The customer representative I spoke with did not have any information and did not seem knowledgeable about the process. I was told that someone would check on my request and email me about it by the following day. I never received anything. After 4+ weeks of waiting, I emailed them again and canceled. Still got no response. So, if the internet service is as bad as the customer service, then I guess I am glad that it turned out the way it did.

My concern is that someday he will continue to add up this unpaid charge and try to put a lien on their property even though they have not been a customer for well over a year. I am close to going to the Attorney General to report Elder Fraud. I would stay away from this company or any company this Derek person is related to. Deceitful and dishonest presentation... a lie by omission.
