A shout out to Frank and his Service Manager. I had taken my car in on 7/31/23. The air conditioning on drivers side not working. They reprogrammed my A/C module. All was good for a week...same thing happened. I took back today. They diagnosed that a part of the A/C unit was leaking. Frank talked to his manager and they only charged me for parts, no labor. I decided to take my vehicle for inspection for the first time and upon arrival no one greeted me or even asked what my visit was for. I then stepped inside and the same scenario no one bothered to even acknowledge my presence inside, I waited for about 5 min and still no one asked and there was literally 5 service advisors on the floor. I then got frustrated and went up to 2 service advisors that were talking amongst each-other and got assistance from a very rude and unprofessional individual named Rudy Cantu. He stated they don't provide assistance to customers until they go up to their stations and being that I work in customer service myself I know very well that is not the way business goes especially for a dealership. He then proceeded to give me attitude and talk back to me with his smart comments and decided to take my vehicle for a quick test drive driving recklessly around the streets of the dealership. I was very upset and asked to speak to a manager and asked that I wait as they were having a meeting. I seated and waited for about 15 minutes and still nothing, so I went back and asked for his business card and to my surprise he was eating a chicken wing during work like he was at home or break room. Being that this was my first time going and experiencing this they have definitely lost a customer and will never go back. I went there to see if they could program a key so we had a backup for me and my son. I went there on a Saturday and they said yes but explained that I had to have all the keys. My x wife flew to NYC Mon with the other key. She drove us to the airport but ran right into a curb wow on the way. I drove her car back but when I looked at the RF wheel in the daylight WOW it was really ruined and for safety had to use the spare. They also gave me a more reasonable quote and help than the other terrible place where I wasted three trips going there. And I was so mad that I thought of taking vengeance out on a guy with my cane. SALES REVIEW - TALK TO JIMMY Jimmy is a kind and wonderful salesman! We drove two hours to arrive before opening to purchase a Ford Maverick the dealership had just released. We had called ahead and already knew they were putting a 5k markup on it (most dealerships are marking up 5-10k), so we weren't surprised about price. Jimmy got us the deal even though others were lining up to purchase this truck at the same time as us. We had to jump through the typical hoops with the sales manager of insisting they take off pricey additional warranties and add-ons. But Jimmy was great and I would definitely buy another vehicle from him. Wish we weren't going for such a high demand vehicle. They didn't give us any wiggle room on the price, just an FYI if you are going to the dealership. Steve in finance was great as well. Walked us through all the paperwork and immediately took off the $695 security system when I told him too. No arguing like I've experienced at other dealerships. They also allowed us to use our outside financing through USAA and didn't insist we use Fords which I appreciate. Jimmy washed and gased the car, then walked us through every drive feature and made sure our phones connected to the apple airplay, helped us download the ford app and showed us how to remote start and other app features! Once again my car is here after being towed. Yesterday it made a weird clunking noise and the steering stopped working. This car has had the transmission pulled out 3 times to try to resolve issues, the differential failed, breaks completely failed when it was new, brakes squeak now, it has delayed acceleration intermittently, etc. I'm frustrated to say the least! Due to a mechanical failure on my transmission I had my car towed to Fiesta Ford. Luckily I had a mechanical breakdown warranty through Geico which covered it. Geico was very fast and efficient in working with the dealer. I spent over two months calling repeatedly and their only response was we are waiting on the parts. I asked for a loaner car and they said they don't offer that even though this was a mechanical breakdown caused by something defective with the car. I finally had my friend call whom is an attorney and they all of the sudden had it finished in two days. Approximately maybe 3 weeks later the car started acting up again so I took it to my mom's mechanic and he said it was the transmission. I can't prove it but I think it all started when I got a transmission flush right before all of this my car only had 69k miles on it and was well maintained. I took it to another Ford location and they said they were backed up for about 3 months for this type of repair. My car just had a new transmission put in!! By Ford !! I finally had to purchase another car and even though I have been a loyal Ford owner for 28yrs I bought a Toyota I will never go back to Ford! Even when I called their headquarters they took no action in helping. My brother who lives in Washington said the Ford dealership where he lives took 6 months to fix his Ford truck. read more

Six months ago I had written a one star review, and swore I'd never go back..However I decided to give them one more chance to be my dealer, and thanks to the professionalism and highly trained skills shown by Manny Sanchez, the salesman, I was surprisingly impressed to the point that I actually bought not one but two new Bronco Sports. We actually were going to just trade my girlfriend's car for a new Bronco if we liked it. We test drove several suv's,, and I enjoyed the ride and handling of the latest Ford Bronco Sport for 2022 that I decided I liked it so much that I decided to trade my Toyota for a new Bronco. We decided upon the rock climbing Badlands version because we loved that Desert Sand color so much. And I wanted a power moon roof and a built in navigation system so I went for the Outer Banks. They are both entirely different cars, as Manny pointed out, and we both live our new rides. Another feature I really love is the great gas mileage. I get twice the mileage now compared to my Toyota. Customer Service is in dire need of improvement. I live about a mile from Fiesta Ford and had purchased a Raptor Truck used with all the bells and whistles and an extended warranty. Purchased through another dealership. I called to bring in my truck because the drive train was making noise, I also needed an oil change and the auto AMD step bars were not working properly. Although, newly installed when purchased. At end of day, I had to call, never received a call from my service person, Frank. He let me know they did the oil change but, would not fix the AMD steps to enter and exit truck that has a high stance. Frank mentioned they don't cover after market items on the warranty. Then, Why does Ford sell them?? Back to my repairs. Frank said they had to order the part for the drive train and he would call me back in 2 weeks once the part came in. Week 3, no call from Frank or service dept. So, I called, Frank answered and told me to bring truck in the morning to repair drive train. Truck was brought into the dealership for service and they had it all day. No update call again, I called to see if it was ready about 3:45pm. Frank stated the part was broken, scratching my head...and told me they would have a replacement part the next day and I could leave the truck overnight or pick it up and bring in again the next day. I told him I would call back to verify as we were out of town at a family funeral and TOE. About 4:45pm, I called back, Frank had left for the day and I left message with Joe that I would leave the truck so it could get repaired the next day. I told Joe to make sure he left message for Frank in service and he acknowledged he would. Next day comes and about 2pm of course, I called, Frank stated he was never told and why did I not inform him? What a nightmare... Frank said they could not get to the truck that day, and of course it was FRIDAY, so it would not get worked on until Monday. Needless to say, I picked up my truck and hope to never bring my truck in again to Fiesta Ford. What a joke. Service needs to train their staff. Lucky for me, Sunland Ford of Victorville, where I purchased the truck, sent one of their staff to pick up my truck and left me a Ford Bronco to drive while they repair the issues. I took my car in to have the oil changed on 12/21/23. They took my car right away. I waited for two hours before going to the service desk to ask. I was told there were still two cars ahead of mine. I waited an additional hour before going back to the desk to ask again. This time I was told there were several cars still ahead of mine. I could no longer wait and asked them to bring me my car. The lady at the desk apologized and asked if I wanted the valet to pick it up 12/22/23 from my home. She said they would do the oil change and return the car to my home. I agreed. They were to pick the car up at 8:00 and return it by noon. They did not pick the car up until 8:45 and did not return it until 1:30. Horrible service department. read more

my fiancé is on the autistic spectrum, but noone would ever know as he is super charismatic and extremely intelligent. But he endured a lot of bullying growing up. They are flat out rude and bullies here. Starting with the manager Daniel. This was suppose to be our first vehicle purchased together. Which turned into the most humiliating experience that I will never forget. Wilson was a good guy and a great salesman.we had to head back home to pick up a few documents as well as feed our dogs. Manager called us proceeded to insult my fiancé, and his name and went as far as to speak super slow. and pretty much called him a liar and even made fun of his credit score. He threatened to sell the vehicle to someone else if we were not back within 30minutes. He called again as we were exiting Washington, to state that he was closing up the dealership, and we lost our chance. We told him we were close by. He said we had 5minutes or else we would not get the vehicle we both really liked. Also that our word meant nothing. Once we got there he was glaring at us and pretty much stared down my fiancé for no apparent reason. He also called my fiancé a liar because the salesman had promised us to fix the cracked drivers side tail light and take care of the paint chips/dent as well. The manager ridiculed us for even suggesting such a thing and said no where in the country would a dealership do such a thing. He stated what he says goes as he is the boss and no one else matters and he says no so that's that. so if we had a problem with that than for us not to buy the car. My fiancé felt the need to return to purchase car just on principal alone as you should never allow anyone to treat you like this or put you down. He made us feel like we were insignificant as we were only buying a cheap $24000 used car after taxes and fees which was nothing in his eyes. The vehicle only had 28k miles on it and we have only drove it a couple of days when the check engine light came on. As well as the service light , which says the car is way over due for service and someone had deleted the date on the service records on the GPS. Three days before Thanksgiving the coolant pump on my Ford Explorer failed which is considered a major repair given the location of the pump. I had a two local mechanics in Palm Desert check it out with one quoting $2,500 and the other $3,500 and neither of them could start the 15 hour repair job for about two weeks. I took it to the Fiesta Ford dealership in Indio and they said they could take it on immediately quoting $3,500. I came back the next day (two days before Thanksgiving) and dropped of the SUV around 2pm. They called me at 12 noon the next day saying they finished the job and it came in under budget at $2,900 including an oil change on top. My customer service representative Raymond was excellent. The whole operation is incredibly well run and efficient. I am definitely going back to them if needed again. read more

I had my character attacked at the same time as I had to convince Ford to try to repair my car. I have had repeated issues with my Ford Expedition and need to bring this into the shop. Time and time again, the same issue repeats itself, but I am not writing this review because the car is less than good or the service department seems to not know how to repair cars. Today while I was dropping my car off with the shop, I was describing the problems that arose immediately after the last time I brought it in, as well as the fact there was a recall for the car. The representative clearly was put out by me needing my car repaired again, and disagreed with the repair history that was documented in the computer. He then asked what I wanted them to do. When I described again the recall and the problem with the car, he interrupted me, claiming that I had said "the car runs like s***" and that he was trying to help me. When I took exception to this misrepresentation, he stuck by this claim, again repeating the same phrase, even though there were three other service reps right next to us. He then told me he wasn't going to be able to help me. I waited for Sarah, who has helped me on numerous occasions in the past, got my car checked in, then reported all this to the manager. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with! Came in once to get my grandma's truck a full service oil change, they 'fixed the problems', washed it, and gave me the paper work. The problem was the lady at the service desk was BEYOND rude. When I saw the truck sitting for 45 minutes and nothing was happening, I asked her if I could get the truck and she rudely snapped "The paper work isn't done." So, I sat back down and 20 minutes passes and she yells at me your car is ready. I walk up to her and ask for the paper work and she snapped yet again "Its at the cashier." I went to the cashier who didn't go over the paper work with me like they claim to do, paid, and left. The car was NOT cleaned. I got home and noticed the paper work said after the service ALL my fluids were low but they were suppose to fix it. Additionally, my suspension was shot and I had leaks in my system THAT NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT. Not to mention the key buttons had broke...great, so my grandma and I call and get the manager Steve who apologized and asked us to bring it back on a day he was there and he would fix it for us. Well, I show up bright and early 8 am on Wednesday AND STEVE WASN'T THERE YET! The rude lady who loves to snap at me helped me and when I was explaining why we were back she said "Yeah. I know. I helped you last time." Soooo why wasn't anything fixed? I wish they wore name tags so I had their names. I waited over an hour for 'Steve', no one called me to tell me how much the leaks and suspension would be and I still have no clue who Steve is. I am sitting in the showroom, waiting for this truck BEYOND upset and pissed. I'll probably leave another review explaining how this ended but so far I will NEVER purchase from Ford in Indio and because of the way everything is being handled I will NEVER buy from Ford. PERIOD! UPDATE! Her name was Annie. After 2 hours, we got an estimate on what was wrong...WE DIDN'T EVEN GET IT FIXED AFTER 2 HOURS. 2 hours just for an estimate on what they should have told us last time, RIDICULOUS. I called about 1 hour and 15 minutes into waiting to ask for Steve who had been there for 45 minutes...and no one told me!! Steve said he would come out and talk to me in about 5 minutes. Horrible service department! I brought in my car because it was making a noise when I would turn. Turns out, it was the shocks that needed to be replaced be replaced. Service advisor Annie was horrible. When 3 days had passed by, I decided to show up in person because I wasn't getting a call back. I asked about my car and she mentioned the shocks had just arrived and that she wasn't going to have my car ready. I asked if I can get a loaner or rental because it was already 3 days, plus who knows how long til they will take to put them on. She was condescending and rude. She right off the bat says no on the rental car. If she would've called me and said hey look I need to order the parts, do you want to come pick up the car and then when they get here, you bring it back, I would be okay with that, but nope. They didn't look at the car til day 2 afternoon. She ended up telling me that if I live in Cathedral City, why don't I go to that dealership. That is none of her business of what dealership I decide to take my vehicle to. I then proceeded to speak to the service manager, which was not a lot of help. When I purchased the vehicle, I bought the extended warranty and maintenance, but I feel it's useless because mostly every time I take the vehicle in, they always give me a bill. I've been waiting to post this but I feel like the time is now. I took my Ford Taurus in there to have it checked because the engine light came on. It's a brand new car. I left the car for them to examine it. They told me that it would cost $350 because something was wrong with the cable on the battery. I told them no and I went home and talk to my neighbor who is a mechanic and he came out and took his wrench and tighten something and the check engine light went off. I felt like I was scammed by these people. I wouldn't take my car into their place it was the last place on the planet earth. The general manager seem like a sleazeball. Took my Mustang in for an oil change and they screwed up the oil plug on the engine pan. Now I have to pay $1200 to replace it. They also told me that I had "a long way to go" on my brakes and it turns out they were nearly done and if I would have waited I would have needed the rotate resurfaces. As my truck was climbing up the incline it all of a sudden pegged hot while on the 2nd to the slowest lane. Without any power I coasted to the shoulder where I stayed stranded ... Luckily Fiesta Ford was nearby where I was towed and repaired. This review is ONLY for the service provided by the dealership in repairing the vehicle. I was offered top notch service by the repair department. An estimate was generated quickly and repairs were made in a very timely manner. Here's what liked... * I towed the vehicle to the dealership and I was provided service and follow-up calls in a very timely manner. I felt that as soon as information was obtained it was quickly provided to me so that I could properly make decisions. * The dealership worked closely with the local Enterprise Rental so I was able to get transportation back home to Orange County about 100 miles away. Here's what I didn't like... * The diagnosis was there was low compression on the engine. Therefore the engine went out. Since it would cost money to open the engine up to determine the problem, there was no point in investing money into finding the cause. Ok, now that I've gotten it out of the way that the service at Fiesta Ford was wonderful, let's get to the quality of the product. The F550 6.7L is f*ck'n GARBAGE and gets an "F-"!!! With regular maintenance how do so many things go out in a little over 100K miles after the warranty expired? In about 127K miles the following items broke: engine, transmission, alternator, water pump, turbo, O2 sensor, high temp sensor... I've been stranded on the side of the road more times then I care to remember. This product is supposed to be a work horse. Instead it is more like a dead-horse begging to be put out of its misery. It is terrible trying to get work completed when every few weeks my truck is in the shop for service that is other than routine. Honestly I am a patriot at heart & I was looking to get something like an Expedition as my next vehicle. But after my horrific on-going issues with my F550 (that I basically got new with only 3K miles) it tainted my perception completely. While driving over the Grapevine for our first trip in over a year due to the pandemic, our check engine light went on. We decided to go the distance and found Fiesta Ford. We thought that they would not be able to do much given the time of day, but Raymond Gamboa rearranged vehicles to get us into the service area, put a meter on the panel, and deduced that we had a problem with our turbo mechanism. He said it would take over a week to get the part and do the work, but he would work hard to see what could be done since we were leaving in four days. While we made four different plans to get back to the Bay Area without our vehicle and plans to return once it was fixed, Raymond was working his magic. Raymond provided oversight and constant communication while the team tested everything, pinpointed the problem, received the part, and had the truck finished (and cleaned) by 11:00 a.m. on our exit date.
