Ok. I eat here like 2-3x a week these days. I'm limited as we know, I lean more heavy on veggie options and they're limited. However, I've had the rolled tacos and a bean and cheese burrito (add potato). I have had zero complaints in the past dozen visits. I am becoming quite fond of the gents in the window and I think they have become familiar with me as well. So, I've decided to bump them up a bit because of that. No to mention, the price is reasonable compared to other spots near by, they're open late and the cheese has been melted since my last review regarding that. I'm now sent off with a "see you next time" because they know, I'll be back read more

** experience during covid-19 ** currently location is doing drive through only due to pandemic. I was in the mood for a good burrito and ended up finding this place. The drive through was very fast even though there was a few cars ahead of me. I ended up getting a "carne asada" burrito and I also asked for some hot sauce. To my surprise I got green and red salsa. I was honestly expecting a little more from the salsas, since I like a good taste and a little spicy kick. The green one was not great and had zero spice, the red one was a little better but could use improvement. The burrito I have to say it was pretty good and it had some guacamole in it that made it even better. read more

Hands down the best breakfast burrito and carne asada fries in scottsdale. Have tried many places to top and it's unattainable. Really great cheese, bacon, egg, tortilla texture that's consistent. Carne asada fries are loaded but not too messy and filled with flavor. Would get weekly. read more

I live close and use to come here a lot many years ago. But over the years the quality and customer service has changed. I just wanted 2 beef tacos. There were crunchy and I opened the paper and the taco shells were all broken. They hardly had any meet or cheese. Mainly all lettuce. Very hard to eat them. I wanted some pico which use to be 75 cents amd now is $125. I paid over $10 for just 2 beef tacos that were broken in pieces and pico. I felt like I was eating lettuce tacos. read more

This place was recommended to me based on a Facebook group chat. I wasn't expecting much but to my delight this is one of the better burritos I've had in Arizona so far. It was fresh extremely flavorful and reasonably priced. It was also packed full of meat. And the meat wasn't super fatty and it was cooked appropriately. The only downside is the restaurant is only open for drive-through right now. As I was on foot they allowed me to walk through the drive-through to order. I'm not sure I recommend it in the middle of the afternoon when it's 110° outside. But I will tell you I thought my burrito was delicious and well worth the price! read more

Horrible and inconsistent menu items regarding portions and quality. I ordered the carne asada plate and the meat tasted rancid. Boy, has this establishment rapidly gone down hill. I thought it was just my imagination, but last night I said, NEVER AGAIN! I did call to let them know about my/our horrible reaction to their food, and the excuses & poor sympathetic manner warranted the phone call to be terminated immediately. read more

Breakfast burrito was vile. 2 stars for hot tortillas perfectly wrapped burrito then it goes downhill. Burrito included ham, eggs, cheese and pico. The ham was thinly sliced ham like for sandwiches. Eggs were hard scrambled so did not complement watery, sliced ham. This place used to have outstanding food with quality ingredients. Prices are the highest I've ever seen. Never again. read more

This post is purely for the breakfast burrito as I've been on a hunt for a great one here in Scottsdale. I actually saw someone post about this place on the good old Instagram and figured why not, I'll check it out. So first off, I made the mistake of calling in my order which is a mistake because this place is drive through only. Ha, jokes on me. Anyways, I got the chorizo breakfast burrito which I loved and would definitely go back for it again. I'm a fan of a simple breakfast burrito.. don't need all the extra add ons of rice, beans etc. so this came with eggs, cheese and chorizo. BOOM done that's all you need.. they also give red and green sauce and both have a decent kick (I'm also a weenie with spice so maybe not so much to others). I did also get a steak quesadilla, chips and guac.. all also very good. Do yourself a favor and get to that drive through ASAP! read more

Our party arrived right on time for our reservation, but we were not seated until 15 min later because our table was not ready. It took about an additional 15 min to get tap water for the table (there was not enough provided anyways), and to place our orders too another ~20 min. The food did not arrive until 30 min later. For context, we eventually learned that the restaurant was short staffed and the bartender was also operating as our waiter. When the food finally arrived, there was a mix-up on what was delivered. We had checked with the staff who delivered one of the dishes: we ordered the "wild mushroom" side, but what we received did not look quite like it. We asked clarifying questions x2, but were assured, "no, it is the wild mushroom." Turned out, it was the mushroom empanada that was delivered to our table, which we originally did not order. The management did rectify the situation upon the conclusion of the event when we were paying the bill, but to us, it felt a bit accusatory as if we intentionally wanted to cause a huge fuss about the final total, which was absolutely not the case. The food in general was delicious. If this was a more standard dining experience, it would have been 4-5 stars just for the food. The service was very subpar, and really colored the entire experience negatively, therefore the two star review. I understand that staffing shortages happen -- fine. My family has worked in food service as wait staff for 25+ YEARS, so I am empathetic. But for management to ring up our bill and then come confront us in an inflammatory manner, making us feel like we were wrong, on an occasion to celebrate something special, was extremely disappointing.

I have lived in the neighborhood for a little over a year now and have probably eaten at Fiesta Burrito 20-30 times. This is extremely tasty Mexican fast food. The facilities appear clean and the food tastes fresh. The menu includes the typical fare at these joints: carne asada, rolled tacos, fajitas. My order is correct every single time. I love the green sauce that is free, the red is good, too. The tortillas hold up very nicely, somehow managing to hold in the crushing weight of meat, grease, and pico de gallo. One complaint is that the meat, particularly the carne asada, is very salty. In addition, some of the spiced meats like the carne asada and the carnitas, tend to be a little fatty. However, the drive-in is fast and friendly, as is the inside dining facility, though I have only ever eaten inside once. (Those with sensitive stomachs take note: Occasional indigestion is nothing new when dealing with these types of restaurants, but I have never experienced any digestive problems after eating here.) read more

If you're looking for whitewashed Mexican food , this is the perfect place for you. We came in through the lobby and sat down to eat our meal. Beams were simple , lacked salt. Just mushy beans with water and some cheese sprinkled on top. Rice was just as bland no sign of seasoning. Almost reminded me of the time I had covid and had lost my tastebuds .. only .. When I first drove past this place I wasn't too sure about it. I looked it up on Yelp and I saw that it had pretty good reviews, so I decided to try it out. I love it! I usually get the California Burrito and a medium drink which comes out to about $5.60. The burrito is a decent size too. The food is excellent but the place is a bit dirty and the owner controls the soda fountain with a switch behind the counter. If you try to get a refill of soda without paying, he loses his mind. Hence the switch behind the counter. He also gets very upset if you use a lot of hot sauce and tells you that you need to pay him more for it. read more

My order came out a few minutes later and I made it home. My tacos were still pipping hot and I dug in! The carne asada and el pastor tacos were amazing and filling!!
