Came in on a Sunday to look at the shower systems. What a beautiful showroom! I was greeted by Ozzy when I walked in. He was really nice and helpful. He showed me all the different options and their functions, including the awesome demo station where he was able to show me the pressure and functions in person which I thought was great! That's really nice that they have that in the showroom. Ozzy is very knowledgeable and he provided great customer service! Some of the pieces are not cheap but they offer a lifetime warranty which we really love. There were so many beautiful items to see and choose from. It was a joy working with all the staff at this location but in particular Ozzie was our sales rep and very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Our renovation looks fantastic! I just spoke with one of the best human beings I have encountered in a while. The assistant manager, Carlo, at the Culver City store was super helpful and friendly. I inquired about a broken piece of my bathroom sink faucet and he gave me the most valuable advice for getting a replacement part with Kohler warranty. Saved me time and money on a handyman to fix. The handymen were telling me I had to replace the entire sink faucet! Thanks to Carlo, now I know that is not true! read more

Worked with "Ozzy" (Osvaldo) at the Culver City location & spent over 15k on medicine cabinets thru him (wish I didn't- because last person I want making commission on me is someone who says they'll do something & doesn't & continues to lie about it, making promises he doesn't keep, & not respond to emails about it for MONTHS). Thinks he can give me the "okie doke" & I'll forget about it. Maybe he's treating me this way because I'm a woman? I wish I worked with some other salespeople there who do what they say they're going to. I asked for plastic replacement brackets from Robern for a cabinet I have from them. He told me he'd get the price & get back to me about it but never did. Despite me repeatedly asking, over MONTHS. I'm guessing he doesn't want to deal with it because he doesn't think it's worth his time. He has no problem sending emails & following up tho I've noticed if you're going to make a big purchase! After waiting months for Robern to "get back to him" about the brackets (I'm sure he never even contacted them), he tells me on the phone last week when I ask again about the brackets I asked for months ago "oh they don't sell them anymore." Likely story. I said "I don't believe that, can you forward me their email of them saying that?" And he said he would.. but that was last Thursday & now it's Monday & he still has yet to forward me their alleged email.. Hard to prove things when you're not telling the truth... I'd rather just work with Robern myself because I'm sure I could get those plastic brackets ordered within 24 hours. Horrible customer service here no matter what you spend. & "Ozzy" lies. read more

We visited this store at 4pm on a Tuesday (closing time was 5pm). We were not greeted and walked around the store on our own. It was not crowded (~2 customers) and there appeared to be 2-3 employees at work stations or working with the customers. One female employee was working on her laptop and advised she would be "right with" us. However, after 25 minutes of wandering around and no offers of assistance, we chose to exit. Unfortunately, this meant that our planned afternoon of selecting and purchasing toilets as well as bathroom and kitchen sinks and faucets, was delayed. The afternoon was not only a poor use of time for us, but also means that another brand will now receive our business. :/ read more

So this is how people on the other side live! I never knew you could literally customize everything, I mean to the very last detail of any room in your house! I brought my mom here so we could look at bathroom sinks. We left with a bathroom vanity ( customized to her liking), shower heads, faucets, a toilet, towel bars, mirror, etc. Everything to her specifications. The style. The color. You can have anything your little heart desires! Lol This is not your Home Depot, Lowe's people! Come here if you want better quality. Great service. And customizations. We were helped by Rey (bilingual). We had our things delivered rather quickly. Only hiccup we experienced was we did get the wrong shower head color in the mail but Rey fixed that for us. read more

I went into the showroom knowing what I wanted, given I had studied their website. I walked in, asked for my specific style, Simone took me right to it, and we itemized what we needed. She did help us pick out the shower unit. The quote was done, like that! Simone was fully knowledgeable, helpful and her follow through was exceptional. When I later learned that one of my items was on backorder by weeks and weeks, I used the website to help me find something else, and she confirmed she could get it. My items were delivered to my home in beautifully packed packages. The pieces are stunning. I'm so pleased with our purchase. I do suggest knowing what you want ahead of time, if you already have an idea (with anything, I suppose). It was helpful and easy for us and for Simone too. We will be buying from here again. On another note, I did go in post-installation looking for a bathtub and the people that work there greeted me kindly, but were definitely tied up with some internal meeting. I don't think it was necessarily rude, but I do believe if you know what you want, that will go a long way. Simone was not available this particular time. read more

It looked like it would be good for bathroom faucets and controls. I went to find a bathtub (for my house, that I own, so yes, I can afford a tub) and like the other 1 star reviewers, was completely ignored. Not only that but they have maybe 5 tubs, 4 almost exactly alike, freestanding ovals with straight sides if you feel like sitting bolt upright in your bathtub, and one built-in with jets. That's it. I am currently in the process of remodeling our kids bathroom and knew I wanted to use the gorgeous Kohler fixtures but was super overwhelmed when looking at the website because I am not a contractor and don't know what valves, trims, etc go together. So, my hubby and I decided to visit the Kohler store to get some help with our project. We arrived and had to wait about 15 minutes to see a rep, and were eventually paired with Kathy Moses. Kathy IS NOTHING SHORT OF AN AMAZING HUMAN AND EMPLOYEE!!!!! She goes above and beyond - and beyond - and beyond. She is not pushy or "salesy" at all. She helped us pick out all of the fixtures for our project (faucets, showerheads, bathtub, etc.) and we even ended up ordering Cambria countertops from her. I love that they have an area where you can test the pressure of the showerheads. Not only did she provide us with excellent service in the store, but after we ordered everything, she was in constant touch with me via text, email, and phone about delivery times, specs, etc. My husband would tell me that I am a very picky person and that I think that 90% of people who have jobs in customer service are terrible at what they do - Kathy is the exception to the rule. I don't have a single complaint about her. THANK YOU KATHY for all of your help. The showroom itself was very good but was very disappointed with the customer service of Lala who helped me that day. She was very scattered with the information she had and when I asked her with quote for the things I need, she was all over the place and not very helpful with her proposal needing many back and phone calls. When you choose to be on your own, designing a remodel of your home, the task can be overwhelming. From Pirch in Glendale, to Meridian Design Center in West LA, to Pirch in Costa Mesa, including all the small bathroom showrooms, slab yards, and tile stores throughout Los Angeles County, I believe I've seen and experienced it all. I've realized after finishing the remodel of our first bathroom, the most important part of being your own designer, is having a knowledgeable and responsive resource. While starting the journey of remodeling bathroom number two, I found THE showroom and THE woman who was the answer to all my prayers! We walked into the Kohler showroom in Culver City just twenty minutes before closing and found everything we needed: tile, quartz, vanities, mirrors, faucets, tub fillers, sinks, sconces and even hardware for cabinets! If you're looking for chic, clean, and tons of options, this is the place! We also received the best customer service in our lives!!! Showroom manager Kathy Moses didn't rush us out to close promptly at 6pm, but took the time to ask what we needed and pulled samples from all over the store. We ending up leaving with an order for two faucets, a tub filler, and bathroom hardware. And later on, the touchless San Souci toilet! Kathy didn't just extend her customer service to what we experienced in the store and Kohler products, but offered her knowledge and expertise with her vast design resources. I had spent endless nights searching for hard to find 4-inch chrome, square cabinet pulls for our vanity and shared my frustration with Kathy. That same evening, she emailed me with two options in the US I could inquire with! I am so grateful for Kathy and the amazing (and local) Kohler showroom we found! Four of us were chilling on Sunday. One of us just got a new place and needs to decorate, and one of us needs a new bathroom at home, and one of us just wants to eat a juicy burger and one of us just wants to tag along so we ended up at Helm's Bakery. After 2 beers and a burger at Father's Office and perusing HD Buttercup (check and check!), I needed to use the bathroom, so what better place than a bathroom store right? Just kidding. We walked into Kohler's and I asked if there was a bathroom that I could use and Kathy was kind enough to provide me with the code and directions to the Helm's Bakery complex's not-so-public restroom. While only one of us were seriously looking at bathroom stuff, I decided to poke around anyway. Everything was beautifully displayed, with prices prominently shown on thick glass coasters so you know without even speaking to anyone whether you can afford this ish. I think this place used to be a rug store, but is now a complete kitchen and bath store with everything from tiles, tubs, toilets, showers, fixtures, etc. not just Kohler-branded fixtures. The sales team sit in the middle of the showroom with their laptops so they are easy to find. They mostly leave you alone to peruse in peace unless you have a question. I was reading the prices for a vanity and was a bit slow to understand the pricing. Fred was able to quickly break it down for me and I then realize that everything is super customizable and prices do add up quickly. Apparently I was looking at the most expensive vanity they had in the store. Oops. There were many sample bathrooms and kitchens and even a wet bar. They had an OK amount of tile samples but good enough for a store like this. They are, however, very expensive though. The one that I was most interested in was $110/sq foot. Yikes! The cheapest tile I liked was $16.95/sq foot. Probably will need to go elsewhere for more budget-friendly options. Overall, really cool store to get inspired. I saw online that they had even more selections of everything. The website was organized, easy to navigate. A great experience all around. read more

Fantastic place!! Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!! I have been working with this store and Rey Ortiz since last year (we have been doing a large rebuild and have gotten all our plumbing fixtures here). We had a few problems with our order (a few items missing or wrong) but when there's a kitchen, laundry, and more than seven bathrooms involved stuff is bound to happen. I've learned a lesson to check things immediately when they arrive. I put no blame on the showroom- Rey and his manager have been wonderful helping me resolve all of our issues. I don't often go one star and am very generous with 5 stars. Good service and stores deserve the love. But my God this place was bad. Not just once but twice! Went within a week or so of each other and on both occasions poor customer service. First time ignored. Walked around for 15 minutes and not even a hello. Second time after walking around for 10 minutes walked up to a counter and two of the employees were more concerned with their lunch order so got the inexperienced one. She couldn't answer my questions or get the shower heads to work. I felt kind of bad for her. She asked for help but the other two were too busy with their order and told her as much. One came over for a minute to show how one of the shower heads worked and then walked away again. So then more fumbling with the controls so I said thank you but I'm good. This could've been an easy sale for someone. Just wanted to see their multi-function shower heads in person before I made a decision. Questioning whether I should even order a Kohler. read more

Found the bathroom vanity of our dreams at Koehler Experience Center! Dillon assisted us through the entire process. He is absolutely the best! He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. After escorting is through the entire store and showing us the possibilities after hearing our criteria, we decided on the perfect vanity for us. PROS: - attentive service during the browsing process - beautiful display and selection so you know what you are getting (originally almost purchased online without seeing things in person, but it's best to see it in the store; ended up changing all of our selections after seeing the possibilities) - Dillon have great and honest feedback. His suggestions were so helpful. After showing photos of our backsplash and tiles, he let us know what colors would go well with our selections. - communication and follow up was thorough ( we received an information packet and quote via email the same day after our visit) - ordering process is easy and seamless (confirmed our choice via email, then communicated via phone call for actual order) - Dillon communicated with us regularly and kept us updated regarding shipping - extremely happy with our vanity and its quality (there's a reason you pay a premium price when you purchase Kohler) CONS: - shipping takes awhile so plan accordingly (6 weeks to receive our vanity) - price was on the expensive side compared to all other vanities we considered from all the other companies - although it was one vanity, pieces of our shipped separately. This meant that we expected it to arrive on a certain date, not all pieces arrived on the same day so our remodel was further delayed. - communication fell short with issues. Robern (manufacturing company) lost a few of the pieces and after my initiating communication, they had to search for the pieces and figure out what happened. This can be very aggravating when you are anxious to complete a project. Overall, we are happy with our vanity and satisfied with the experience even though there were a few hiccups. As for Dillon, Kohler is fortunate to have him representing their company. Otherwise, the rating would be lower. read more

A nightmare of customer service. Avoid if you can dealing with representative Karina Mendez. It was one mistake after another with the orders. It turned out to be such a mess that it was easier to order myself directly online. After 7 months, I am still receiving orders from Kohler in which I did not authorize as she made duplicate orders. She did not take accountability for any of her mistakes and handled these situations one after another unprofessionally. The manager at the store, Charles Brown, is absolutely wonderful - professional, kind and is able to handle the mistakes made by Karina. read more

Could have just listened to my issue, gave me the number for customer service and said they would mention it to their design department. Would never have known if they did or not. Above and beyond! Wish I could give 10 stars. I originally bought the sink at Lowes but 2 days before it was to be installed, we discovered it had small chips and the enamel was sagging in spots. The sink was not in stock at Lowes and was backordered for several weeks but I couldn't put a countertop (already templated for this exact sink) over a defective sink that could not be ch anged afterwards. In desperation, I contacted the Kohler store and Jenn and Kathy saved the day for me. They had the sink in stock and made the exchange in time for my countertop install. I am so grateful that I will continue to make all Kohler purchases directly from their store. Their customer service is first class and their tile displays and products are beyond gorgeous. I highly recommend this store and in particular Carlo. I needed five toilets for my 100 year old house which has different specs than more contemporary houses. Some toilets could work in one bathroom and not another for a number of different reasons having to do with our house. On top of that my wife and I were arguing about what to do. Carlo went above and beyond in helping us. He face timed with our plummer and showed him aspects of the toilets on his cellphone so that we could make the best decisions for ourselves. Not for one minute did Carlo look annoyed or impatient. He offered helpful information and let us make up our minds. When we went to leave the doors were locked because the store had closed one half hour earlier. Again no one rushed us out. We had kept him at work thirty minutes past closing. We are super happy with the five toilets we purchased and there was no problem returning the items which did not fit. read more

I am truly impressed with the customer service I received from Rey Ortiz. I called desperately trying to find a Kohler sink after ordering one from Lowe's and discovering it was not available - the day I was picking up the sink, I was told it would not be available for 3 months. I needed it that week!!! I phoned the Kohler Signature Store and spoke to Rey, who kindly helped me, finding the last one in their warehouse. Within 2 days, the sink was delivered to me. Rey took the time to help me over the phone with excellent customer service. Even the delivery was wonderful, they delivered quickly, efficiently, on time and professional.
