This is a great run-of-the mill Mexican restaurant - not necessarily the authentic stuff. The food is good. The service is excellent. It has those typical American Mexican restaurant vibes. They bring you chips and 2 types of salsa (a mild and a spicy) when they seat you. I have noticed with Mexican restaurants, in general, prices are increasing. Cheese dip here was $7 and a drink was $3.25 (which is about what all restaurants charge nowadays). The few times I've been here, I've left stuffed and happy! Food was not that great green salsa was out of a can or a bottle of some sort for the enchiladas. Fajitas had no flavor at all. Had to add seasoning to it and vegetables were not cooked. Salsa is probably the worst salsa I've ever had. Drinks we're not refilled once empty. And they charge almost 4% to use a credit card and that is not disclosed prior to entering the establishment or prior to ordering and when we mentioned it to them, they said oh well. This Mexican restaurant will nickel and dime you for everything. If you don't pay cash they charge you a 5% convenience charge they try to hide from you. It doesn't show up on the bill just when you swipe and sign. The food isn't too bad it's just expensive. read more

Went from 4 stars to 2 after today's take out which was way over priced for the amount of food we received. Run of the mill midwestern mexican food, but they have tons and tons of selections, so you're sure to find something.

Good food for price, but there is room for improvement. Carry out could be a little fresher. Four stars!

We decided last minute to stop by here to have a late dinner with my girlfriend and her mom. As always I checked in using Yelp and took a look at the reviews and it wasn't favorable. I've visited a good amount of Mexican restaurants and so far they've mostly been pleasant. This one is no exception, we got seated very quickly and the waitress was very quick to take our drink orders and order in general. I ended up doing what no one does at a Mexican restaurant and that is order their chicken wings (I was in the mood for wings what can I say.) their wings were actually above average and they served it with the buffalo sauce on the side which I liked that, I dipped a little in the buffalo sauce and some in ranch and the flavor was explosive. My girlfriend and her mom ordered the Pollo Fiesta, which they both rather enjoyed. It's chicken with poblano peppers, mushrooms, onion, and chihuahua cheese, served with a side of beans and rice. It looked amazing but I like to keep things rather simple, good ol chicken wings were tasty. The waitress did take a while to bring our checks and never came to collect so we went up to the front desk and paid there. Overall I did enjoy the experience, I was in a bad mood throughout the day and this place plus the company of my girlfriend and her mom definitely made it better. Thank you guys. read more

Walked in and either the AC wasn't working or they had it turned off. It wasn't miserable but was not comfortable either. We go here once, maybe twice a month and get the quesadilla fajitas and they were always delicious. They are large enough for us to have enough to take home for lunch the next day. Tonight the vegetables in them were raw, it was floating in oil, and hardly any cheese. We let the server know and his only comment was oh ok. We ate a few bites and called it quits. We understand places make mistakes but the server made not attempt to apologize or to try to make it right with another dish or to discount the meal we couldn't eat. We will not be back. read more

Food was not good at all and not worth the money at all, the beef tasted like cat food and was so greasy. There was stuff in the beef that could not tell what it was. They put our drinks in a bag and it spilled all out. Had to go back in to get drinks redone. Definitely will never be back and was not worth $80 bucks. read more

Food is pretty good, but service is awful. Most of the staff just hangs out at checkout counter. You better savor your first drink because you may not get another. Lots of tv's to enjoy the games and it is really clean. read more

Been here three or four times the service has been hit or miss even though I do really like that they have lots of TVs and was hoping it would be my new Mexican and or sports place but alas I'll never be back I am suffering from food poisoning from eating there today. read more

Out of the 5 times I've been there the food has been consistently good. We were always greeted and seated promptly. Our orders were taken timely and our food came quick. After that you almost have to wave down someone for a refill. No biggie. I like this place just fine and intend to return. read more
