What a nice surprise on Sunday when my husband and I were offered a full size cup of coffee from sales representative Michelle from a company named Nespresso. Lovely Michelle was demonstrating the Nespresso Machine that brews espresso and coffee from capules or pods. All Nespresso premium coffee is roasted, ground and encapsulated in one of 3 factories in Switzerland. We appreciated the education and delicious cups of coffee. Michelle's presentation was easy to understand and now we are considering purchasing the machine since my present Keurig machine is aging. I'm so glad this store is within 15 minutes from my home. There are many departments to shop in, including health and beauty. Also many options online and a wedding registry. I will mention again: even though the coupons have an expiration date, ignore this, they NEVER expire.

A few months later I ordered the same hardwood flooring for another project and I am told I can only receive store credit and there is a restocking fee for any unopened boxes. When I expressed my past experience with a purchase. I was told by the manager that my last return must have been a "favor". I didn't ask for a favor nor was I informed about a favor. Then the manager proceeded to tell me that I should have asked about their return policy before purchase, which even if that was proper customer care, I would not think to do this because my last experience with them aloud me to return the items with no problem. Also I called a couple of weeks before trying to return my unopened boxes to find out how much time I had after the purchase to return and was told 90 days. Nothing else was mentioned about the return policy.

Unprofessional and rude!…read more We bought paint from this store since we needed another gallon of Benjamin Moore paint. Same paint color and gallon that I previously had. When we put the paint on the walls it was a different shade .. Since we bought the first gallon of paint from another store, they stared and said "sorry nothing we can do .. you should of known that the paint can be different at each store" What kind of customer service is that! Wouldn't even try to help or match the paint color. Ridiculous.
