I make it at home and it comes out 'pretty good' (at least my wife says so) but here, this portion was fantastic! So light an flaky and tasty. Definitely give it a try if you enjoy Halibut. Both good, but the carrot cake was served warm, which was a first for all of us... and it was terrific!
