Hubby made a bunch of calls, but received inaccurate information from Rheem (spoke to three different CSR's- two were good, one was passing along the wrong information!). Apparently, the six year warranty only exists if you use the original installer- that was the final thing we learned, from the 3rd Rheem CSR. We purchased our home in 2021, but the water heater was purchased by the previous owner in 2020. Warranties on Rheem water heaters do not transfer over. So, this is a Consumer Buyer Beware warning, to you all. It is so important to know the Warranty on everything that you buy nowadays due to Inflation and Tarriffs (recently ruled "illegal" by a Federal Judge). Hubby and our Plumber unhooked the broken unit to turn it into the Flamingo/Fort Apache one, however, it turned out to be the wrong location, Pro Desk; instead got referred to the one across from Springs Preserve, which closed at 5 pm (across town, not in the same neighborhood, BTW). Hubby calls that one, the following day, thursday, they say, "We do not deal with Residential, only Commercial." It is a good thing he called before actually just heading over there, only to waste more time. And finally, hubby called Rheem a third time. This was extremely frustrating. The difference in customer service is good information versus bad information. This is the purpose of reviews to outline the good, the bad, & the ugly. And it gives companies a chance to improve. So, we had to purchase a new one, but the Flamingo/Fort Apache one didn't have the one that we needed, in stock. So hubby and our Plumber came to this location, The Arroyo Market Square location- Rainbow/ 215. And this one had it in stock. $1483 for a new Rheem water heater. Thursday morning we had hot water again. But, man, what a run-around this was, for hubby and our Plumber. Our licensed contractor handyman is the best! Troy was very helpful in quickly tearing down, assessing, fixing, and returning our drill from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, saving us the cost of a full replacement. Due to the difficulty of even finding parts for this brand most repair shops turned us away to even have our drill inspected. Troy offered a free upfront inspection over the phone, taking on the risk that the drill was beyond salvaging which fortunately it wasn't. I highly recommend him and the APCO North Las Vegas team.

It needed to be checked for a recall by the manufacturer a few months later and Raul picked it up, had it inspected and delivered it back home. There was no issue with the vehicle but the manufacturer suggested it out of an abundance of caution. I know the colors I like but she helped me pull it all together with accents etc. She listened and has a sharp eye. I left with samples to take home to make sure it was right with the lighting in my house. Ashley is great too, when I returned Ashley was available to help me verify what I chose. As we know this is can be a daunting task but with the complimentary assistance from these designers it is very helpful and much appreciated. I have not purchased yet, but when my contractors are ready, I have picked out my stuff- I am ready! They have a large selection of tile and slabs, and a beautiful showroom.

I came in several times, not only to look for tile for my kitchen backsplash but for other areas of the house and sadly I was pointed in the wrong direction. I made it pretty clear that I was looking for large format tile either 12 x 24 or something larger in a rectangular shape. And unfortunately when my husband and I finally found a tile we wanted, come to find when I come back and try to order it, I was told it only comes in 12 x 12. So my question to the sales person is why did you even show me that in the first place? That kind of made me a little upset because it was a waste of my time when I clearly said I was looking for large tile but whatever. Another thing that I also found out while trying to purchase tile here is that they will not work with you in giving you even the slightest of discount unless it's through a contractor. But at that time, I hadn't settled on a contractor so I couldn't get a discount. Most recently when I had opened up all the boxes of tile that I bought one of the boxes came with half broken tiles. I emailed my sales lady immediately and told her what their policy was on it. She gladly reordered it for me at no charge which was very gracious of them to do that for me. In retrospect, I would've brought a scissor to open up all the boxes to make sure that there wasn't any broken tile. But I did send a picture as proof that it was broken. And this is the reason why I'm giving Daltile 3 stars. They did the right thing by me and they replaced the box of broken tile that came like that from their warehouse. Aside from that when the tile came in, it had been sitting there for a while, and nobody notified me until I called and asked about it. This was a bit upsetting, since I was in a time crunch but at least I got a box that wasn't broken. I did make sure to check the box of tile before leaving the warehouse and now I have all the tile for my project. Not sure if I'd use Daltile for my tile projects in the future but glad I was able to finally get it all in for my kitchen project. Overall Daltile is alright and I'd say you'd have to try it out for yourself. Everyone has a completely different experience and hopefully your experience is better than mine.

What I found fantastic was while their showroom is expansive, they have such an incredibly large amount of items in stock that simply will not fit on the showroom floor. Large items such as Knaack boxes and many different ladders to seasonal items such as cooling vests and accessories. Plenty of staff as well to answer questions is also never a bad thing. If you need it, go check them out and thank me later!
