This is a cute little plant shop that I impulsively decided to check out. They don't have a huge selection, but the plants that they do have are in good condition and prices are pretty okay. I'm really loving the pot selection! Small, but they have a lot of really cute ones and I'm definitely eyeballing my plant collection since I know it's repotting time on a few of them. I can't say enough good things about this business. They went above and beyond and communicated thoroughly and thoughtfully as I ordered my flowers from out of state for my upcoming wedding. I had disaster after disaster with another florist I was working with and some DIY projects gone wrong, and The Fernseed was there every step of the way to save the day! They really came through for us and were so agreeable when I asked for extra chair bundles and filler stems just a week out. The final results were absolutely unique and stunning! Literally, every time in here I have such a great experience. The staff is so pleasant, cheerful and extremely helpful. The stem bar is SO beautiful, fragrant and fresh. They have a wide variety of plants that all look healthy and are reasonably priced. If you buy from the stem bar they help you arrange a bouquet with your selections. They have the cutest shop, and on Monday their 4 inch pot plants are on sale. I got their specialty potting soil mixture and repotted a plant I've had for years. It has soooo much new growth now that I never could achieve before. read more

I noticed there was a sale and new price for my wedding flowers that started same day i ordered. I called to cancel my previous order and reorder, a woman named Julliet let me know i am wrong, continued to argue with me, that that is not what their website and the email sent to me says, and those flowers arent on sale. I disreguarded it as she may not be informed and is having a bad day and proceeded anyway. I got a notification my new order was avtually cancelled right out from under me, so i called and they let me know they will not be working with me for my wedding and accussed me of taking advantage of them. Over 45$ dollar difference Juliett let me know to go elsewhere for my wedding day and they will not sell me those flowers. She was rather rude, and unprofessional. As a fellow small business owner, i know the customer service and professional thing to would either be, honor your email and fix it in the future, or kindly explain and admit you made an error. The email and website does say that but it is an error and explain we cannot honor that sale and would have to cancel any that include wedding flowers. But instead there was an argument about what i see with my own eyes and no mention of cancelling an order until we hung up and i saw a cancelled order notification. Not the kind of people and mentality id support. Williams flowers here i come!! read more
