Pizza box
Federico P.

We live across the street, paid for the pizza upfront at 9:00pm. Asked for it to be delivered. The driver showed up at almost 10 PM with a cold pizza and a crushed pizza box. I called up the store and the manager/owner left me on hold ... refused to accept that the pizza was cold, and then had his phone girl. Tell me that it takes 30 to 45 minutes for delivery even if it's across the street... And then she told me I was breaking up and hung up on me when I told her what horrible servicethey provided.

Is there even any contest? Angelo's Chicken francese on the right, regret on the left

Listen guys. Today is the first day I've had any kind of food cravings after a week of illness. I decided that if I was going to risk my precarious stomach for anything, it would be Angelo's chicken Francese pie. I don't have it often my husband has celiac, but you know, sickbed recovery calls for top notch pizza. it's important to remember that I've been sick for a week; it's clear that my brain did not come back on line because I ordered from the wrong pizza place. I do not know how this happened, I truly don't. All I know is I opened the box and went "this ain't fuckin it" . I don't normally speak like an extra on the sopranos, but some situations call for it. So, I thought to myself, "hmm, it's already here. It would be pretty crazy to order ANOTHER pizza." And it would be crazy. But I guess you can call me crazy because I'm leaving this review while I look at my correct, amazing, so much better than the first, second pizza, so ‍ .

Garlic knots

Was supposed to get 12 garlic knots with my order, instead received 11 and half were burnt and dry. Was supposed to get a WEB10 discount but the discount didn't work and the lady behind the counter didn't seem to care when I picked up my order. This is not the first time that their system magically didn't give the WEB10 discount.

Gluten free pepperoni and pineapple

I recently found out that I am celiac and just ordered a pepperoni and pineapple gluten free pizza from this place, and WOW! This did not disappoint. Dough was crunchy and delicious, a ton of cheese and perfect mix of sweet and spicy with the pep and pineapple. They also added an extra touch to deliver it in a tin, so I can feel confident about no cross contamination. Nice job guys! Will def be back!

I got the lunch specials turkey wrap and had to get a plain slice too to be over 10$. To use a credit card has to be over 10$ and they charge an extra 3.5% tax for using a credit card. The lunch special turkey wrap was horrible. Like one slice of turkey maybe two, mayo tomato and lots of lettuce. I expected a little more turkey. The fries were really good but the plain slice tasted like it was an old slice they stuck in a microwave. Which i know they didn't use a microwave just tasted like that. The staff was super friendly and you get 4 free garlic knots upon checking in on yelp. They were really good but smaller then I expected. When looking at their specialty slices like BBQ chicken and chicken bacon ranch; those slices were way smaller then a normal slice but cost only 3.25 per slice so I don't know. I didn't try it due to the size but they looked good.

Billy's Favorite Pan Pie

For lunch today my coworker and I decided to try Angelos. We got Billy's Favorite Pan Pie. It was mediocre, wasn't bad and it wasn't great. Delivery was very quick and easy. Driver called us when he was about a minute away, our store is a little hard to find. The pizza was definitely hot and fresh but the ingredients were lacking. For a 20 dollar pizza, it just doesn't cut it. I know it was a Pan pizza but it was really too doughy. There was definitely a fair amount of cheese but the chicken was sparse. It was tomatoes, cheese, chicken cutlet and broccoli. I would try something else from them before I say I'd never eat there again. I mean I ate two slices and was happily full, I just wouldn't pay that price again for that specific pizza.

The best part was knowing Roses was down the street . Waited 25 mins for a slice with 2 toppings and fries. Forgot to put my order in & then refused to give a refund bc "it was still cooking"

I regret giving 3 stars to these guys after trying other items on their menu. Chicken alfredo pan pie is my new favorite and it deserves alllllllllll the stars! Comes with free garlic knots when you order special pie!

My order through slice app

Worst pizza/experience ever. What I ordered was not what I received. The manager refused to rectify their mistake and blamed it on Slice app. These people don't care and don't know how to make pizza. I would give them ZERO star except I had to give one in order to leave the review.

"Garlic" knots.... say what?!
Meribon W.

Tried this place for the first time today. It's Superbowl Sunday so perhaps that was my mistake ordering from a new place on one of the busiest pizzeria days of the year. We got a pizza, wings and garlic knots. Out of 12 wings there were at least 3 that had no meat on them. It looked like someone ate them and the bones were tossed back into the fryer. And what is with the "garlic" knots?! Ours were just pieces of bread, bread that they forgot to season with any butter and garlic. Tasteless! Pizza was bland. The kids wouldn't eat it. Total dinner fail! Very depressing dinner to go along with the depressing Superbowl.

Guy seemed overwhelmed and reluctantly took my order. I showed up 30 min later and no one had any record of my order. I recognized the guy's voice and told him he took my order. He was pissed and got into a shouting match with me with 3 other customers around. He eventually apologized and offered a free side of meatballs and spaghetti (don't order that btw, super underwhelming). 2nd time: Wife placed an order for a pie with half pepperoni on their website. Came back with the order and the pie had full toppings. Small nit but annoying. 3rd time: I called at 6pm on a Thursday. No one picked up. Opted to place order on their website and got the same item as last time. Showed up at and the same miserable guy asked for my name and order... and then said he didn't have any order. I told him I placed an order on the website... and he said "You should have called." with an awful (only a mother can love) grin. I showed him my email confirming 6:20pm pickup time and he said he had no order... before pulling a pie with my name on it. I asked if it had half pepperoni and it didn't. Full toppings AGAIN. Clearly, their website is not equipped to actually take half toppings orders. Pizza is OK but not worth the headache or poor service here.

I love a slice of pizza that has the crunchy bottom and the pepperoni is charred and cupped. Their white slice is good too. If you want that crunch but not too crunchy come here for a late night slice. They have pastas and sandwiches but never had it. Maybe one day. Pros: - Quick and friendly service - Crunch bottom pizza slices for those who love eating it this way - Opens late on the weekends until 2am - Want coffee?? Dunkin is next door but they close a lot earlier than here Cons: - Limited seating area - Small parking lot but late night there's always a spot Come check them out for a late night slice!

For food, we decided to order a bunch of things to share: -Zucchini fritte (with lemon aioli dipping sauce) - this was thin and perfectly crispy but somehow not oily. It was addicting -Arancini - these were okay. Could have used more meat -Margherita pizza - can't go wrong with a margherita. I do wish the actual crust was thinner -Meatball & Co pizza (meatballs, sweet sausage, cherry peppers, tomato sauce, mozzarella & ricotta cheese) - same with the crust situation. The description also said cherry peppers but they also added jalapenos, which is not a big deal - just a call out. The sausage was alright -Seafood fra Diavolo (sauteed clams, calarami, mussels, spicy tomato sauce) - sauce could have used a bit more spice. They don't skimp on the seafood though. I was pleasantly surprised by the calamari, which can taste rubberband-y but that wasn't the case here -Tiramisu - tasted fridgey/supermarket-bought -Affogato - a nice way to end the meal. Made me wonder why I don't make more affogatos at home Overall, it the meal was fine. Is it something I'd crave for? I don't think so. Well, maybe except that zucchini fritte. I wouldn't mind ordering that again. Tip - BYOB (there's a liquor store across the street)

I finally made it here. I came here for one reason and my review is based on that reason…read more This is a small, no-frills establishment. There is street parking available. We ordered via telephone and picked our items up and brought them home. The main event was the meatball parm sandwich. The best meatball parm sandwich I have had. Meatballs were fresh and perfectly seasoned. Not the usual "hard meatballs" you get from a pizza place. Sauce was plentiful and had a great kick to it. Add to it the perfect sound of mozzarella and a sprinkle of parmesan. Absolutely out of this world. The bread, which can ruin a great sandwich, was equally as good. Perfect crisp to the Italian bread. And yes, it was consistent. We ordered 3 meatball sandwiches and 1 sausage sandwich and EVERYONE commented on the bread as well. We also got a Brooklyn Pie. The pie wasn't my speed. A little doughy but I would like to try a traditional round. Again, not my style and we went solely for the meatballs but grabbed a pie as an extra. If you're in the area, you have to try it. If you're an hour away, you still have to try it.
