I called and spoke with Mark who came to my home the very next day. He explained the problem and fixed it. He was even good enough to show me what the problem was, why it happened and even showed me how he fixed it. Most technicians would not go to that trouble. I would highly recommend Mark and A/C Pro.

Horrible sales staff and even worse management…read more If you're in the market for a Wolf appliance, I strongly recommend finding a different authorized Wolf dealer based on my experience with sales representative Jennifer Palmer and manager Anthony Dux. Despite presenting themselves as experienced and knowledgeable, they demonstrated a lack of understanding regarding Wolf products, including compatibility requirements and code compliance issues. The customer care team, whom I was thrown over to by Jennifer and was supposed to assist with troubleshooting a damaged $7,000 range, instead focused on blaming me for not inspecting the appliance and repeatedly claimed there was no damage to the range door. Their position was ultimately contradicted by the Wolf factory-certified technician they dispatched at my insistence. The technician confirmed the damage and proceeded to repair it. Customers purchasing premium appliances deserve knowledgeable sales support, professional customer service, and accountability when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Save your hard-earned money and purchase from another Wolf authorized dealer that truly understands the products they sell. Based on my experience, I would recommend Pacific Sales instead. Don't waste your valuable time or money with this company.

I took my info back home and did a bit of research on my own/talked with the hubby. We came back the next day to follow through with our purchase. He was great to work with and gave us so much fridge insight (I know where we'll be buying our garage fridge)! At checkout, he transferred us to Susan who also was very helpful and fully explained all the warranties. They were offering a great 4th of July discount so we got a great bargain on our new fridge. I wasn't totally familiar with Dunn Edwards but it kept being mentioned to me by contractors that I…read morespoke with about painting projects. When I needed to repaint interior walls, I initially wanted to use the same brand that the builder used over a decade ago, but I was told that Dunn Edwards paint is high quality and the painters preferred material. They're also able to match pretty much any color of you bring them a clean sample at least an inch wide. As a non-contractor, this store was very easy to navigate and the staff was more than helpful making sure I got the correct supplies. What I noticed during application of their paint is that the roller does not splatter much and has excellent coverage, which is helpful for interior ceilings. Relatively great value, don't waste your time and money at Home Depot or Lowe's for watered down paint. Highly recommend this place!

One young male employee (we can't remember his name...my wife says maybe it was Vladimir or Donovan) spent a lot of time explaining the different types of paint, pricing options, and he was able to do exact color matching based on the crib sheet. We were so happy with how everything turned out, and we went back the next week to get paint for our kitchen. Now, much to the pain of my wallet, my wife wants to paint every room in the house.
