I just had a repair today and met his technician, Leon. He fixed the machine, pointed out some parts that may need repair/replacement and promised to provide me a quote. If I want to keep this relic, I definitely also want to keep Mike, Leon and Glenview Office Equipment.

This went on and finally, February 2020 I called and the owner said, "I don't know anything about your shredder and anyway, we're not responsible for anything left for more than 90 days. And we've moved." I am so upset, first of all because he never said anything about 90 days when I took the shredder in, and secondly, I called every month to check on the status, and obviously, he never even looked at the shredder. He is not worth a second look. Please be careful before you do any business with this scam artist.

Dave answered my emails and calls in a timely fashion, and worked with me to make an appointment to save my sanity. I went to Angelo's for my Apple laptop that got damaged from a fall. I was initially looking at a good $500 repair from most places and knew it was hopeless.
