We usually go to this restaurant every Sunday after church and usually get pretty good and quick service. We went there today and we had 8 people, with 3 different orders. Order 1, 2 people, Order 2, 1 person, and Order 3, 5 people. The waiter that came to our table was obviously new, because he was very unaware as to what came with the meals and other pertinent information. My ticket says Carlos. After we had given him our orders, maybe 20 mins past and he brought out Order #1, Order #2, and 4 of the 5 people's food on Order #3. He told my son, "YOURS IS COMING, IT WILL BE ABOUT 3 MINS". We began to eat and waited and waited and nothing. About 20 or 25 mins later, after we had all finished eating, Carlos brought my sons food out. About 15 mins later when he came to bring the checks, I told him, you need to give my son a discount, because his food came when we were finished eating, and you clearly forgot to Order his food! He said,"I'll see what I can do" When my sons check came it had no discounts and had and had an automatic 20% gratuity added. This was our WORST experience ever! read more

Well well well. When I heard about jumbo margaritas for $4 my mind was made up that I had to come here. I GPS-Ed my way here only to discover that I knew where this was (right behind QT) and had come here yearssss ago. There were a lot of cars out front so I took that as a good sign. $1 tacos happen on Wednesday and i figured that was why. They give you queso when you get there... lit, off to a good start. $4 is only for house flavored and on the rocks. I wanted strawberry and frozen and it was like 1.75 more... no big deal because it was DELICIOUS. Probably the best margarita I've ever had. To my surprise the only kind of tacos included in the special were steak and el pastor... no thanks. I ended up getting enchiladas rancheros. - 2 beef 3 chicken= 4 disappointments. They lack flavor and were pretty dry. I probably should have just gotten a regular price taco since they weren't expensive but I called myself being adventurous. Fiesta Mexicana is the only place we go out for dinner. It always hits with the free Queso, salsa, and verde salsa. There has not been anything that I've tried on the menu that I HAVENT loved. They also give such BIG portions for so cheap that we always have lunch for the next day :) I definitely recommend Fiesta Mexicana if you are looking for a delicious, cheap restaurant with fast service. I frequent this place quite often (dine-in, doordash and carry out) at least a few times a month. I have never had an experience like I had tonight. It was bad enough that if I decide to use this "credit" I will not be going back. I ordered two dishes by phone, an ACP (no onions) and an order of fajita nachos (no onions or tomatoes). I get home to discover I had onions in my nachos. I call back up there to inform them of this and the staff was very rude (probably because they were already closed). Both the manager (Victor) and the lady that took my order basically called me a liar and told me I never said no onions to which I responded I did because I am allergic to onions. He said that I needed to make sure I told them it was an allergy because if I didn't and "something happened" it would be my fault. Instead of taking accountability, it was made into my fault that they messed up my order. I wasn't mad I understand mistakes happen, all I wanted was for this to be rectified even if it was on a different day, but I was met with crappy attitudes and even crappier customer service. read more

We waited a little bit to be greeted however once we were, it was an amazing experience! Salsa verde, salsa, and queso given with the chips. Soft drinks were huge. Lunch portions were plentiful for one person. My friends were able to split a lunch ACP between the 2 of them. We got a pitcher of lime margaritas which was delicious. Our server Juan was FANTASTIC. I have been here legitimately at least 100 times and while it is still my favorite mexican joint in the area, the last 2 years or so it has seen a steady decline. The service used to be amazing, now its ok. the food used to always be cooked to perfection and fresh, now its a gamble. The buffet used to be delicious, now a lot of the time its just old and dry. There is good reason why this place has 5 stars: it is hands down the best Mexican I have had on the East coast! Who would have thought the best Mexican would be hiding in Concord NC? The food: I ordered the Enchiladas Rojas and the fiancée ordered the Enchiladas Rancheras. We were given a choice of meat (Chicken, pulled chicken, steak, or pork) and each decided on the pork. We were each expecting pulled pork, but instead got nice, meaty, pieces of pork chop. It was wonderful! And you can not beat the price. I got my draft Modelo and she got a Pineapple soda. The service was great! This was my first time trying the Birria Taco and I was sadly disappointed! The beef was not seasoned at all and very little cheese and the dip didn't help. The look inside and out of the taco was not to my liking. Wednesday night $1 tacos are nearly perfect if you ask for them to be cooked well (bien cosido, in spanish), if, and only if, they actually relay your request to the cooks and if, and only if, the cooks pay attention. Otherwise, they're undercooked and barely acceptable. Sending them back to actually cook them gets the hairy eyeball from the waitresses who will take them back and then return them looking no different and runs who knows what other risks. Taking mine to go and finishing them off in a toaster oven at home has become my strategy for when they can't seem to execute. read more
