I immediately called Kim, who lives in the neighborhood, and she rushed over to help. This was at 10:00 AM on a Sunday! I was touched by the fact that she dropped everything she was doing on a Sunday morning to come over and help someone's dog whom she didn't even know. Her calm demeanor helped reassure me and kept me calm, which was good because our friend's daughter was upset and worried about her dog. We found her quickly, and Kim had some advice for everyone, which I appreciated. She cares so much about dogs (not just her client's dogs) and her community.

It's a lot and it had been many years since my husband and I trusted anyone enough to go away together for several days and nights - we honestly cannot be happier with how she loved them up, interacted with them and kept us informed the entire time with the best photo's and stories. They know all of my dog, Billie's quirks, both good and bad, and know exactly how to set her up for success. When we first adopted Billie she had no dog social skills. She either was too excited over dogs she likes, or would react VERY poorly to dogs she didn't like. She wasn't just leash reactive, she just didn't know social skills. Just this last week Camila and Kelly took Billie to the beach for an off leash play, something we have never done with her ourselves since she can be a bit unpredictable.
