Dennis followed through on all my requests, and the cashier at the register also provided exceptional service, making my experience even better. When it was time to pick up the screens, they wouldn't all fit in my car. Glen, the amazing manager, went above and beyond to ensure I got my screens home safely. I asked the Ace guy about suggestions and he said, "There are no choices, and you just have to accept the problem." I asked the Manager and she said, "That there is nothing to fix the problem" I asked her if she had a toolbox and she said "No" and a screw wouldn't solve the problem and she got offended when I questioned her further and she asked me to leave. I don't appreciate being disrespected by a manager who is sensitive when challenged and the staff at Ace who didn't want to help me. No one was kind to me at all. Is this how you treat a minority Veteran who serves your country and instead is treated like dirt. The women don't know anything about toolboxes and aren't interested in helping me at all. They show no interest in looking for a solution and claimed that there was none! I wouldn't go to this Ace hardware store where you can't express your opinion, and you have to walk on eggshells! This is a hostile environment where expressing yourself is not welcome. I don't think freedom of speech is welcome as well at this store.
