Our Sales Representative, Erica, was so professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She greeted us with a welcoming smile and we knew immediately we were lucky to have her helping us. We are doing a complete remodel of our primary bathroom, with all the stress and overwhelming decisions that go with it. Within a simple appointment, she helped us select all the components we needed in one package - fixtures, tub, shower pan, medicine cabinet, shower seat, all the fittings, etc. and gave us the timeline for delivery. Had the absolute worst experience. We remodeled 4 bathrooms and a laundry room. Bought everything at Ferguson. Everything is great except the sink and bathtub fixtures of the master bathroom. They immediately discolored, chipped and disintegrated. Ferguson blamed our hard water. We showed them our soft water system and test of the water. We also showed them how this didn't happened with anything else we purchased. They told us to the contact the manufacture and washed their hands of it. By the way the product was Newport Brass. Way to stand by the products you sell. read more

I do not normally bother to write companies, but if this happened to a client at my business I would want to know. My wife and I drove out to the Fergusons showroom on 2600 Marine Ave. in Redondo Beach Saturday August 27 at 10:30 AM. We are remodeling a bathroom, and needed to get a shower pan. The bathroom would be built around the dimensions of the shower pan so that was the first step. The touch point person at the showroom was fine. She said that we have to go around the back to the parts department to order a shower pan. We did look at your show room, and then went to the parts building entrance. That is where the problem was. You had three employees behind the counters, only one of whom was engaged with a customer. There was a TV, playing a football game on the wall. There was one other customer with a plumbing part standing and waiting in that lobby area. So, my wife and I stood near them. We are ignored for over six minutes. Then another customer walks in, and he pulls out a ticket from the "take a ticket" box. The customer with the plumbing part who was there before us goes over to now take a ticket and so do we. Meanwhile were still being ignored. Finally, the person who was ahead of me approaches one of the two unengaged workers, and gets taken care of. When he was done, I make eye contact, so he is forced to see me next. There is no way he could miss that my wife and I were there. I guess he thought we came in to Ferguson's so that we could watch him watch football. He said "Oh, that is a special order, we do not have those in stock." and that was the end of the conversation. I said okay I understand. Can you show me what pans are available? He begrudgingly goes over to the other counter worker, a gentleman with a beard who had been originally helping a person. My counter persons walks back, and says, "You will have to come back on Monday, the person who does special orders is here on Monday." I do not know if this man understood that my wife and I drove here on Saturday morning not because we wanted to give up our precious time, but because I have to work on Monday. We have invested nearly an hour driving over and waiting, so I try to get some help. I asked him," Could you just take our phone number, and have that person call us?" He said, "No, just come back on Monday." My wife and I were so disappointed we wasted the time to drive there, trying to support a local business. We stood around like zombies being ignored, while Ferguson people are watching football and just ignoring us, not even bothering to tell us to take a number even though we are standing 10 feet away. Then we had the indignity of scrambling to get our numbers in line, and still having to use eye contact and attention-getting to get help. And this was woeful help. He would show me anything on the computer, there is no effort to give a service, just come back on Monday like we had time to do that. I will be sure to tell my friends not to expect good service at Fergusons. Now you know why. = Then we drove to another kitchen and bath store. The touch person who greeted us at the door asked what we needed help with. He said just one moment let me get someone to help you. A minute later a man came and walked us to the counter, and he looked at the Internet and helped us pick out a Kohler pan. I had already seen that pan on Internet search so that was great. So now that was settled so we were now able to pick out the vanity and other fixtures, which we ordered. This was done in less time than it took to stand around in the lobby, and stare at people who are watching TV and busy ignoring us. I was trying to let it go, but it has been two days and I am still dismayed about how my wife and I were treated and I regret taking her there. I thought it would be a fun time to pick out nice fixtures, instead of talking about what a miserable customer experience we just had. read more

I am going to pick up my fixtures from Home Depot. I went to Fergusons and was very offended by their customer service. I was completely ignored by their sales staff and ultimately got help from the receptionist. Their prices are too high to be treated with such rudeness. There's something going on there. I don't know if it's racism, ageism, or what, but it was quite palpable. I really haven't experienced anything like it in quite some time. They won't be getting my money. The staff was primarily 30. We went back after a bad experience 9 years ago. We had a credit and wanted to give them a second chance. We put a wish list together in store with a salesperson. I saw a few weeks later that 2 parts were out of stock. I called Thursday to see how long it would be to get it OR if alternative options. I was promised a call on Friday. No call. Called again and the person was unable to help. I said we would come to the showroom on Saturday. When we arrived, we explained what had happened and was told to wait a few minutes. After half an hour, we left and went to Reback's. Best decision. They showed us everything that was in stock and went home with it all. read more

Management - you may want to actually read this review, I don't generally write bad reviews. Came in the other day with my mom to help her pick out some fixtures for kitchen and bathroom. The receptionist somewhat told us "there's stuff all over". "The really high end stuff is back that way" in a sort of curt tone like we wouldn't be interested in that. I asked about Waterstone faucets and she said she didn't know what I was talking about. How can people not know the brands the store carries? (So 2 strikes). Anyway we went around for a good 20 minutes on our own, and not 1 sales person thought to offer assistance. I saw plenty of them sitting at their desks not doing anything. Any when I say that, 1 person was literally gaming on their phone, no joke I saw it was a game. So we picked out some stuff we liked and went back to the receptionist and told her we had questions about finishes. "I'll see if I can get someone to help you", 10 minutes later still no help. So we left. @Manager someone lost about $5k in sales because of this, we went to your competitor in Torrance (name starts with a K), and got helped immediately. I wish I had checked reviews before starting my renovation--an average of three stars is actually far more than this store deserves but would've at least prepared me for the less than stellar experience I endured. From the outset, dealing with this company has been a relentless exercise in frustration, disappointment, and blatant incompetence. Despite their promises of clear communication, my project was plagued by chronic mismanagement, dismissive customer service, and a disturbing refusal to accept accountability. Although Jenise made an attempt to address some issues, it ultimately wasn't enough to overcome the overall dysfunction and poor handling of my situation. My renovation has been repeatedly stalled by surprise backorders, misinformation about delivered items, and outright refusals to provide even estimated delivery dates. As a result, the renovation is still not complete and I'm currently living with one working toilet and one functional shower--in separate rooms. Even worse, my elderly mother had to climb into a bathtub to shower because Ferguson somehow misplaced or misdelivered critical guest bath components, a problem they have yet to clearly explain or resolve. Their insultingly inadequate "discount" offer, a credit that amounted to less than 2% of what I'd already spent--far from compensation for the ongoing aggravation and inconvenience. Basic expectations like returned calls or timely email replies were repeatedly ignored. At one point, a Ferguson employee even laughed at my frustration while I was trying to navigate their incompetence. Ferguson's handling of this situation has been completely unacceptable. There are so many options for suppliers that would have done a better job. Especially at the price point that we spent for our renovation. If you value your time and money, I strongly urge you to choose any other supplier. read more

Crystal has been an amazing help during our construction project. We needed fixtures, etc for a kitchen, bar and two bathrooms. She was extremely helpful during our meeting but she truly impressed us after we made our purchases and needed to change an item and add another. **NICE SHOWROOM, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE** We are currently remodeling our kitchen and bathroom and our contractor highly recommended Ferguson. We arrived to their COVID-compliant showroom and was helped immediately. Thank you, Ted and Cassidy, for your patience and helping us select our faucets, hardware, and fixtures. Ted was able to assist us after business hours, too. His honesty, experience, and knowledge were appreciated and noteworthy. If you have a general idea, the staff can help you choose without the pressure of buying. I already knew what I wanted, so we were in and out fairly quickly. I would make an appointment beforehand if possible. Better to see them in-person as e-mails do tend to get lost in the fray. Also, be reasonable with requests as popular items do get back-ordered. All items were conveniently shipped directly to our home, yay! And when we had to return and replace an item, the warehouse customer service was kind and prompt. For any appliance order, they insist on payment in full prior to placing the order, delievry date TBD. Ordered a standard Whirlpool refrigerator, after 5-months, still waiting for delivery. They have no motivation to respond to customer calls, and providing a delivery date (i.e., they make money on the delay (interest) without doing any work). On the same order, after 3-months of waiting for the delivery of a commode, finally turned to HomeDepot, found the product, significantly cheaper. The showroom has all the bells-and-whistles, just nothing of substance backing the execution. read more

UPDATE - Unfortunately our final experience with Ferguson is 3 stars. As others have said, the actual sales experience is great. Before you buy anything, they make you feel like royalty in the store and then you feel eager to buy from them. Sadly, the follow-through just isn't there. After not receiving our parts for months after they were supposed to be delivered, and without answering our phone calls or e-mail, they finally jumped in and sent our parts after I posted an SOS Yelp review. It's for that reason my final rating is 3 stars and not 2 stars. However, we never got a promised refund for the drain that never arrived (we ended up using one from Home Depot instead) and our expensive shower head has very poor water pressure. When we needed lighting and mirrors for our bathroom, we actually decided to order through Amazon instead of going through Ferguson's again. Wow the Amazon experience was great! We were really able to explore tons of options and then narrow down to what we wanted without any sales pressure, they of course delivered right away, and when one lighting set arrived broken, all I had to do was click a button and Amazon replaced it at no cost, and immediately. And our mirror and lighting is extremely custom and looks just as high end as what we got through Ferguson's. In the future, I think we will stick with Amazon. But keep in mind this is not to say that all in-store experiences are bad - we got our tiles through Mission Tile in Orange County and they were amazing. So I guess if we ever remodel again, it's Mission Tile and Amazon, but not Ferguson's. Really sorry to say that as Ferguson's finally did send our parts, but the fact of the matter is that it should not have to take constant pro-active follow up from me plus an SOS Yelp review just to get the $11,000 worth of parts we ordered months after they were supposed to be delivered. At the very least, if parts were delayed, they should follow up with us. If we call, they should call back. If we e-mail, they should e-mail back. I hope for Ferguson's sake that they will improve on the follow-through for future customers. Treat your customers during delivery as well as you treated them during the point of sale and they will return. Drop the ball on actually delivering the products and customers like us will go elsewhere. read more

Specifically, Jenise deserves 5 stars for her attentiveness and follow-through on a bathtub plumbing part, which polished-nickel finish had deteriorated. Initially, I spoke to three different representatives and their attempts to be helpful were appreciated but Jenise (I believe a Manager) found the part, kept me apprised through email and return calls and quickly shipped the part to me so my plumber could install it. She knows how to do her job well and I am most appreciative! read more

Unprofessional, incompetent, caused multiple delays in construction already. Avoid David Garcia like the plague. Placed a large home build order with them. Delivered to the wrong address, missing 4 items. Emailed about the missing items, they said they'd arrive by 11/14 and they'd ship them as soon as they arrived. Emailed a week after for those missing parts. No reply. Had to call them multiple times, eventually called the sales distributor directly 11/27. The missing items had just been sitting there for weeks. Emailed the Salesperson to demand an explanation. Late response, asking me to email them my account number so they can look it up. Idiot, we have an active email thread you half-assedly respond to once in a blue moon. read more

We went to Ferguson to remodel our house. Paola Gomez helped us to make the right selections for the kitchen appliances, bathrooms faucets, shower heads and bathtub. We appreciated her diligence in providing the itemized parts list along with the data sheets to perform the proper installation. The value in working with Ferguson comes when the remodeling takes turns with changes and sorting out the details with both manufacturers and contractors. Paola took the extra mile to make sure that the manufacturer responds promptly with the correct information. One instance of many is that time when she helped us identify the proper exhaust pipe to connect to the exhaust fans and navigating the installation with Ferguson installers. Another instance when the cabinet maker made the wrong cutout for the appliance. Paola went through the cutout details and the measurements and identified the problem where the cabinet maker had to redo the cutout. We feel that we made the right choice by choosing appliances from Ferguson and lucky that we worked with Paola. She went well beyond what is required to assure that we have the right information, parts for the project and the details needed for the contractors. read more

My husband and I purchased a double oven last August and we are still waiting for it. It was supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving and no one bothered to contact me to tell me it was delayed. I had to chase around the status by calling several times. I stopped by the store to get a better update and I was told possibly before Christmas that their Texas warehouse has it! nope! I called again after Christmas and the lady told Me she has to call the vendor and someone would contact me on the delivery status! Nope! No one has contacted me. Ferguson has to be the worst place to try and buy your high end appliances. They use their vendors as their cop out! Perhaps they should be dealing with some better and reliable vendors. read more

About 3.5 weeks before our remodel we purchased two sinks, two faucets and accompanying hardware, and were told that everything would be in within 2 weeks. After two weeks of not hearing anything we started making calls only to find out that one sink was not coming in until after our remodel was set to be completed- the problem was that cabinets had been built using specific measurements for the sinks. Later we learned that the two faucets were not coming in either. No one told us any of this and if we hadn't kept emailing we would have been very unpleasantly surprised when these items were needed. To find this out we had to make multiple trips to the store and hope someone would help us and we had to email them numerous times. When we emailed we were told to be patient and they "had appointments all day," but it would have taken the same amount of time to just let us know what was going on. In the end we ended up super frustrated due to the lack of communication and ended up scrambling to purchase a new sink and two new faucets so that we would have them in time. Will never again do business with them. Tip: go to the showroom to look at the items but purchase directly from the manufacturer. We did that for one of our sinks- Ferguson told us it was backordered but when we ordered from another place we had it in a few days. read more

This place is gorgeous to shop in and yet and oh-so-frustrating to deal with after the order. I am finally done forever (fingers crossed) with them and I couldn't be happier. They're understaffed in the showroom and it makes for horrible customer service. It's impossible to get a call back. Email is better but still so bad. No one ever has time to take a call and answer a question so you're funneled through other depts and confined to email, which is just not an efficient way of quickly getting a problem solved. Daniel in the service dept is a special kind of rude and makes a simple thing like picking something up so annoying. He's passive aggressive and it's like, why? I'm just here to grab a part! A part that Ferguson has repeatedly screwed up the ordering on... Why not just be genuinely kind?! I'm sure he's incredibly knowledgeable but his attitude leaves a lot to be desired! read more

I've used Fergusons for multiple projects and had a good experience, which is why I returned. Typically you need to make an appointment, especially on the weekend. However, for my last project, I walked in and was helped by Paola Gomez, who happened to be sitting at the reception desk. Boy, did I get lucky!! Paola was accommodating and provided excellent advice on options at various price points. She placed the order for all items in stock and also placed a separate order for the kitchen faucet on back order to simplify tracking of the back ordered item. Her follow-up on the back-ordered item was tremendous; email updates were provided on production timing, shipment, and delivery. I will definitely continue to use and recommend Paola at Ferguson's for support with all kitchen/bath remodel projects! read more

We visited Ferguson on Marine Ave to look for a replacement of our old Delta shower set. Paola helped us by showing possible alternatives and narrowing down selections based on our preferences (type, color, water pressure, shape design, etc.) and compatibility with the existing plumbing system. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She spent over an hour with us going through the whole process, and in the end, she spotted a tiny incompatibility of a diverter setup that cannot be fixed unless we commit to a larger renovation project (tearing down the wall/tile). We ended up deciding to stick with the existing shower set for now, but Paola was still sincere and very helpful with our questions on much smaller items over email communications afterwards. We would definitely come back to Paola when we go for the new shower set. read more

Discovered missing mounting hardware from my Kohler wall hung toilet. Worked with Paola Gomez, who is an absolute miracle worker, to have Kohler send the missing parts. Went though two other people for fix to situation before getting to Paola. She was the only person able to solve and she did so in about 10 minutes. She is extremely efficient and brilliant. She's also the nicest person you'll ever meet. The entire staff at Ferguson is awesome, but she is the first person I ask for. She never lets me down. Cannot thank her enough. read more

On several occasion I've shopped there and many times I I feel I get overcharged. Today I bought some 1-1/2 abs ptraps with union each at 15.55 each. This same part is currently 5.16 a piece at Home Depot. That's a huge difference. Next time I'll just go to hajoca or hirsch since I've never had that issue. read more

I needed a replacement tub filler/faucet/handheld shower combo for a bathroom. I scheduled a virtual meeting to accomplish this due to my tight schedule and the need for the product in a quick timeframe. Not a big order for them (in the $800ish range) but Harry Dobrott set up a Zoom meeting and an account for me. I showed him my corroded faucet and he found new products that would fit my specs. With login, me running upstairs to measure twice and setting up the order the whole process took 20 minutes. Fantastic experience and my faucet combo will be delivered to me free within 2 days. They have a fair selection of high end faucets but it stops there... good luck finding a variety of vanities, ovens, fridges, etc. The customer service: non existent, literally. We walked in, roamed around, and saw about ten sales people at their desks.. no other customers. I asked for help and was told I had to sign in and put my name on the list to speak with a sales person. I had a question about the Brizo faucet line and the woman new NOTHING about the it, even though they sell them. Horrible and a waste of time! read more

I was referred to Ferguson by a friend and very glad I went. Was needing a new kitchen sink, faucet and accessories. Christian helped me and showed me exactly what I wanted and was also able to sell us a garbage disposal with a new style garbage disposal flange and stopper. It works similar to a sink stopper but does away with the rubber stopper that always gets yucky. The items were delivered in a couple of days as they have a fully stocked warehouse. I went into Ferguson's to see in person some hard for our bathroom remodel I'd seen online at build.com. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any of the items in the showroom that I saw online, in part because NOTHING WAS LABELED. I did find other things I liked but again since nothing was labeled, I couldn't look them up. When I finally decided I needed help, no one was available as they all had appointments coming up and didn't want to start helping anyone before their appointments. We went to Ferguson as it was referred to us, but if we had to do it all over again I would certainly not use them. We ordered a major appliance product in Oct'21 and were told it would deliver Mar'22. When their team scheduled delivery, their own delivery crew went to the warehouse to pick it up and the item was missing/no longer there. Since then, we were told it was on back order and would be delivered by Jun'22. No communication and no delivery by that time frame and were told in Jul'22 that it'd be delivered by end of Oct'22. We are now moved into our newly renovated property and the major appliance isn't available until end of year...with no resolution from Ferguson! Do not use them, as their word is not reliable and customer service is extremely poor. read more
