They have a great happy all day everyday for the summer season! We did spritiz' and enchiladas verdes. I enjoyed the aperol spritiz and the Hugo spritz had good flavor. The enchiladas were good but a bit too creamy for my liking. Our server was really nice and attentive. We did go on a Saturday night and the music was pretty loud which made talking to each other hard so keep that in mind, depending on your vibe!

Came here to meet with a group and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful interior! The menu was so interesting I couldn't decide what to order. I decided to try a few small dishes. My only suggestion would have been to over lower price point for smaller portions because there is so much more I wanted to try and even 3 small plates added up to $50. I went with elote shaved off the cob, half portion. This was good. A bit mushy and needed a dash of salt. The tuna fresco tostado was good. Loved the accompanying sauce. Would have loved for the tuna too taste a bit more raw. The house salad was a very generous portion. Added goat cheese which was very tasty! Great avocado and greens. Didn't love the dressing so asked for cilantro dressing anchovies was thicker than I would have liked. I actually would have enjoyed a dressing more like the one with the tostado. Very zesty. Our server Jocelyn was such a darling! Checks could only be split 3 ways so was a bit cumbersome at the end so checks were not initially printed. Id suggest checking on who's sharing what at the front end for billing purposes and providing printed checks as an option below asking for credit cards if guests have to share on their own. Otherwise great experience. Would have also loved a fresh grapefruit juice option from the bar.

Another great Mexican Food spot this one in the heart of Old Town. This is a great date spot. Get a reservation if you are going after 6pm. They have made patio seating out front that would be nice at certain times of the year but you are seated right next to the foot traffic going past the front door. Inside is very nice with a couple different seating sections and a bar area. DJs provide atmosphere with funky grooves on the weekends. I've been here a few times and the service is very good. But the food and drinks is what makes the experience and you are good no matter what you choose. Tacos, enchiladas, even the burgers are great. Craft cocktails from the bar are very creative. I'm not a Mezcal fan but if you are there are some supposedly great cocktails featuring that spirit. I prefer tequila and they had me covered. There are also great choices featuring vodka and gin.

We came here late Sunday evening so it wasn't too busy, but we came with 5 people and a stroller and they were able to accommodate us. I do have to say it was pricey but the food was delicious. The little tostadas they give you in the beginning tasted great and I enjoyed the veggie tacos. Definitely more of a date night vibe.

Celebrating my friend's Birthday. I made 6:30 OpenTable dinner reservations for 3. My friend has dined here once before and loved it. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. Emiliano introduced himself as our server and took very good care of us. Very friendly, informative and attentive. He really made our Birthday celebration wonderful. We ordered cocktails. My friend's Paloma & Her Shadow was excellent along with my Cosmo. Food wise, we ordered Guacamole, Chicken Taco, El Jefe Burro and a Taco'n Madre. all the food came out tasting great and presented well. I was torn between two main dishes and Emiliano thought based on my taste that I would like the Taco'n Madre the best... he hit it on the nail, I loved it. We asked if they had a really hot salsa and he brought it out for us right away. We told him not only was it my friend's B'day, but mine was the following week. Emiliano brought out 2 complementary B'day desserts. This was the icing on the cake, I didn't finish my Taco'n Madre and ask to get it boxed to-go. When Emiliano brought the check, I told him I asked the gentleman that took my plate to box up my leftovers and he said he would check on it. A few minutes later he came back to settle the check with a to-go box and told me, my leftovers were accidentally thrown away so he had the kitchen make me an entire new meal to-go. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Atmosphere: nice, trendy can be a bit loud. Food: excellent. Service: excellent.

Deeeeeeellllicious!!!!!! Definitely will be coming back. I had the best enchiladas verdes! Everything was so fresh! The tostadas with the salsas were a hit as well as the elote! My husband had the ribeye in the large tortilla and it was nice and tender.

Surprisingly good food and service here! We had tacos with corn tortilla and it was delicious, the tortillas were soft and no gritty texture that some Mexican restaurants would have. Their guacamole and chips were good too especially the freshly made guacamole with pomegranate seeds! We had chicken and pork tacos and shared. And we had mocktails, prickly pear! The servers were very attentive and friendly. Nice atmosphere here except it was just a little bit too loud as the red was full. Love the simple decor too. This is a must try. Will definitely be back!

I walked by this place a few times and was curious to try it out, so finally got to try this place out! I was initially only thinking about happy hour here but it turned out to be a full on dinner experience here and was excellent! For summer, they have a happy hour menu going all summer long. While it's hot as Hades here in the summer, a lot of places in town run specials to get people in. I had their La Chingona Margarita on their HH menu and it was lovely! So good I had two! For dinner, I had the loco tuna ceviche and that was yummy! One of the better ceviches I have had in a long time, my taste buds woke up! Wowsers! Portion size was pretty good! I was tempted to get a dessert but will try it next time I am back! This place was great! Nice, adult ambiance, very well decorated, great service (Emiliano was terrific), tasty complimentary appetizer, great drinks and my dish was very good! Perfect for a date night, or girls night out too! Next time, I'm definitely hanging out at the bar to get a different perspective!

This is a cute spot located at the Scottsdale Waterfront, across the street from Scottsdale Fashion Square. I met up with a cousin here on Sunday around 11am for brunch. I had made a reservation on OpenTable just in case, and it actually wasn't too busy until around noon. Before you even order, they bring you complimentary chips and salsa. It was very unique - it came with two large round tortilla chips that you need to break yourself and three small servings of salsa. Their brunch menu is available on Saturdays and Sundays 11am-2pm, but you can also order from their main menu too. It worked out great because we wanted to try the Elote & Roasted Bone Marrow appetizer ($20). It came out hot and full of flavor. We ended up pairing it with the tortilla chips to give it some texture and crunch. I enjoyed it but don't think I would order it again. From the brunch menu, we tried the Elote Pancakes and Chilaquiles. I thought the pancakes would taste a bit savory since it's already topped with something sweet (sweet cream cheese), but it was actually sweet on its own! We were both confused and amused by the taste. I didn't care for the Chilaquiles. It was like a deconstructed version where everything was separated - a bunch of thick tortilla chips with a drizzle of crema, refried beans, and two eggs. I just didn't think it was worth $17. For drinks, we both got a Carajillo. I'm so glad they made it right (unlike a different restaurant in Scottsdale) - just two simple ingredients, Licor 43 and a shot of espresso. The presentation was great too - it came out in a Licor 43 glass and topped with a cinnamon stick that they burned on one end to give it a smoky aroma. Service was great and attentive as well. Next time I will skip the brunch menu and try the entrees from the lunch/dinner menu.

Wonderful vibe. The decor was unique...Earthy with a hint of fame. Our friendly waiter (Armillano(?) was very knowledgeable of the offerings. We started with complimentary chips and a flight of three choices of salsa. I ordered the watermelon fuego which was different; and combo of sweet and spice. It was refreshing. The burger and fries that I settled on were on point. Reservations recommended. Street and garage parking nearby. Accessible parking and entrance.

Call Her Martina conveniently located in Scottsdale across from the free parking garage near the Fashion Mall. We were warmly welcomed upon entering and immediately seated. There was a slight issue with our table ( it was so wobbly our drinks were sliding), and they quickly moved us to another table. We were able to take advantage of the Happy Hour specials. Happy Hour is until 7:00 p.m. on week nights. Before we placed our order, we were served complimentary chips and salsa. They were very unique and , two large round tortilla chips and three small servings of salsa. They chips and salsas were very good. We shared the Street Elotes. There were two corn on the cobs, grilled and topped with a chipotle aioli. The aioli was spicy but not overpowering. I had the Beet in the Clouds salad with chicken . I truly enjoyed the salad, the beets were roasted and cubed on top of whipped goat cheese. My husband had carne asada tacos. Three tacos topped avocado , accompanied with beans and slaw. Service was excellent. The decor is modern , yet intimate. This is a family restaurant and a tribute to their grandmothers.

What we didn't realize at the time was that we had stumbled upon one of those dishes that would stick with us! So when Liquor Pig closed, we were genuinely sad to see it go, but then delighted to learn that the same chef was spearheading Wayward and, most importantly, that the legendary bone marrow poutine made its way onto the new menu. And thankfully, it's still just as memorable! The bone marrow is incredibly luscious, rich, and decadent, and the whole dish is the perfect indulgent pairing for Wayward's creative cocktails. The portion is also a great size for two people to share, especially since it's definitely a rich dish. We also tried the Jaew Chicken which was tasty and definitely a little different from what I'd normally order. It was a nice addition to the meal, but honestly, the poutine is the reason we'll keep coming back to this place! While walking through the restaurant, I noticed quite a few tables enjoying the bone in short rib taco board and those portions are serious. That platter could easily feed four people, so it's definitely something to keep in mind if you're dining with a group. All in all, I'm happy that Wayward has kept one of my favorite dishes from the Liquor Pig days alive. If you're looking for creative cocktails with something rich and indulgent to snack on, do yourself a favor and order the bone marrow poutine!

Now I realize that the 2026 was a Summer Olympics and Curling is part of the Winter Olympics, but we didn't care Upon entry to go to the host stand and tell them what you're looking to do (activities vs bar/waiting). The space is relatively open and you can immediately see the fully stocked bar, the bowling area, the back axe throwing lanes, and the enclosed curling lanes. We opted for a package that got us unlimited games (any) for an hour. We started with curling and we didn't need any special clothes or shoes. We were lead to a lane and it's set up like shuffleboard (you can stand on either side and there's two separate color stones). There's ice where you glide your stones and you stand on rubber for traction. You can glide by hand or use a piece of equipment that is essentially a stick to help push and guide your stone. There's an attendant on duty to help any stones that are stuck or that don't make it down the lane The experience was awesome. We've always wanted to try curling, but it's difficult to find somewhere that is set up to let you do that. We were amazed that we finally tried it in a desert of all places. There are no brushes like in typical curling, but you still get a sense of the Olympic activity. The bowling was fun too, but it's a smaller version like you might see in some novelty bars. Axe throwing was that of typical ax throwing. You had a couple different sizes of axes, there's lanes and you throw at a wooden target. They had computers to input your name and keep track of points. It was sometimes difficult to stick the wooden target, but it was fun We didn't try the food or drink, but everything looked good. The staff were very helpful. It was a weekend, and it wasn't overly crowded which was nice. Overall it was a fun experience Some tips: If your stones seem to be getting stuck down the lane, ask the attendant to move you to another lane. That's what we did and it made all the difference Explore the rest of bustling Old Town Scottsdale. She agreed that the lemon was much stronger than other salads, but she enjoys lemon so she was okay with it. I tried her Wagyu cheeseburger (happy hour meal) and unfortunately both of us felt like the meat itself was lacking lots of flavor. My sister ordered the OG chicken sandwich and she said it needed more sauce for flavor. I will confidently say my favorite food of the night was broccolini. The cook was perfect and the flavor was great! I would recommend that side to everyone! As I stated before, there was a large party during our meal, so service time was admittedly slower than expected and we had to remind our server to bring us spoons for our desert, for a to go box, and for a water refill. Since it was busy and packed, I understand it could be difficult so I won't judge it too harshly. I will say one of the food runners, Shaye, supported our table and was very kind and understanding when we flagged her down for something. She really made our experience that much better with her attitude and speed! Given all of the information above, 4/5. Improvements on the food would make it 5 stars for me.
