So I ordered a pizza, and substituted a couple of items. Arrived to pick up the pizza, it was wrong. Very graciously we were offered to make a fresh pizza and given a complimentary pizza for a future date. Second pizza arrives and what do I see, but the wrong pizza again. Now I am giving five stars because it was ordered incorrectly by the person inputting the order. Not the poor person behind the counter who feverishly made the correct pizza for me and even confirmed with me two times to make sure it was correct. This to me is TRUE customer service. No looks, no remarks, just good old fashioned make the customer happy and for that, Figaro's of Sweet Home, you get this Yelp Elites 5 star approval! read more

Figaro's Pizza in Sweet Home Oregon is a hidden gem. The staff is courteous and efficient. The pizza, man this is pretty good! Hands down better than the national brands and worth the slightly higher price. Their ingredients are fresh and well balanced on each pie. They don't overdo it on the cheese to drown out the other flavors and their sauce is more savory and delicious than most other places! Good job Figaro's in Sweet Home! I haven't had Figaros since they closed in Lebanon years ago. Thought id try this one in sweet home. Doesnt even come close to what it used to be. Tough chewy crust, barely any cheese. Different taste/lack of flavor. Ill give it 2.5 stars. I love how the debit card reader asks for a tip now too. read more

Pros: Cheap Cons: Low Quality, Rude Staff The Bottom Line: Figaro's Pizza is quite possibly the worst pizza that I have ever had. Taste Their Pizza tastes like cardboard topped with ketchup and cheese melted in the microwave with the pepperoni being the only decent part of the pizza, however that is not saying much, given the sheer load quality of their ingredients. The end result is a pizza that is only slightly more appetizing than a pile of vomit. Customer Service The employees of the restaurant care very little about their job it seems. They do nothing but roll their eyes and text while you order. Figaro's is takeout only, and as such you cannot eat inside their restaurant, you can only take a pizza to bake or have them bake it. No matter what option you pick, expect long wait times, 15 minutes in store, or up to 2 hours for delivery because the employees can't be bothered to do their jobs. Quality I also have to ask how Figaro's pizza has passed a health inspection, as multiple members of my family, including myself on the few occasions I have eaten from there, have gotten very sick after eating pizza from here. I don't think the Linn County Health Department is doing its job, seeing how this restaurant is still allowed to operate. In conclusion, eat here at your own risk, I would not recommend it as there are many better places that deliver pizza in the area. read more

The competitor is much better. Ordered the Mediterranean . Looks like the rule for topping is less than one piece of artichoke and / or spinach per slice. Slices are large. Much time passes between visits there. Not satisfactory. read more

They have gluten-free pizzas here, at Figaro's in Sweet Home. The gluten-free crust only comes in medium. I got one, with four toppings, and ate the whole thing! Can't do that often; I would die. But it was real good... read more

There is a young lady that works at this restaurant named Liz! I have been coming here and she has been taking my order for YEARS now! She is my favorite employee! I refuse to order from anyone else! I have always felt that the emplyees here are just young teenagers, who have always been snippy, and rude and self entitled. But Liz makes sure my order is done perfect, and she is always friendly! Ordered a pizza for delivery, gave a nice tip to the driver, however, once we opened the box we where shocked as to what we found. The pizza was cut into shreds. The pizza must have had forty cut pieces to it, some not even bite size...for a pizza that should have only had 8-10 slices to it. We have been customers for 15 years. Took the pizza back to learn the Manager had left for the night (I'm sure she was in the back room) as I had just gotten off the phone with her not 15- 20 minutes earlier. And the other ladies in the store blamed the delivery guys for this behavior. I'm one who will not be going back to this establishment again. read more
