did i do wrong?" I said he and his coworkers should really all be wearing masks at least, because it's really dangerous for everyone's health-- mine, theirs, their customers. It seemed like he had gotten this comment before. Then he said: "Oh yeah, sure, we'll work on that" and half covered his mouth with the mask. His patronizing response was the rude cherry on top! Since it's opening, I've been into Ferazzoli's many, many, many times now and this review is long overdue... Let me just start off by saying these guys/girls know what their doing... This place has easily some of the best pies in the area (not just Rutherford, but all surrounding cities). Their entrees? They have some of the best homemade sauces lending to just outstanding pasta dishes... Then there is the pinwheels, they have both savory and sweet, but it's the sweet that will definitely keep you coming back. The Nutella Pinwheel will "change your world!" The Location: If any of you visited the previous pizza place (Scarpa's), you will see a huge difference. Much cleaner looking and the way they have it setup leans towards a much cozier atmosphere. I just recently discovered a basic cable station called 'VICELAND' and on there is one of the greatest food-related shows ever - 'The Pizza Show'. So I grabbed my kids and off we went to try the 'Best Pizza in Bergen County' (according to The Daily Voice). Lemme tell ya - the pizza is really (!) really (!) good. There's a nice unique distinct flavor going on that makes them just different enough from all the other places out there. But the best in Bergen County? I'm not sure about that just yet. (But I can be convinced after a few more delicious pies.) The place is clean - maybe 8-10 small tables and a counter/bar part. The staff couldn't be any cooler and inviting. Have been ordering from here weekly since they opened and quickly became our favorite pizza in Rutherford! Pizza is typically crisp and flavorful. We also love their garlic knots, pin wheels, and fries. Friends and family who have visited have felt similarly. The staff is excellent, always very friendly, and the delivery boys very patient in finding our apartment. We have gotten to know the owners well over the years simply because they are warm, welcoming, personable, and extremely accommodating. Another nice perk is their rewards/loyalty program which has easily saved us at least $100 over the course of the year. This restaurant is AMAZING!!! I had the best birthday dinner there about 2 years ago. My salad was fresh and plentiful. We ordered 2 large meat lovers' pizzas and they didn't skimp on the toppings. We dined in and the area was quite clean and neat. I am an avid New York Giants fan. Luckily, there was a Giants game playing on the tv they have above the cash register. I enjoyed watching it (even though we lost) while I ate my dinner. We ordered a pasta salad, lasagna, ravioli, garlic bread, and a dessert as well. The owner even threw in an additional complimentary dessert for each of us because we were all celebrating an October birthday. I love that they have the option to dine inside, but also have a lovely sitting area with a street view available for those who prefer it.
