This place is GREAT! We had Flagler Ave pizza and it was okay, but then we ordered from here and it was amazing. We just reheated the cheesey, garlic bread 4 days later and it was STILL amazing! I had the chicken parmigiana and my mom had a pepperoni pizza roll and I wish I could've had them both every higher of the week we were here. All a sudden we get an order that is raw food, had myself vomiting from a sub, French fried soggy from oil, raw chicken, chicken wings unseasoned it was awful. This is a top rated restaurant. I've been eating this food for at least 3-4 years. You can't get any better than this. I just love the Grandma Pie, it's a square pie with thin crust to die for. It's a shame, the food is good, I mean really good (minus the tuna salad sub), the owners are the nicest people ever, they are fantastic, HOWEVER, they forget something EVERY time (and the two younger females that answer the phone are heartless, incentive, and generally just sound like your bothering them personally by taking your order) . It's like clock work, we actually bet to see who's dish they will forget each time (I lost the bet last night) . Even before covid, we used to order from Filipinos once a week, once a week they would forget something, garlic knots, side salads, whole subs, the appetizers (religious with this one), condiments you pay extra for. We would call, they would send it back out 30 minutes to an hour later when we were already done or things were cold by then. So we stopped ordering as much, though something was always forgotten every time even after. We haven't had Filipinos in a while and thought it was time to give them a 50th chance. They forgot the appetizer last night, I called and asked for the manager (if you have a problem ALWAYS ask for a manager there, the woman could give a rats ass about you and it shows) they sent someone back out about 30 minutes later. By then we were done, heading to bed, again disappointed, and sadly that will be our very last time ever eating Filipinos again. To the owners, I see you have tried to make things right for other dissatisfied customers on here, it shows how great you guys are, however I have called back so many times to say things are missing and have been either given the run around or have been made to think that I'm on trial about the missing items from two (seemingly regular) female employees on the phone. While I apriciate you trying to make things right, I don't want to deal with these unhappy people you have answering the phones anymore. As for the tuna salad....... My theory is that they ran out of premade tuna salad so someone decided to just pop open a can of tuna and literally just throw it on a roll with lettuce. The entire roll was soaked in the tuna liquid from the can, the tuna was still in that cylinder for from the can, just cut in half. It was a smelly, soggy, fish mess. I ordered 3 subs and an order of 4 garlic knots, that's all. They took over an hour to deliver. one of the buffalo chicken subs had no blue cheese sauce and no buffalo sauce!! The other one had no buffalo sauce but did have the ranch. All three subs were extremely soggy and if it weren't for the fact that we were all waiting so long and starving, we would not have eaten it. They forgot to bring the garlic knots and we were so disgusted by the subs that we didn't notice it at first. They did end up coming back to give us the knots. Very disappointing. It in no way should be compared to real pizza. Extremely greasy, the crust was burnt black on the underside and lastly the hamburger on our pizza tasted like some sort of over processes fake beef. Very sad.
