This is the door they gave us with a dent in it

I went in there to order a door four weeks ago. I told him I wanted all wooden door. He hand us the paperwork and has a sign in after telling him several times I wanted one. Door goes more expensive and I told him that's OK. I want a one door. I get the door and metal and all they have to say is did you look at your receipt? I go we ordered a wooden door. We never ordered a metal door, but he knew that we weren't looking at the receipt and saw this a metal door. I had to bring it back and lose 25% on the return I went to another. And was walking with open arms and told him what I wanted. He gave me a dog for a door took us only 10 minutes to order versus going to Home Depot guys shows up late and then tells me a bunch of bullshit. I will never order another door from Home Depot ever again.

They had a really nice Christmas tree set up at this location. We came on a weekend and it was easy parking nearby to tie down your tree. They had a nice selection of various trees and the prices were moderate. They definitely have something for everyone and every budget. They offer coffee or hot chocolate for you to enjoy while tree shopping. I enjoyed one for sure. When you pick your tree, you drop it off to get the bottom cut and netted then take the tag inside to pay and walk back out to collect it. The guys can assist if needed to tie it down. Thanks Home Depot, I love my tree.

This is their policy, but they continue to defy it.

It's clearly stated in their policy that they pricematch Amazon but Karen refused. Another Karen got involved and said "welp, I can call the manager" and after some back and forth, decided to save face with "normally I can't do this but I'll make an exception one time.." Yeah, shove it. So if you find something: Bring it to the front along with the pricematch. Make sure it's sold by amazon and not a third party. You might want to print out the policy from corporate. They'll initially push back but eventually give in. As to why their minimum wage employees defend this company treats them like dirt? No idea.

The Home Depot! Everything you need for home improvement can be found here. And other things you need. I wanted to grab some boxes for moving and found some other things I've been needing. I found AA batteries, which I've been wanting for some toys. And then I grabbed some items for laundry; Woolite (a lifesaver for anyone who wears black or dark colors!), and laundry beads (they make my clothes smell soooooooo dang good!). I was able to get all the things I wanted and needed. :)

    Clean-up on 9 please.

Not long after planting, the tree didn't seem to be developing properly, so I stopped by looking for advice. The experience was disappointing. The employee helping me appeared visibly intoxicated in the middle of the day (someone I believe is connected to ownership, as I had met him during the purchase). He was unhelpful and dismissive, so I left without any real guidance. I continued trying to care for the tree, but within two months it died. When I returned to ask whether there was any warranty, replacement option, or even assistance toward purchasing a new tree, I was met by a rude employee who immediately became defensive, repeatedly emphasizing that they are a "family-owned business" while offering zero accountability or solutions. Instead, I was blamed for the tree dying, despite the fact that I had already come in previously asking for help. For a business that sells and installs expensive trees, I expected at least some level of customer service, support, or professionalism. Instead, I got poor advice, no accountability, and an overall hostile experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would recommend others do the same. Update: After digging up the dead tree, it was obvious why it failed. The root ball was extremely tight and root-bound, likely from sitting too long in the nursery box. It only had two mature roots supporting it, and both had been cut during removal and installation. They also didn't use fresh soil when planting it, which gave it little chance to establish. I went to another family-owned nursery afterward, and the difference was clear--they stood behind their product and offered a one-year warranty.

When planting into the ground, to our dismay, there was rubbish all throughout the pot... so we had to wash off all the contaminated soil and plant it bareroot. Absolutely disgusting they grow their plants with toxic plastic mixed in! They probably get free compost from the city dumps or God knows. The soil was also full of artificial fertilizer pellets which likely contain plastic polymers. I contacted them and they offered a replacement - but, whats the point of that if their other plants are grown the same way. It was too much for me to drive back and deal with that, and I'd set a time to get this job done. Was a little in touch by text with them, they didn't offer any form of refund or discount for the crappy soil condition they sold it in or the trouble to remove it, just the message: "Good luck with the bare root." Also, the tree's root system was actually quite small, a 3-5 gallon pot would have been more than adequate vs a half-filled 15 gallon pot. All in all, way overpriced for this poor quality and hassle. 2 stars instead of 1 simply because it's difficult to find some of these tropical fruit trees and the Vietnamese ladies here were friendly in person. ‍ Hopefully the tree survives the transplant shock, if it doesn't, we will fight for a full refund.

I had been looking for a yuzu tree, and this was the only place that had one and it was already 4 feet tall and only $60! Citrus trees are hard to find in Orange County due to quarantine restrictions, and some cities are even banned from purchasing them. I was surprised to discover that Mimosa Nursery not only carries citrus trees but also yuzu specifically. Beyond citrus, they have an impressive selection of other fruit trees as well. I also picked up a 7-gallon Violette de Bordeaux fig tree for $65. While you might find some of these plants cheaper elsewhere, many of the fruit trees here are already fruiting or have been pruned to the size and shape of a tree, which means they are more developed than the typical seedlings sold at lower prices. Service is very straightforward - you're not going to spend half a day chatting it up with them here. I highly recommend checking out Mimosa Nursery if you're on the hunt for a specific fruit tree.
