I saw an article in the Daily Herald about Brian and his...Macarons. I was curious but not curious enough to order some. Then I saw him selling his macarons at the Provo farmer's market. I bought two of every flavor and... Ermagerrrrd! They were SO good! Better than the ones I tries in LA and DC. Fast forward two years later...I'm still a huge fan. They just melt in my mouth after that initial satisfying crunch. Brian manages to pack so much flavor into each macaron. I often get some without knowing what kind they are and I can instantly identify what flavors they are, 99% of the time. Not like the neon colored ones you can get at Harmon's.
