I was bullied by the owner for bringing in my dogs to eat on the patio, truly shook by the way this man treats his female servers and hostess. I've eaten here a couple times and seen him completely lose it on a female, leaving her in tears. So cringe. Allow me to be brutally honest about his establishment of a joint. The house salsa is bland and eh. You can get better from a Tostitos jar from food lion. The only time the chips are fresh is at 11am when they open. You can tell they recycle them. The Spanish rice is not the greatest. Most of the food items on the menu are going to give you bad gas and leave your wallet questioning whether or not you will return. Total tour trap. Fun spot to grab a drink and food. We were visiting Myrtle Beach and decided to come here based on a recommendation from a friend. They had live music / karaoke which was fun and there was a lively atmosphere on a Saturday night. They serve every table with chips and salsa. For drinks we we ordered a pitcher of the classic margarita which was strong! Definitely recommend splitting a pitcher with at least 4 people. For entrees my friend tried the fajitas which came out sizzling. I ordered the steak with cheese enchiladas. The portion sizes were huge. Well I am from San Diego, so it was surprise to find a Mexican Restaurant with good food in Myrtle Beach. This place did not disappoint. The food came out hot and fresh tasting. My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now and have always had excellent service, great food, and a nice casual atmosphere. The outdoor area is very dog-friendly, and the server will bring your dog a bowl of fresh water (and will ask if he/she needs refills). This place is hands down the BEST Mexican food in Myrtle Beach. We have now been here twice for dinner on our week long vacation, because we had to come back again. I was so enthralled with the process and taste, I forgot to take a picture of the table side guacamole, made right in front of me. It is without a doubt the best guacamole you're ever going to eat. Fresh avocado, lime, cilantro, jalapeños, tomatoes, and red onion all added right before my eyes. I felt like a kid in a candy shop, I ordered it both visits! I found the steak tacos to be amazingly delicious, especially topped with the table side guac, fresh pico, and a squeeze of the limes they give. The portion of rice is small, but I left full. My daughter enjoyed her cheese quesadilla, and my wife loved her enchiladas....so much that she also ordered them twice.
