He showed me all the different options and their functions, including the awesome demo station where he was able to show me the pressure and functions in person which I thought was great! That's really nice that they have that in the showroom. Ozzy is very knowledgeable and he provided great customer service! Some of the pieces are not cheap but they offer a lifetime warranty which we really love. There were so many beautiful items to see and choose from. I was warmly greeted by Sheila, who was extremely kind and helpful. I briefly explained the exploding shower head tragedy, and after a quick look in the back, she retrieved a beautiful shower head.
