I called and spoke with Jason, who listened to my concern and told me to come on in so the shop could take a look. I couldn't make it until the next day, but when I arrived, the whole team was great. I was greeted warmly, and the staff checked in with me while I waited for Jason to get to my car. Jason took my concern seriously. He believed what I was telling him before I even pulled into the open bay. He fixed the problem and had me on my way in no time. Things happen; what matters is how a business handles its customers' concerns. Five stars. I'll be back!

Nathaniel explained everything to me in a way that made perfect sense for what I needed to have done to my vehicle. In fairness, not everything was complete. I still have to have some things on my dashboard reset, however, the team gets a pass due to being short-handed. Being a manager at my place of employment, I understand that things can slip through the cracks when being short staffed.. I have nothing but empathy for Nathaniel and the crew today. My car was ready in about 75 minutes. I'll take it. I had a simple brake fluid flush. My car was returned clean (no greasy finger prints), the service light was reset and my brakes performed as expected.
