My wife's vehicle received a recall which she was never notified of. The recall was posted over three years ago because of this failure to notify her of the problem, the vehicle became inoperable this past week. We contacted Fiat of Ramsey , the dealership where the vehicle was purchased, to have the problem rectified they told us the earliest they could take us in was two weeks. I asked if there was any way that the vehicle could be brought in and if there was a cancellation in their schedule they could get to it sooner. They said no way, that they only had one Fiat mechanic working on Fiats. I asked to speak with the service manager who had the woman setting up the appointments call me back. We eventually had to go out to Somerville, New Jersey to bring a vehicle there. We were able o get an earlier appointment and they are also trying to get it fixed before that time. Although we did not purchase the vehicle at Fullerton Fiat, they were more amenable in trying to help us then the people at Ramsey. My wife stopped using Ramsey Fiat to service her car years ago b cause of this lack of customer service. They haven't changed. read more

We had the worst experience possible earlier that day at the Mini dealership so I opted to check out Fiat instead. A cute, gas efficient car is all I wanted. Well, I sure got it! My parents saw that they had a Fiat right on the floor part of left over stock and got it at such a great price! After a few hours, it was mine! Took a little while for me to get my license plates, which was a downfall. However, when I went at lunch to pick it up, they installed it for me and the people at Fiat were SUPER nice and efficient. Really friendly so definitely made up for the delay in getting my plates. On top of that, I LOVE my car and it came at such a great price. I cannot stop squealing or staring at it. I was looking into a used car at Fiat of Ramsey and I called to get some information, asking as well if the price could go down a little bit since it was too high for me and that I could never reach that much $...on the phone I was told that that could be possible and that I only needed to show up. So I decided to make my way over there since I really liked the car. (note that I live quite far from there and it costed me 80-100$ Uber for the round trip) Once I was there I was shown the car, the person who took me for a test drive was nice and was answering to all my question, but then when we started talking about the price I got really upset. I made clear since moment one that my budget was lower and they tried every trick to get me to the price they wanted. At a certain point I was told that they could lower a bit the price of the car, so I asked how much it would be after taxes and everything and they gave me a quote which I was really shocked about. So I asked them for the price breakdown, since they were charging something like 2700$ more for taxes and expenses... from the price breakdown I notice that they didn't even apply a 10$ discount on my quote...lying to me about the fact that they could have lower a bit the price of the car!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I honestly felt played...for me was a waste of money and time!!!! They could have been clearer on the phone that the price was firm!!!! read more

Nothing but problems since day one. I thought I'd give this brand/dealership a try, huge mistake. 1) My vehicle was delivered to me with a scratched speedometer. (New 2019 Stelvio) 2) They ended up swapping it out with another car on the lots speedometer after weeks of complaining. 3) Bluetooth has a glitch where it keeps your radio on and kills your battery when you turn your car off. (No current fix.) 4) I was promised loaner cars. But they do not provide loaners if you have Geico or progressive. (They new which insurance company I used when I leased the car, I gave them my info.) 5) Now after driving in the rain last week, my adaptive cruise control is now broken and my car has a message telling me to bring it in. (I will now have to bring the car in again, and not get a loaner.) 6) When I purchased my car they forgot to install the spare tire. 7) When I purchased the car, the back seat belts came broken. What a lame dealership. Received a recall notice on my brand new Alfa Romeo indicating a possible fire due to some design defect. Tried calling their service department FOUR times to make an appointment. EVERY time a not so kind service rep answered and immediately put me on hold AND never came back on the line. Apparently they are WAY in over their head, even to just answer the phone and book an appointment. SOO, I called Miller in Westchester and make the appointment there. read more

Best experience buying a car ever. Go to Frank. I can't say enough good things. I went in with a car I wanted to trade in and explained what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. I even asked if they had a car with non-leather seats (since I'm an animal rights activist) additionally to color, features and other things I wanted. I ended up getting the perfect car thanks to Frank who looked everywhere for it. He even made himself available after the purchase for any questions I might have. Usually they sell you a car and you are on your own. Frank seems to care about his costumers. He is very attentive and considerate. Went there too look at a car that have have on the lot with a few friends. I was really interested in the car funny how the dealers don't show interest in you if you are "young" into buying a car. Funny they didn't know I had 10k for the car that I was gonna but the car outright with my trade in. Maybe they can treat customers with respect and speak to them properly instead of yelling at them when they are telling them what goes wrong with the vehicle in question. Maybe they can rethink what type of people they hire when they start yelling and food is spitting from their mouth because they over paid for work to be done on the car from another dealer. Maybe they can give me a call back and rethink how they spoke to me and my friends who one happened to be a certified mechanic for that vehicle. Also I may add when one of your car dealers states they own that brand of vehicle and knows the cost of owning that brand. But than states they don't know how much repairs will cost. Also when you try to buy a customer to come in don't say the car is in "pristine condition" but than tell me the car was in "good condition". read more

We bought the Abarth convertible and love it thanks to sales rep Frank and Jack. Great deal and just nice people to work with. If you want great mpg and fun to drive get a Fiat from Frank with Ramsey Fiat. The only recommendation is AVOID the "business manager" Jesse Giordano as his arrogance, rude and snide remarks wanted us to walk away at Chrysler when doing the paperwork. I contacted Louis Terranova at Ramsey Fiat for the lease of 2019 Fiat 124 Spyder Abarth. We exchanged some texts and some phone calls and arranged for me to come look at the car on a Friday night. I came to the dealership and had to wait while he was with the customers. Fine, I waited and when he comes to the office he has this grid of numbers that are vastly higher than the numbers we had discussed previously, as well as pricing for only 10K miles. I specifically stated I needed at least 12, and even that was a stretch, I had told him. On top of all this, he shows me this grid with these much higher numbers and goes off to test drive with other customers leaving me in his office! I waited about ten minutes and then I left, and when he contacted me later, he apologized but basically told me I could not get a 2019 in the price range I had stated and would have to look at 2018s, and quote" If you want to come towards an 18 that is the way to go and try to understand that, if you can't understand that, I can't help you". His exact words. Who speaks to a potential buyer like that? " I can't help you?" However, I STILL was willing to hear him out and asked him for prices on 18s and he never returned my texts. I texted twice for these prices to which he never gave me. Not only did he not give me these prices after specifically stating I HAD to look at an 18, he never tried to work with me on price for this 2019 Abarth that he had, nor did he try to procure me a different Abarth from perhaps a different dealer. So, I began calling other dealerships, broadening my search to outside the state. Last Saturday, I got so many different deals on 2019 124 Spyder Abarths, that I had my pick of which I wanted. I picked up my 2019 124 Spyder Abarth, fully loaded, with Brembo brakes, and the convenience package last Wednesday and couldn't be happier. It took about 4 phone calls and 30 minutes in the dealership with Dena Fabella of Fiat of Westbury ( about 1.5 hour from my home) to drive off in my new TWENTY NINETEEN ( NOT 18!) Fiat Spyder Abarth. The MSRP on my new car was 36,000, which is actually HIGHER than the $35,165 MSRP of the car at Ramsey, yet, Dena got me in the price range, and it took about 1 phone call for that. So, you're right Louie, I " couldn't understand it" and you " couldn't help me" , so that's why I stopped working with you and I still got the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted, and Dena Fabella made the sale. read more

I bought a 2015 Fiat 500 from Frank earlier this month. He made the entire transaction easy and enjoyable! After going to several dealers and being "sold" to death, it was refreshing to talk to someone that talked to us like we weren't idiots. My check engine light came on and they stated the car needed to be towed. Fiat road side sent company and they picked up the car at 7:30pm and when I contacted Fiat at 8:30 in the morning they did not know where the car was turned out that the company they hired to tow the care kept the car at his lot for the night. Finally located the car at 10:30 in the morning 15 hours later. With dents and scratches they still have not let me know the reason for the check engine light. Picked up my fiat 500 l two weeks ago, Kriss my salesperson could not have been more helpful or professional, in fact, all the staff i met were great. We did most of the negotiating by text message, I was very happy with the final price and felt I received a great deal. Driving the 500 l is a real pleasure, I was a 3 time Inifinit guy until they priced themselves out of reach, even with piss poor mpg. This store is undergoing staff changes, but as long as you are patient, you will be rewarded with a very aggressive deal, as we were on our Fiat 500. An acceptable car was in inventory, but a better one matching our specs was located for us without hesitation.
