I came here yesterday and the lady that took my order is straight up RUDE! I ask her if her taro milk tea has any dairy or they use a non dairy cream and she snap at me saying "I cannot give you my recipe." I told her I'm not asking for her recipe and all I wanted to know if there was milk in it. She gave me an attitude. So I order the taro milk tea. When they gave it to me the color was brown and usually the taro milk tea is purple. I ask them if this is the taro and she said yes with an attitude. I drink it and it taste nothing like the taro and has a cinnamon taste to it. It tasted more like chai and was extremely sweet. I end up throwing it away. I do not recommend this place due to bad customer service and their drink is awful. read more

As the other reviews have said, terrible customer service. Older lady that takes orders is very rude. I got a taro smoothie with egg pudding. The egg pudding was syrupy and not at all like the pieces of egg pudding I'm used to. She then told me that I just don't know what egg pudding is and that is why I didn't like it. She then proceeded to add in a few more snide remarks in Vietnamese (she didn't know I understood what she was saying) saying we were too American. Best Tapioca Drink, period. Large selection of fresh fruits, friendly service, reasonable prices. My favorite is the papaya tapioca ,but they have about 30 different fruit/ veggie combinations to choose from. Mediocre sugar cane juice with horrendous service. Went here for the first time today and was given major attitude by the sassy lady who sold me sujar cane juice because I asked her for half ice instesd of full ice ($1 extra cost). Since when does upgrading an order call for extra sass? Then the bitch got on my friend's case for taking photos in the store. Fine by us, we will not give you free advertisement on our social media pages. But it does make me wonder whether they have unethical business practices--why have a stringent photo policy if they have nothing to hide? The shop was empty and they should be glad I was giving them business. Never coming here again. To the worker: leave your own problems and attitude at home, learn to act like a professional when you are working. read more

It is located in the Hong Kong Food Market Center. Their fresh fruit blender must have been on the fritz since there was still ice chunks plus the fruit wasn't well blended and things tasted chalky. I also saw the lady using a knife or something like it to stab inside the blender to get things moving, and it didn't seem to help. Overall, not horrible, but I have had so much better that I wouldn't stop here unless I was in the market and wanting a drink. read more

Horrible service. I literally come here atleast twice a week and for the past week I've been here everyday because my mom is here to visit and she's obsessed with their Xi muoi tac. So today I decided to order a coffee...and let me tell you it was horrible. It was so sweet that I couldn't even drink it. I'm not a person who likes to complain but man it was sweet. I asked her to add black coffee to neutralize the sweetness and she said she couldn't..I guess her coffee is made out powder so I understand. So I asked her if it's possible you can exchange me for a thai tea instead..in which I had before and it was not bad but she said that the tea is too sweet too and you'll have to pay for it you want it. I told her well I've been here a million times and supported you..and you can't even replace my drink? She just walked away and talked to another customer. They deserve a one star for their Xi muoi tac, customer service and others drinks don't deserve a star. I'm still craving for a coffee so I went to kim's tapioca teahouse in thr same plaza and guess what??..they can adjust my coffee to my liking and the girls their are really nice. Older Vietnamese lady working at the front seems grouchy all the time. She's like the tea Nazi. Order your drinks and move on pal. The place can get busy. A lot of their teas are premade with sugar added. They seem to know the right amount of sugar to use. I tried their flavored passion fruit green tea and compared it to their passion fruit seeds (the real stuff) green tea. Both taste the same. Don't try to custom order your teas. Order what's on the board so you don't get dissappointed. Vietnamese seem to know what will taste good and what will not. I can see why Vietnamese would like this place and I could see why non-Vietnamese wouldn't. It's ok tea at best but it's not god awful or bland like other places. I kind of prefer Vietnamese style of teas than the Chinese versions which kind of taste too processed and fake. But don't get the Vietnamese coffee. It's rather bland read more

They deserve less than a star if you ask me. 1 was the lowest. I just had sugar cane drink and it was ok. About half way through the drink i find a giant fruit fly. I went back to tell the owner/or employee that there was a bug. She told me that it flew in there. I didn't open the plastic at all. The only way on was the small tiny straw. Obviously i didn't want another drink from them. I wasn't expecting a refund. Then she gives me that bs reason and how that was my FAULT that let the bug flies into my OWN drink !?! I'm guessing the lady who is always there is the owner.. Anywho she is the worst at customer service! She always have an ass face on and definitely don't adjust to customers wants. My mom asked if the strawberry can have less sugar in it and she gave my mother an attitude! Then she gave us the wrong order. She made two strawberry smoothies one with green jelly one with the coffee jelly and we ordered the green jelly but she gave my mom the coffee one and my moms like u gave me the wrong one we asked for the green jelly the owner gave my mom an ass face thought she had to make another one and rolled her eyes at my mom and said where is my strawberry Drink I gave u which we placed on her counter she was just trying to be a bitch to my mom and then said its our fault that we grab this one meanwhile she freaking gave it to us along with my moms drink! The other one was still behind the counter with owner and she had the nerve to ring everybody up before us while we were there first! My mom said can u ring us out we were here first and the lady ignored her. I had to speak up and told her I don't like her and that she was being rude. Honestly the drinks are just normal def not worth the fucking attitude of that lady being treated like that when we are buying something from you lady..
