She was very thorough and even extracted the tiny bumps that have been stubbornly living on my face rent free. Extractions weren't too painful for how clean my pores looked after. The facial was very massage forward; she worked on my scalp, neck, chest, upper back, arms -- all the way down to my fingers. She has over 20 years of experience and it shows.
