Way overpriced. They charged me $100 for laundry that I needed back by 12noon the next day - okay, that's fair. Went back again - less laundry, no rush - $100. Sad read more

Nice people, but after that it is just okay. I find their services outrageously priced and they are slow with their turnaround time. Unless you tell them otherwise, they will have your clothing back in 5-7 days, which is way too long to wait. In my opinion, 2-3 days is pretty fair. I also did not like how they charged me $2 to sew a button back on a shirt, and wait 3 days, when most dry cleaners would have done it on the spot, for free. That just is tacky if you ask me. For future dry cleaning I will go elsewhere. read more

Very nice family run dry cleaner. They do a nice job, similar to other local cleaners. I am only able to give three stars as they have a minimum credit card limit of $30. Yes...$30. Also, their standard turnaround for shirts is a week. Very nice people. Very friendly. Having experience with small business myself, I don't appreciate having my credit card turned away. Stay away! I brought in a dress to get fixed for my bridal shower and they confirmed it would be ready in time. They decided sometime before that my dress was ok and didn't need fixing. They didn't tell me this until i called about the status of my dress the night before my bridal shower. They said my dress was ready and that it didn't need to be fixed. The dress sat there untouched for who knows how long and they didn't tell me until the night before! I am so glad i called to check. The man on the phone asked why i didn't say it was for a bridal shower...does it matter what the event is? I said i needed it by Saturday and they said they would have it! I went in to get my dress the seamstress told me to put on the dress and i showed her the zipper was broken. She then proceeded to tell me that i was too big for the dresss even though i ordered it a size bigger and i have the same dress in other colors and in a size smaller! She put on a show in the fitting room to make it look like she was struggling to pull it up even though i have pulled the zipper up on my own plenty of times before. I told her her comments were rude and uncalled for. She said go buy a new dress. After the conversation i told her how unhappy i was with their customer service and she told me to get out of the store. All of this could have been avoided if they just replaced to zipper like i asked or if they have called me earlier in the week when they determined they couldn't fix it. My bridal shower is tomorrow and i have nothing to wear and no time to look for something. Thank you P&K your customer service has ruined my event. read more

I can't say enough about P&K. They do a fantastic job with my dry cleaning and alterations at an affordable price. They also recently completed a purse repair for me and it looks like new. My cleaning has always been completed on time and I have never had any issues with them. Above all the owners are friendly and kind. Usually great with cleaning but recently they lost a pair of suit pants and are refusing to do anything about it.

I brought 8 pairs of pants in for alteration. Shortly after I left the male owner called me and told me that I only dropped off 7 pants I said "no there were 8 pants." When I went back for my alterations, they told me that there were only 7 pairs of pants. They lost a pair of my pants. Be careful of using this place, you may not get your clothes back. read more

Having the inseam on men's pants taken up - $12 each pair. Out of three pairs, only one leg out of six was the length requested, all the others were +/- up to an inch. Don't bother, cost me $39 to find that out. read more

Though the owners are friendly, they over charged me for getting a dress hemmed. (I only know later because I asked around and others quoted me a much lesser cost.) I should have realized it when I asked about hemming a dress, the wife from the back said $12. Her husband in Korean said "Honey, come look at it first." I'm not Korean but I understood. I showed her the dress and she said $15. Again her husband spoke to her in Korean so I told them exactly want I needed done. She then said $28. Whatever, I was desperate, hungry and didn't have time to argue it - I had to get back to work. I told them I'd need it in three days if possible. They said no problem. I told them I'd pick it up around the same time during my lunch break; it was a little after 12. They said that it would be ready. Three days later, I took a later lunch to go pick it up and it was not ready. Enough said. I gave it a three stars because I never got my dry cleaning done there so I don't know how that service is like and probably will never know. But as for the tailoring part of it - I'll pass. Btw, the dress was fancy on top, yes. But the bottom was simple with a small train. I just wanted to get the train cut off. read more
