I once loved this place. Don't get me wrong, the pizza is amazing but the customer service has gone down hill. The past three experiences have not been pleasant, and after the one we had today I unfortunately will be looking elsewhere. We had ordered online and my husband went to pick it up on his way home from a 14 hour shift. He went inside, gave the lady his name and she said "it's not ready yet it will be 10 more minutes." He pointed out an order that was on the shelf with our name on it and asked if she's sure that one wasn't ours and she said "no, it will be 10 more minutes with an attitude." He goes out, waits 10 minutes and goes back in. She hands the wrong order and tells him the price. He told her we already paid and that we had pizza and a salad. She asked what the name was again, he told her, then she grabs the order that was already ready on the shelf that she said wasn't ours. It would be one thing if this was one time and she was having a bad day but it's been a similar experience for the prior two visits. I hope the customer service improves because the food really is good, but I won't be paying for crappy attitudes when I can go somewhere else to get comparable food. read more

They were decent at their best, but have gotten considerably worse. Last night, we ordered a vegetarian pizza that was absolutely flavorless. Literally I've never had a pizza that bad. And no, I don't have covid-19, so my taste buds work just fine. They barely put any cheese on it, so we had to grate our own to even make it look like a pizza! They used no seasoning whatsoever, not even salt. With the amount of time we spent having to doctor this pizza, we could have made our own from scratch! I don't know if they got a new management, or cook, but whatever it is, they need to do an overhaul or they will lose a lot of customers. If you look at my other reviews, I very rarely complain. I'm not claiming to be a pizza aficionado but I have had a few pizzas in my life a little from New York a little from Chicago, out west, up north, the gulf coast, up and down the east coast in Italy and a few places I've forgotten due to my selective memory. Before Filipe sold the business I said it was the best pie around. I'm from the NY-NJ area and it was like I was back north. BUT now I'm sorry to say it has fallen to the worst pizza in town. Crust is paper thin, sauce is canned, mushrooms are from a can. the total taste reminded me of pizza I had at a friends house. I think he got it out of pizza huts dumpsters. Before we got fresh pie great sauce. I will spend the extra time to go to Flagers pizza beachside. They were number 2 before but now they are my number one place for good pie. Can't manage to deliver pizza a half mile away in under 2 hours. Then when it finally arrives, it's cold. If you can't handle the business either hire more people or cut out delivery when you can't handle the volume. It's every single time. And I'm the stupid one that keeps giving chances. Place has gone WAY downhill since new owners took over. Between the delivery nightmares, the smaller portion sizes, increased prices and overall quality of the food... It's just bad. They are open from 11am to 11pm daily, 4-9pm on Sundays so give them a call for lunch, dinner, or the munchies. This is the real deal NY style pizza and Italian kitchen. You can tell that NO CARE or PRIDE was put into the product. The Garlic and Olive Oil spaghetti was so overcooked and lame... and $7 for noodles that are fit for a Boyardee can? Shameful.
