We went as walk-ins with two service animals in our arms, Immediately Marcus greeted us and asked if he could be of service. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He confidently supplied answers to all our questions which helped us make a decision on our purchase. He also volunteered to email us specs on our impending purchase. My husband and I had the best experience at the Toto showroom in West Hollywood. Marcus was amazing, he was really knowledgeable and you can tell he was very passionate about what he was talking about. I really appreciate him taking his time to talk about every model the Toto had to offer. We did not feel rushed at all in our appointment. I do recommend making a appointment in advanced to make a more personal experience, be patient with calling the showroom there's usually only one person and if they don't pick up they will call you back and you can set up a appointment usually through a link and online appointment system. It's a very easy appointment system and the showroom has a designated parking spot. I highly recommend checking out the showroom and asking for Marcus if you are interested in a bidet but do not know where to start like us. read more

The Toto website is very hard to navigate so we went to the showroom after phoning to find out if an appointment was required. It isn't but the guy on the phone said you might have to wait if you had questions. We told him we were hoping to visit next day around noon. No prob. The showroom is organized nicely and Marcus explained the subtle differences between the washlet models we were considering. Super helpful guy. The fixtures are hooked up and actually work! No high pressure because it's only a showroom. They don't actually sell out of this location. Highly recommend! read more

He's everything you'd want in customer service. I bought 2 toilets from a Toto dealer (bath store) after spending some time deciding what I wanted. The toilets came and one didn't fit in my bathroom. The store had a difficult return process and large restocking fee so I called Toto. Marcus told me about the adapter once I told him I have a 10-11 inch rough in. A fix great! The same bath store sent me the wrong part and when they told me it was my fault, Marcus noted the part number was incorrect. He even offered to send me the part free of charge because the bath store was not fixing the wrong. Overall he answered my calls and texts with zero delay (which I didn't expect) until my toilet was beautifully installed with the right part. He offered me assistance all the way to finished installed product. If you need a Toto product, call and ask for Marcus. Most people spend a third of their lives in bed and I spend mine on the can. I am so full of shit. What I am not shitting you about is that TOTO (yes their name is a shout) here is a must-visit if you are considering getting a nice toilet. By nice toilet, I don't mean a toilet that will make its user go, "Oh, it's a TOTO. You fancy, huh!" Just anything but rental grade. Something that costs more than $200 from Amazon or something that buildup won't grow so easily on or take so many flushes. Yes, American Standard elongated - I'm talking about you. My roommate's Glacier Bay round is slightly better. I called in and scheduled an appointment with Alan/Allan/Allen. [Sorry I didn't ask how to spell his name, and I didn't take a card because any paper such as flyers, business cards, and receipts that enters my car somehow immediately is never to be seen again.] I told him that I'm interested in a round toilet and he told me that there aren't that many options; in fact, there is only 1 on display. He still let me have an appointment. On the day of, he gave me a quick overview of what's in-house and then I was free to roam around while he was working on his laptop on the other side of the showroom. There are faucets and fixtures on display but mainly this showroom showcases different toilet shapes (have you heard of D-shaped and square-shaped??) as well as different toilet collections - from the nice-affordable to the Rolls Royce of toilets. Try searching "Neorest NX2" on the TOTO website and look at the MSRP. Yep, this toilet costs more than my car. But it looks so cool and easy to clean. In fact, there is no real cleaning needed with the electrolyzed water, UV light technology, special ceramic glaze and tornado flushing system. What's also cool about the Neorest is that I used one. No, not in the middle of the showroom! There are two gender neutral restrooms for use and after two cups of morning coffee, I thought it would be a good time and place to take a test drive. But too bad I had performance anxiety. While the showroom is relatively spacious and Alan has left me alone to browse while he was working on the other side of the gallery...I was thinking, maybe he forgot about me and I can stay all day...but most likely he heard me go into the bathroom and wonder when I'll leave so he can close up shop*. So I left without leaving anything behind. When I got home, my roommate asked me if I tried the bidet. Dang it, I should have, but I was too pre-occupied with my failed mission, and also at the same time reluctant to try because spraying toilet water up/onto, instead of toilet water going down and bringing things into the sewer system, seems very strange and somehow gross to me. I guess I'll have to add "not trying the bidet functions on the Neorest at TOTO Gallery" to my already-long list of Life Regrets. *TOTO Gallery is a corporate showroom by appointment only. There are MSRPs displayed but this showroom does not sell toilets. There are plenty of dealers all around. By the way, TOTO does make sub-$300 toilets. It's an accessible brand to all! This area of West Hollywood is full of fancy home stuff but scarce in free parking. There are only 2 customer-only parking spaces at TOTO, and street parking itself is not plentiful, so if you are seriously considering buying TOTO, call to come in during the work week, say hi to Alan, gawk at all the pretty toilets and then go take a thorough test drive on the Rolls Royce Neorest. read more

The showroom is beautiful, as are Toto products. I wanted to see the actual products, and most retailers do not have many on display. Due to COVID, the showroom is by appointment only, but I was able to make an appointment without much delay. Their COVID procedures are excellent, with masks and gloves available for their customers. Marcus was a pleasure to work with, and fully explained the features of the various models of their products. He gave me all the time I needed and I really appreciate his insight.
