When I arrived, the owner greeted us with open arms, the groomer came out and met us. She examined Lucy and noticed her ears needed a deep cleaning, not to mention her recommendation on grooming. My Shih Tzu is turning 17 and more than ever, I am concerned with her well-being. Not only did Lucy receive a beautiful cut, she smelled wonderful. In fact, I complimented the owner on her perfume, only to realize is was Lucy who smelled so great - sorry Joan :) I have used two other groomers in the Hull/Cohasset area, this is the real deal! I am so happy they are now in Cohasset!

Karen knows dogs, I think she even speaks dog. The best thing is that they are always there and you know when you bring your dog in, you know who you will get every time. This is not so true at other groomers especially the big box stores. They always have a new person. Dogs like people like to have the same person cut their hair consistently. They seem to care very much about the dogs here. Prices are reasonable ($47 for wash, nails, teeth, blow dry on a 88 lb. Greater Swiss Mountain dog mix (short and easy fur)). Took 1 hour 20 mins. While it wasn't "difficult" to make an appointment, they do book out several weeks out, don't answer their phone (call-backs only it seems), and have very limited supporting technology (website, reviews, etc.). If you can work around that I think you and your dog will like it here - my dog and I are very particular! Amy treated us very well.

I moved 15/20minutes away and still make the drive to get my dogs groomed. I am a Cockapoo breeder and have pretty dogs so need a great groomer who will keep my dogs looking nice and who are kind to them. This is family run business always super nice. And friendly. Love the dogs and always have these designer breeds looking like they should. Not shaved or cut like a poodle.

I am especially appreciative that Jen took the time to hear about my dog's daily life (read: 24/7 running through prickers and digging holes to the other side of the world.) Jen groomed our dog in a way that makes her incredibly easy to keep clean in between appointments. No other groomer has taken the time to do that! I work from home and am elated that I can work in my office while Jen's mobile grooming van is in our driveway. Franki was so incredible and knowledgeable about what she does, I immediately felt a sense of calm. I knew I found "our person". She continued to educate me and make a plan for Storm's grooming.
