One of the worst customer relations experiences I've ever had- I was in shock as to how rude the cook was to me, and to the two staff who were working with him. I ordered my food on a busy morning with my toddler in my arms- I had plans to walk down the street to the park while we waited, so asked the woman (who was super nice by the way) taking my order how long she thought it might be. "15 minutes or so," she said, to which the cook stopped what he doing, turned around and said to ME "longer than that. Do you not SEE how busy I am?" I was in total shock. I sat down for a few minutes to help my daughter and listened to him completely degrade this woman for her answer to me, and watched her walk out crying. Another time prior to this, i asked if they had any avocado to throw into a breakfast burrito to make the option a little healthier for my toddler- "what are you a hippie" he said. I let that one go as a poor excuse for humor, but now I know this guy is honestly just miserable and shouldn't be in the industry. Dude- get it together please. Your treatment of a customer and the two women busting their asses was honestly disgusting. Food was always fine for a breakfast griddle. read more

So I am giving this food truck low stars for one big reason. The food was great! However the man working the day of 8/14 was absolutely rude!!!!! He is the owners husband, so I was told. He was in a super bad mood cause they were busy. Mind you they had only been open for an hour.. he was calling people assholes, screaming "I'm so f-ing done with this place" telling people to go home. I was trying to tell them something with my order and he turns to me and says "nobody is listening to you!!!!!" He was cussing ab how he just wanted an cigarette that they're apparently the only place in town that makes breakfast! The day I went was my birthday and for them to be the first people I was greeted by on my birthday, it was terrible. I will never come back here again, which is a real shame cause the food was delicious. To be honest, idk why I even gave them my money for the food. I should've just left cause this behavior was TOTALLY unacceptable!!!!!! It was so bad that people walking up, I let them know that the dude was super rude and I wouldn't waste my time nor money. I heard the F word at least 4 times in 2 minutes because my friend asked for scrambled eggs. "Why can't they just order WTF is on the menu" is what he said. Nice little food trailer located on the backside of downtown. Decent menu selection, with options that aren't available just anywhere. The lady that runs the counter is very sweet and always smiling. Alas, special orders are not always welcome by the gentleman doing the cooking. A couple of very unfriendly reactions/comments by him have turned off some of our group from returning.
