We came here in February during Biloxi's Mardi Gras. I had never been here before, but it was a nice place that has a great location right across the street from the Beau Rivage. And also, right in front of where Biloxi's one of a hand full of Mardi gras parades roll. We asked if it was ok that we stay parked since we were blocked from leaving, and they said it was fine **always check to make sure it is ok, as in New Orleans, things like this may not be OK** But this was a fun little unplanned surprise, we got to see a parade, not worry about traffic or parking, and we got to see our show at Beau Rivage. Now on to the food and the service. The service was fantastic. We had the sweetest waitress. She was so attentive. I wanted to sit on the balcony as their balcony seating, but since it was February, it was a little chilly out that night and she seated us near the fireplace upstairs instead. We ordered the honey bourbon steak tips, it came with slices of buttered, I think - garlic bread. It was a fabulous start! Then we shared the steak and lobster. I loved the presentation with the little fire on the steak. It made it more romantic. The whole restaurant is a nice date night vibe. It is in a beautiful two-story Acadian style looking home. Parking is plentiful. Service was great. Presentation was great. Location is great. read more

What a great restaurant. We sat at the bar upstairs and Danny was the best bartender. He served us the best oaky and buttery Chardonnay. (Mer Soleil Silver Chardonnay). David gave us a hummus of 4 flavors, chicken thighs and seafood paella. The food was fantastic and the breads were so awesome. Danny really was a fantastic bartender. Love this place. We've only been for their Sunday brunch, but can't wait to try their dinner menu. Chef David puts a lot of care and thought into the menu and knocks it out of the park. We have a lot of food allergies and they handled it better than any restaurant has for us. They took great care to understand what we could and couldn't have and made sure they had options that we were excited about. Chef David's understanding of allergies is top notch, so know you are in good hands. We are so excited to have such a delicious and clean/safe restaurant option on the MS Gulf Coast! I met up with a group of friends here. Overall, it was a good experience. The filet was spot on. The beef tips app that another friend got was really good, and their Brussels sprouts may be the best I have ever had. The person next to me did get the wrong food, and the risotto needed a little more heat. I will say it was good, but did have some inconsistency. First visit since the change to a Mediterranean concept. Food was fantastic. Very inventive take on traditional mediterranean cuisine...this ain't your mother's hummus! Blue crab, spicy lamb and roasted tomato & pepper...not ingredients you normally see in a hummus selection. Flatbreads were just as unique, with crawfish, lobster & shrimp my favorite. We came on a Friday and night and it was pretty busy, however we were sat rather quickly. The ambiance of the restaurant is very welcoming and it's great for a date night! The oysters and the rib eye was the star of our dinner tonight. The bread that came with the oysters was just pure delicious, oysters were charred just right and was a great size, the rib eye was cooked beautifully. My favorite side was the brussels sprouts, seriously I'm thinking about it right now. Our server was attentive and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. Overall a great dining experience. We were greeted by a pleasant hostess who sat us immediately. We all ordered wine and vodka martinis, and they were great! The steakhouse chips were excellent, and more than enough for 4 people. They were different and full of flavor. Would definitely go back just for this app! I got the triple tail special over crawfish risotto. It was full of flavor and fresh. Cool concept for the beignet appetizer-flaky deep fried sticks of dough reminded me of a fried croissant. Unfortunately, the dough absorbed too much of the oil that tasted like everything else that had been fried in it. The gumbo was very thick! Shrimp and grits were fine, but the shrimp were undercooked. The crab cake Benedict was an exciting dish. Be aware that the crab cake is spicy! Jalapeños and probably sriracha. Skip the potatoes served with it-undercooked and no seasoning. An absolutely stunning establishment aesthetically speaking. Would return for an evening on the balcony for a coffee or wine. read more

Visited this establishment while visiting Crusin the Coast. Surprised to see it was virtually empty considering all the visitors for the week. I can see that maybe the prices were too high. Pretty pricey even if it's touristy area. The food wasn't as good as many claimed it to be. I ordered a ribeye wwith blue cheese topping. I don't think that's what I got. The steak was cooked right but it just wasn't a $50 steak. I've had better at Texas Roadhouse. Just not a great experience and I really don't recommend visiting this establishment by anyone wanting to have a good meal. Just not worth the price. read more

We happened to see this spot and thought the name alone would have great oysters and steaks. We started with some mixed drinks, oysters and crab dip. The oysters were just okay and the bread that comes with the dip, just threw me off quite a bit. Was thinking it would be a crostini but was not expecting that. Reminded me of the garlic rind chips in snack mix. The dip was really good by itself though. Next we got our entrees. I opted for a Caesar salad and two of the large sides. My husband went with the lobster ravioli and a side. Our meal again was just okay. The Brussels sprouts were good and he enjoyed the ravioli but for the price of this place, we just weren't that impressed and normally we have no complaints as we eat out quite a bit. We ended up taking all the sides and the lobster tails to go so we didn't seem as though we didn't like the food but for $200 dollars and being on the fence with the food, we won't be returning. The server had no clue about the menu and couldn't offer any suggestions. Our experience here was very lack luster. The atmosphere of the first two floors was very classy. It LOOKED like we were going to have a great experience. We arrived 30 minutes prior to our reservation, so we went to the bar upstairs to have drinks while we waited. It took the bartender 15 minutes to take our order, and No the bar wasn't full. Once we got to our table, it took our waitress 10 minutes to get to us. We ordered the shawarma and hummus appetizer. It was out of this world amazing and came relatively quickly. However, our meal took over an hour to come out. And it was not amazing. It wasn't BAD, but it wasn't delicious either, especially for the price. We would only eat here again if we were in the area and looking for drinks and an appetizer. We probably won't ever eat a full meal here again. read more

We came here for a surprise birthday dinner. The staff were amazing at helping us set everything up and hiding us until it was time to jump out. The drinks were delicious. The food was ah-mazing. My only complaint is that I couldn't taste everything on the menu. Even though we tried. The theme of my experience was reheated. The oysters Rockefeller tasted like they were cooked and reheated. Spinach was dry and tasted like it was reheated. FANTASTIC! I was solo and sat at the beautiful bar. Here on a tag along business conference with my husband. The hostess staff was very friendly. She showed me the way to the elevator even though a crowd of people walked in behind me. The bartender could not have been anymore delightful. She knew her drinks, ran the bar like a champ and was spot on with recommendations! I ordered the Lavender 75 which looked like a tye dyed drink I have never had before and a special ginger and cucumber martini so fresh and delish! Venue is gorgeous. Before the review, Fields in Bay St Louis was amazing. The one in Biloxi was lack luster. Ordered the Surf & Surf which is a Maine Lobster on a Crab Cake and comes with U8 Scallops. Guest ordered baked Oysters. Had an old fashioned drink which was good and then preceded to wait an hour for our food which came to the table cold. The U8 scallops were charred. Left without eating but offered to pay for the entire entree but they only charged us $54 for drinks and gumbo. Something either went completely wrong in kitchen or staffing issues. In either case, don't serve cold food. I felt bad for the poor lobster dying for nothing read more

If I write a review, take note! This is only the second review I have ever written, if I'm writing a review, you know the restaurant is special. While visiting Biloxi, we were very lucky to haven chosen to eat here for dinner. There is a lot to like about this restaurant, let's start with the ambiance. The color palate mimics the interior of an oyster shell. I fell in love with a piece of art hanging on the wall of in fact, an oyster shell! The velvet chairs have to be the most comfortable chairs ever imagined in a restaurant. The marble slab tables had ample room to cross your legs which is something I very much appreciate having long legs. The selection of music was perfect for the vibe, really, every detail has been thought out here. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! Now on to the food! Their homemade bread is amazing! I've never had bread quite like this, crusty exterior, the center practically melts in your mouth, no butter necessary! Both of us ordered the tenderloin, my husband commented the best he has ever had, which is saying something, he's very critical about food, we both are. The presentation!! A piece of rosemary, impersonating a birthday candle, was lit on fire table-side by the server, a simple yet elegant touch, it made an impression! The meat was cooked beautifully and topped with a wagyu butter. We shared a side of the most delicious Parmesan potatoes. Although we were both pretty full, I knew I had to order dessert. They all sounded delicious, I would love to go back and try one of each of their homemade deserts, made on premises by their pastry chef. The crack pie stood out as the one I needed to try, when else will I ever see crack pie on a menu? This signature dessert did not disappoint, warm yumminess topped with vanilla ice cream, was big enough for the two of us to share! I told the server as she was clearing the dishes, not to take the bread because if there wasn't a dessert that sounded good to me, I was going to have the bread for dessert, it was that good!
