To create a more open walkway between our kitchen and living room, we needed an extra tall, narrow 30" x 80" European-style refrigerator. As it turns out, the only freestanding model sold in the U.S. that fit our requirements is made by the German brand Liebherr. The frustrating part was that although other retailers near us offered the refrigerator for sale, none of the showrooms had the model on display. But guess who did? Snyder Diamond! So we made our way to Pasadena, and we're glad we did. Linda warmly welcomed us and immediately took us over to the Liebherr refrigerator. It is beautiful, well built and checked every box on our wish list. Linda was very knowledgeable and generous with her time. We ended up walking around the showroom with her, picking her brain about everything from kitchen fixtures to appliances. When I mentioned I was a coffee addict, she even offered me a cup from their built-in Miele machine--a small gesture that reflected the personal service we received. The showroom itself is beautifully organized, with a huge variety of high-quality appliances and fixtures. We highly recommend anyone planning a kitchen or home renovation to visit this family-owned business. They've been in business for decades, and have an interesting history to share. In the end, being able to see the exact Liebherr model in person gave us the confidence to make our purchase. We're grateful to John and Linda for helping us find the perfect refrigerator for our unique space. Thank you for making what could have been a frustrating search into such an enjoyable experience!

It didn't -- and we only found out because we had to follow up ourselves four days later. Jesse wasn't available, so Denisse Trejo informed us the items wouldn't ship until the end of May, a full month behind schedule. We had to cancel the order because the delay puts our entire installation timeline at risk. Jesse should have verified stock availability before taking our order. Instead, we were given information that turned out to be inaccurate, with no proactive communication about the delay. This level of service is not acceptable, and we hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. We ordered from Fergusson - no issue.

The store has an extensive inventory, although the showroom isn't large enough to display a significant portion of it. It appears to cater primarily to a higher-end clientele, with many visitors being interior designers rather than homeowners. As expected, prices tend to be on the higher side. If you know the manufacturer's stock number, you may be able to find some of the same items through online retailers such as Wayfair. However, for large purchases like bathtubs, it's worth considering the delivery experience. Ordering elsewhere may carry a greater risk of delays, logistics issues, or the absence of white-glove delivery services.

    I had someone else come back out because my electricity keeps shutting off. They sent Anton once…read moreagain and he was telling me the same thing needed repairs I asked him about standing me up in April 2026 and he said that he didn't know why he missed the appointment, however, no apology ever came, although I left work early to get home and had to sit in traffic for an hour to get home. As a professional the first thing that I would do is apologize if I missed an appointment with a client. If I use Fuse again please don't send Anton out to my house.

    I feel scammed by these people. (Yelp should really put a…read morenegative star to be a choice) I reached out to these people regarding my dryer that was out of service. I asked if they worked with Samsung dryers and also letting them know a head of time what the issue was, which was the motor. (Back story I already had someone come take a look because the dryer wouldn't turn on right away, it would stall at times, the diagnosis was it needed a new motor. During this time it was late summer weather was hot and we said it can wait let's hang dry. Now November came around and we said it's time. I tried finding the individual that said it was motor to come handle the repair, unfortunately I missed placed the number) I started the search, so these people responded to my inquiry and for me to schedule a service diagnosis. (See attached pictures) Ok I get the diagnosis scheduled on 11/25. Some guy named Anton Boronayev comes and I was immediately was thrown off by his demeanor. First thing he does was opens the dryer door and turned it on and an error code DC comes up. Dude turns to google and then proceeds to tell me that this issue was a sensor. I said no that means the dryer door is open so close it and the error code will disappear truth behold he closes the dryer hits on switch to power it up the dryer turns on, no rattling. Then proceeds to tell me that it's ... "Drier Dram Belt And Dram Rollers Replacement" (his spelling not mine, see attached photo for invoice notes) So it went from being a sensor issue to now the drum belt, and drum rollers. OK i said, he's "the professional", but I messed up. This is what I get for being desperate, and not trusting my gut when this dude turned to Google to Search the DC code bad judgment on myself. I proceed. I pay the invoice repairs are done. OK, now let's fast forward to January, same previous issue is happening all over again. On January 7 I reached out to this company asking for support. (Picture attached) I get appointment for January 9. Same dude. He was in my home for all of two minutes and some how gathered that the it's the motor now. I get an invoice recommendation "Replace dryer drive motor assembly to restore normal operation" (Invoice attached) BS! I I got on the phone. I spoke to Rose I. Gave her my spill, letting her know that how I feel taken advantage of. Especially because I gave them the heads up about the motor being the issue, but it was totally disregarded, with the so-called diagnosis that was done initially. I asked for them to meet me halfway that I don't feel like I should be paying full price for another repair because they couldn't do their job right the first time that they're supposed to be professionals, but they're taking advantage of people. Rose I. Couldn't even have the common decency to give me a call back to relay information from the technicians. All I get was a text message response with the information I already had from the invoice. Bad customer service. But i'm sure you guess by now, they chose not to meet me Halfway to see my side of things, and best Believe I'm not gonna full price for this new invoice. It's the principal. So now I'm back to square one with a broken dryer. So to anyone out there, think twice about hiring these people!

I always hear nightmare stories of contractors stalling their jobs and trying to rip you off or not responding in a timely manner. But Amin and his team are truly professionals. Jose is like his right hand man and gets the job done. Not only getting the job done but does it very well. From his showroom, we were able to pick out all the designs that we wanted and seeing the end result, I was truly impressed. His prices are fair and he's upfront about everything. Amin will answer any questions you have throughout the entire process. Even if you text him at 9pm he will respond quick. If he says something will be done by a certain time frame, he will ensure that it is done. I really wanted LED mirrors at the end and he wasn't able to do it. We were even willing to pay extra for it! We ended up having to get plain, boring mirrors with no LED which was pretty disappointing. Also, one of the biggest issue I had was I wanted all the outlets changed since the previous ones were yellow and old but he said it'll be an additional charge. White walls and yellow outlets? EWWW!! We pretty much did a whole gut renovation and spent a fortune but couldn't get our outlets switched out. I thought it would be an easy switch but apparently he said it costs to change bc it has to do with the electrical aspect of it. Didn't know that but now I know. We ended up finding a handyman to do it at less than a fraction of his price. Although we had a few disagreements here and there but from start to finish, Amin was available to answer our questions, concerns and help fix anything. He is so easy to work with and made this whole process extremely seamless. The team was able to get everything done and we moved in on the date that we wanted to.
