This is a wonderful little pizzeria & pub with a very homey atmosphere, calm and welcoming staff, and all of the Italian classics you'd expect. We had the chicken parmesan and it was great (didn't take a picture since we were too busy stuffing our faces!) We also had two pizza pies that were cooked to perfection, and everything tasted fresh. Went to check out if they had any pies by the slice and didn't see many options so ordered a personal pie with meatballs. Staff was friendly. Indoor dining is open. They have a lot of tables and even more towards the back of the restaurant. Waiting about 20m and was on my way home with a scorching hot pizza box plus sub. Pizza was delicious, thin crust, rich sauce and enough toppings on each slice. So happy I have them another try. They use cheese cubes delicately placed on the pizza which I love. Crust is think, sauce is plum and the wings are jumbo. Service is hit or miss depending on the nice. As for the location, it can get a bit cold in the winter so I recommend a cup a chicken noodle to get you started. The grilled chicken is great alternative if you don't want pizza. Add it to any salad (especially the one with apples) you won't regret it read more

Luckily, I did get to experience the pizza. My choices were the square (Brooklyn?) and the plain slice. The plain slice is solid overall. It features a light, thin base with a crackery-crisp crust that is very typical of the bar-pie style of pizza. The cheese and sauce tasted great too! The square had the same great sauce and cheese with a slightly softer base. The crust was the same excellent cracker-crisp as the plain. Such a good experience tonight! Very very busy when I went in @6:45 but was still taken care of a couple minutes after arriving. Food came out hot and everything was cooked to perfection. Crispy pizza. Soft bread with the eggplant. And a lot of respect was gained when you see the owner down in the trenches with all of his workers making pies on a busy Friday night! Stopped by last night to finally try one of these famous vodka pizzas everyone from town has been recommending and it didn't disappoint... as a matter of fact it's the best vodka pizza I've ever had if not one of the best pizzas in general. I placed my order by phone to pick up and when I arrived the staff was so friendly to greet me when I entered, and told me to enjoy the pizza as I was leaving so that was really great service and deserves to be recognized. I would recommend this over the plain-Jane mariana sauce. My bride ordered the veal chop which was delicious. The veal was tender and juicy. The mashed potatoes and shredded veggies's presentation were top notch. On the other hand, I thought the vodka pizza is okay at best. I really enjoy Ferraro's Pizzeria & Pub, 275 Lincoln Blvd. Middlesex, NJ. The unassuming little pizzeria in the front with a few tables opens up to a lounge and banquet room in the back. This is a great local place where you can come as you are after work for a drink or with your kids after sports. The walls are painted with Italian village scenes and even the pipes for the fire sprinklers turn into tree limbs as they join the murals. You will be distracted from the artwork and TV sports when your food arrives. Their thin crust pizza and other Italian comfort food just rocks. The bar tenders and wait staff are always attentive and friendly. Ferraro's Pizzeria & Pub is great for take out and catering as well as accommodating groups for celebrations.
