I have utilized Ferguson for kitchen and bathroom remodels. The sales staff are very knowledgeable, responsive, and deliver excellent customer service. They will likely identify all the pieces necessary for my appliances and fixtures. The sales staff listen to my needs and make very good recommendations. I feel covered as the staff has my back to ensure my items are available and in my possession when needed. I recommend you make an appointment with a salesperson to review everything you need and to have the time to review products and suggestions. Before going in, I would have an idea of what style you prefer, brands you prefer, and your timing. Or, even if you don't have specifics in mind, the staff is there to help you. Though I have just stopped by, the staff at the greeting door is always very professional and honest and does their best to ensure I am taken care of. Shout out to Christian Lua and Paola Gomez; they are truly wonderful and responsive to work with! Once you order your items, you will get an ETA, which is helpful when planning your remodel. Also, you can always check on stock items before you order so you can select something else if you have a time crunch. We remodeled our house and were taken to Ferguson to purchase our appliances, plumbing fixtures and lighting. They were very helpful in taking our money and we spent a lot of it there. We finally received our new appliances and our refrigerator blew a circuit first time plugged in. Top of the line LG $4,000.00 we spent on it. We called Ferguson and they referred us to LG. Ferguson will not replace our refrigerator or refund the money so we can buy a replacement. We have been living in our new house for two weeks without a refrigerator. Finally received the replacement part (the brain) and now can not get it serviced Even with an appointment which was today. And has been canceled do to some f---ing reason. Ferguson has not even tried to help in any way at all. They are totally worthless and I would not recommend buying anything from Ferguson and I do mean anything. Our builder highly recommended them so we followed their lead. I will not throw him under the bus as much as I would like to. Whatever anyone tells you do not give them your business! At this point they are lucky to get 1 star from myself and family. The worst of the worst in my eyes! Home Depot has better service! read more

I worked with Ted. He was really nice however follow up is horrible. I cannot get a hold of him. I ordered my appliances way back in October and the items keep being back ordered because of the pandemic. Every time I call to check on the status of my items they would tell me an item is back ordered. So I wait for the item to be available and I call back again a month later to find out that they keep giving my orders to someone else and now 3 months later I still don't have the orders. It seems like you have to take the stuff as soon as it comes in or they give it to someone else. They don't even call you to tell you that it's in. Horrible customer service. read more

On initial experience, I was impressed with Fergussons on Marine. In person interaction is phenomenal and professional, but after ordering it has been nothing but problematic. First, I was told I would receive contractor pricing, which in the end offered a small discount for the smaller insignificant purchases only. So the same items are much cheaper retail at HD. Next, once items did arrive, no one contacted us for establishing a delivery. So our remodel was put on hold until we called to check in and discover the tub and plumbing items had been sitting at the store for over a week! We set up delivery which Fergussons didn't fulfill, so I had to reschedule delivery the following week. Now after arrival of the complete order to our house we are discovering items missing that are critical to completing installation and are backordered. Again, we were never notified of this issue. I should have gone with my gut and stuck with Rebacks... who have always been great. Employees have all been kind and helpful once contacted, but this is not the level of service anticipated from a high end dealer. Look elsewhere. read more

I had the best experience in this store. We are putting in a new kitchen and bathrooms at my house and I needed everything, bathroom faucets, shower valves, sinks, kitchen sinks, faucets and appliances. I had gone to several stores that sell these items but the sales people I met did not seem knowledgeable. This store is very different. Everyone I met was knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made the experience of purchasing feel effortless. The service was incredible. I highly recommend this store. read more

I remodeled two bathrooms at the start of the pandemic and I could not have done it without Ted Potcovaru. The showroom was closed but I was able to accomplish everything I needed by phone and several Teams meetings with Ted. He scheduled time to speak with me and go over all of my many, many questions. Ted was so patient and knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations and explained pros and cons of the items I planned to purchase. I purchased sinks, faucets, shower fixtures, lights and a beautiful bathtub and found the prices to be competitive, the products high quality, and the service from Ted was top notch! read more

Went into the showroom in August to order a range, dishwasher and wine fridge. I was told appliances are difficult to get right now because of the plandemic. Received the wine fridge within 3 weeks only because we bought the Ferguson brand, Landmark. Chased down customer service and my sales rep, I was told different info by everyone I spoke to, and got the proverbial run around for 8 weeks before the range was delivered. Today, over 3 months after the initial order I cancelled the dishwasher because I was told it would be ANOTHER 6 WEEKS. I was givin the option to order another model, for substantially more money, and that wouldn't match the range we waited for. Surprising because as I was on hold to get a refund, I was able to order the same dishwasher from Best Buy, and it's being delivered in 2 days. Thought I would dismiss the horror stories and use Ferguson because they were local. That won't happen again. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm not sure why businesses like this make the client chase them down for service. They try make themselves seem exclusive by saying "contact us for pricing and availability" on every single item on their website. That's because nothing is available, and I should have realized that when the showroom looked like the dust bowl during the Great Depression. I called three times and spoke with three different sales associates to receive a quote for appliances for a kitchen remodel. The first person never sent me the quote, the second person hung up on me when she put me on hold and did not call me back, and the third was supposed to look into why I did not receive a quote as promised. She never called me back either. Pacific Sales got my $22,000 order. I will never waste my time with Ferguson again. Talk about poor customer service, incompetence and bad business. read more

Called to see if they had a particular replacement part in stock, and was told yes. I drove over 50 minutes to pick up the part only to be told that the part desk closes at noon on Saturday while the design area closes at 5...and neither is open on Sunday. I was told that the part staff often fails to mention they close early- if so, perhaps they should fix this problem... read more

I would like to thank Ferguson Pipe and Supply, especially Lawrence Thornton, Counter Supervisor for his awesome help finding a Danzi shower valve cartridge for my cousin's house. I started out with another counter person trying to find the right cartridge and it came in wrong, not the right cartridge. Lawrence stepped up to the plate to help get a new cartridge. Donzi claimed they dropped the shipment off at my address on 6-14-19 at 3:00 pm. This is just not true, and we never received the package at our door or in the mailbox. Our address is secure and we have never had a case of someone taking a package after many years of deliveries from other websites and companies. The cartridge never arrived and I called Lawrence explaining that I had not received the cartridge, once again he took the initiative to see that I would in the end receive my cartridge. I am now in possession of the correct Donzi Shower Valve Cartridge. I could not have done this without the help of Lawrence Thornton. He is awesome!!
