It was not working properly, so my ice maker and frozen foods section stopped freezing. It did take a few hours, if not a whole day for the freezer temperature to go back to normal. I was most happy that my ice maker and water line was working again. Mr. Boris was very knowledgeable in his job. At first when he walked into my house, he seemed hard nose and had a no nonsense attitude... which was fine because he had a busy day, and I expected the work to get done ASAP.
