Great Mexican, if you order the interesting things.... Like your typical middle america Mexican restaurant, they serve what most Americans want - fajitas, burritos, margaritas, chips and salsa, etc. And it's what you expect. Good if that is what you are looking for. If your looking for a little bit more, it has that too. Carnitas made the right way. Chile Verde. Steak Ranchero. Chile Colorado. Flan made on site. Tortas. Taco's made with corn tortillas and cilantro and onion. Margaritas made on the rocks. Good tequila. Horchata and Jamaica. Good selection of beer, not just Dos Equis. Great Food and wonderful service! We were passing through this cute town and glad we stopped here.

Decided to have Mexican for supper. It was pretty busy when we got there. The employees were pleasant but a bit slow. Our food took quite a while and was not very hot. Usually at Mexican restaurants they warn you about the hot plates. There was no problem with that. My steak fajitas were almost too salty to eat and the steak was way overcooked and dry. read more

Cancun is one of the restaurants in my neighborhood. I like Mexican food. What I have experienced at this restaurant is the meat was a bit tough. The ranchero fajita was not bad, other than the steak and chicken were strangely shaped and dry. On the positive side, the portion of additives such as guacamole and sour cream were generous. Ok, really, I would have preferred more sour cream. Just my opinion. Final opinion is ok but not great. Go to Los Altos, it's much better food and the margaritas are fabulous! read more

I really like the food but one of the clerks there hit on me and made me uncomfortable and forced me to give him my number and tried to guilt me into it. I would advise younger women to be very careful and not to give their phone number to anyone even if they guilt you into it like the clerk did with me. read more

We live close to Fiesta and periodically order takeout. When we eat in the restaurant itself we always have a good experience. Unfortunately though ordering takeout has never turned out well for us. They get out order wrong every time. We order 3 hard shell beef tacos for one of the members of our family. Every single time we get soft shell. That might not sound like a big deal but it's every time. And when we make it a point to specify hard shells when we order on the phone and then always get soft shells...it's annoying. And the person taking our order hung up the phone on me before I could end the call verifying the tacos were hard shell. I understand that the restaurant is busy but especially when taking an order on the phone the details of the order should be verified before you hang up on the caller. read more

First off congrats to the owners! When my kids and I went in they were there for their wedding rehearsal dinner and although that's what they were there for they were still greeting, seating and cashing people out. You will not find kinder people. My kids are picky eaters and they LOVED their food. My 4 yr old got a basic kids quesadilla but my 11 yr old got the El Paso, and I got the Ranchero Fajitas.... they were sooo delicious! It had chicken, steak, shrimp and bacon! The bacon made every bite. I couldn't get enough of it. Even with the amount of people in there, the servers were on point! And always so polite. Over all it was an amazing experience. Oh AND the margaritas are to die for!!!!! read more

Went to Fiesta Cancun in Lancaster today for lunch. The decor is cute and inviting. The chips and salsa....yummy! The best salsa by far that I have ever had. Strawberry Margaritas...so good! I ordered a Chile Relleno and Cheese Enchilada with rice and beans. The food was fantastic and the service was awesome. I will be back again for sure. read more

New Lancaster place needs help. Takeout is horrible. Speaking to the manager on a past messed up order made me think this time things would be as ordered. Not even...and not even a napkin on 2 orders. Not giving a 3rd strike. Your out! Wish I could give half a star. Maybe they can fix the mistakes from ordering to delivering wrong food? read more

I visited this restaurant this morning and i had one of the worst experience. The food its okay but the owner of the restaurant has a really mean atittude towards there clients and staff. There was a mistake in my receipt and according to the cashier i got a discount i asked twice about it before paying she said yes that was right, when me and my friends walked outside the owner ran outside yelling at us to go back inside and pay. I told him we already paid. He said go back inside and paid yelling at us like we were trying to leave without paying while the rest of the people inside were looking at us. So embarrasing, We paid AGAIN and told him to change his way of approching people that it wasnt okay and i didnt feel to coming back after that. He said good there is many restaurants around here dont come back. Needless to said we wont. read more

This might be great Mexican in Lancaster, where your only other options are Doolittle's bar and A&W. But it's mediocre anywhere else. The salsa has decent flavor but is watery and almost impossible to keep on a chip. If there's alcohol in the margaritas, it's minimal; I couldn't taste any. Entrees come with refried beans instead of black or pinto beans -- always makes me feel like I'm eating baby food. Fajitas were good but slim on vegetables, which I really wanted after several standard Midwestern meals of burgers and fries. I would give it three stars, however, because Lancaster desperately needs the variety, service was good and there were Spanish-speaking staff: another rarity and needed bit of culture in Lancaster! But the ambiance is so bad -- Florescent lights and bright yellow plastic booths - a combination so overly bright it hurts the eyes. A few inexpensive changes (even a dimmer switch) could fix or at least improve this very quickly. I hope Fiesta Cancun stays and flourishes. And it might because there are so few places to eat here and it's something of a novelty, but a few easy tweaks could make this a vastly more pleasant dining experience. read more

WOWZERS! Fiesta Cancun is incredible. Lets start with the chips and salsa....Can i tell you how addicting they are! Had about 3 helpings even before the meal arrived. I ordered the Enchiladas Suasi. 2 Chicken and 2 beef. It was like having a party in my mouth and everyone was invited....So good! Cant wait to come back tommorow and explore the menu some more! they seem nice there food is good and should open more locations,... you go in and get out in a fair amount of time the only thing I wish is that there could be just a bit more in the bag :( but that's the way of things,... the guy in Lancaster who run's the place seems nice :) read more
