Found this place as we were traveling through Redding. I really believe with some customer service training, this place could be a top place. We sat up at the bar area thinking we might get service quicker, we did not. We did get our drinks fairly quickly, however our food took forever. I ordered a cup of chili and my husband ordered a burger. After waiting for probably 45 mins. My husband asked about our order and was told that they had received a large take out order so because of this, orders for people that came to their establishment were delayed. This is totally backwards....You always take care of the patrons that walk in first. Nobody ever checked on us until we started asking about our food. I finally got my chili and my husband got his burger, but was told fries were not ready. My husband never did get his fries. The young gals working the bar counter pretty much had a ( could care less attitude ) I hope the owner sees my review as I do believe this establishment could be very good with some training. Had a reservation for 7, ordered food by 7:10, didn't get it until 8 and it was cold and soggy. The table we were sat at was very wobbly and we noticed cobwebs all over the corner we were sat in. Very disappointed as I have been here before and loved the food, the cider, the beer and the service. I don't think I with be coming back after tonight's experience. read more

I love this place. I'll keep going back, and I'll keep recommending it. I wish they were open later ... We left a Cascade Theater show at 9pm and the bar was closed, but they were still serving food ??? (couldn't buy a beer downtown to save our lives that night, so not blaming them completely). This place is great! Delicious micro brews with a great selection, and awesome pub food. The place has a great atmosphere and plenty of indoor games like cornhole and giant Jenga. Went during the Christmas Parade. The place was packed! We did locate two seats at the bar. Nathan and Nicole did an excellent job of keeping up on everyone's orders. Very pleasant and friendly service. We had flights and the beer was great. Had pretzel bites with beer cheese and a philly cheese steak sandwich which was also great. Highly recommend this brewery. Delicious apps. Tasty burgers. I liked the blueberry cider.

I was amazed how good everything was. The homemade kettle chips are really tasty. The onion rings are excellent and this may be the best burger I've ever eaten in Redding in 20 years. Get the burger medium rare. It's juicy with good beef. The bun is the best bun I've had. The slightly spicy raspberry sauce was an unexpected bonus. The sauce really tied in well to the burger. Took about 15 minutes to come out and that's reasonable. I had a pint of the pilsner which had a great flavor. I'm not a beer connoisseur but I know what I like. I had a taster of the pale ale which I really liked as well and one of the Munich stout and was surprised how much I liked it as I don't like stouts as a rule. Our server was Tag and she was great and very knowledgeable. I love the big open feel of the room, the outdoor option, the industrial feel and seeing the beer brewing area. There was about 8 beers on tap and about 8 ready to rotate in to the taps. This is still new and they've already got a winner. read more

My son and I started going to Final Draft for our weekend out to eat. We do this every other week. We love the environment, the food is great, and the beer is excellent (he doesn't drink haha). Something that has really stuck out is that the staff is awesome, from the managers to the servers to the hostess. Even on nights when things don't go as planned they are very graceful. Peanut butter wings are SO good. Like I do it understand why these are delicious but YUM!! Also very good cold brew on draft and even have kumbatcha? (Spelling) on draft that was also amazing. Highly recommend. I will say that it would be awesome if they have TVS. If they had TVS we would def be in here on Sunday's. read more

Went in on Friday evening for some dinner and brews with 8 friends. We sat down and the guy took our drink order. Then we didn't see him for about 15 minutes. Finally got to order, didn't get our food for another 20 minutes. Food was horrible, you could make the same thing at home for way less, fries were ice cold like they had been sitting out forever, then the worst part....we were never checked on, we had to flag down our waiter 3 times for things we needed, never got asked if we needed refills on drinks or if we needed anything. After finishing our food we didn't see him for 45 minutes. At this point we were furious. We had to get up and find him for our check which took him another 15 mins to bring to us. I was so upset I used the timer on my phone to see how long it would take him to bring our change/debit cards back to the table, 13 minutes later. We never got an apology or anything. Haven't had this bad of services in years. The 8 of us won't be back. read more

My wife and i have been there many times and have loved it! Their beers are great and their food was phenomenal, until recently . Loved their Ahi tuna burger, then they made it so very spicy that it was painful, asked for the sauce on the side, it was on the burger again and the tuna cold, sigh... they comped the meal, but the dinner was ruined that night. They dropped the quality of an excellent entrée then in response dropped it. The skewered beef with the risotto had the most wonderfully cooked creamy risotto, loved it! Now they replaced the risotto with long grain rice, in a cream sauce and covered it with cheese topped with vinaigrette. It was clumpy, cold, and barely passable, sigh. My wife loved the portobello mushroom burger, now its dropped from the menu. You have a great location and great staff. First and only time trying this place tonight . After waiting for quite some time to get our food my chicken strips were burned and my sister ends up with 3 hairs in her food . They did not charge us for the food but that's not was I was looking for just wanted to get some food and try some place new . The only thing worth eating were the French fries . read more

Appetizers are meh. Wings are super good, nachos look like they have artificial cheese, and finally the pretzel bites - you get a good amount and the beer cheese is good the one downside is that the pretzels look like they come from Costco. Beer is awesome and they also have a diverse selection. Service was superb. read more

The food is good, I really enjoyed the Jefferson State burger. The chicken club sandwich was good, but the onion rings came out cold. They said they were going to bring him new ones and they still haven't come out and it's been 30 minutes. It took them 45 minutes to bring the food out in the first place. The waitress was nice but timing and customer service was terrible. If time isn't an issue for you then come here. Oh and our server brought out the wrong ticket. Not their best day. read more

I love this place. We always Sit at the Bar. The food is So Good. So many great appetizers it's hard to even get an entree sometimes. Great new brewery downtown, the beers are great! I recommend the Passive aggressive IPA and the fish and chips. The owners are great and always out on the floor checking on the patrons. The decor is perfect with an industrial flare, they also have 2 indoor corn hole courts. I'm definitely going back! read more

If I could give a Zero I would. This is the second time that we have come here and waited over 20 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement. After the first time we thought we wouldn't come back, but today we decided to give them another chance. The service sucks! After being sat at a table, we watched the staff walk around and talk to each other, not once did anyone say "we will be right with". Absolutely love this place. Had my hubby's birthday here after we visited the night before. A Beetle's band was playing and the music was great. Food was adequate but a cut above from most the local fare here. I was surprised they do not make their own salad dressings and other few details should improve the dining experience over time. Definitely try the fish and chips, burgers, and onion rings. This brewery is definitely the spot for hipsters to gather. My attentive server was determined I was going to find a beer to enjoy. I tend to gravitate towards a pale, lighter fruit infused brew so the Mimosa seemed to fit my craving perfectly. Introduced myself to the owner to see if the band could sing a birthday song but it felt awkward with him directing me to the band who was in a set. As a past entertainment manager and PR Specialist , I would have been all over making someone's special event memorable and develop future loyalty. Nevertheless, we will go back for the ambience and grateful to do so . Finally, Redding is getting entertainment. read more

This brewery is great! Service, beer and food is outstanding. You can order a flight of beer here if you're sure not what to get. My favorite dish is the chicken with peanut butter glaze! If you like beer and great food this is the place to be. My favorite ale is the Julie Brown ale. My wife really enjoyed the Pitchfork Pear Cider, the Yoga Pants (French saison) and the IHA Oktoberfest. Super fun place. We also ate the beer cheese pretzel bites and the Cowboy corn fritters. Last time I am going there. Honestly beer is beer and if you look at a few brew pubs you will find virtually the same flavor...and let's face it, the beer tastes better if your hefty size server doesn't act like a female canine. If you know the one I'm talking about she should put a hog ring through her septal piercing. Why? SHE IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE. Customer friendly? NOT. So, I will go elsewhere so my group and I aren't treated poorly for asking for separate bills, for asking a clarifying question regarding a menu item, for asking for another fork because one was dropped. I'm very impressed by this place. I was expecting the beer to be excellent, and it was. Craft beer is so popular, and with thousands of homebrewers making beer just as good as the breweries, (which is how just about everybody starts out in brewing)you just expect excellent beer. These guys deliver. I love the layout with the fermenters right there before your eyes. Servers were very friendly and attentive. Beers, as I said, were first class. They produced a different beer for each day of Redding beer week, and they were all excellent(I had 4 ounce samples of each). I'd like to see an imperial stout added to the list sometime. My burger was as good as any I've ever had, and overall the food is just as good(if not better) as any I've had at Sierra Nevada or Russian River., or any other brewery. We've been to Final Draft three times since it has opened and have really enjoyed it each time. The chicken salad, beef burger, and ice cream with bacon berry jam have been top notch. Great prices with large servings. The patio is great. Love the atmosphere and staff. The owner Tina is very friendly and went out of her way to talk to us about the beer and future plans. We are glad that they are serving Mosely Wine and now Dakaro Wine from Whitmore. It is nice to have a place to walk to from our house near downtown. read more

We had a really great dinner experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the kids enjoyed dancing around and playing corn hole while we waited for our food and the food was amazing! I got the a brewmaster burger (cheese, lettuce, avocado, beer bacon raspberry jam and aioli) with garlic fries and nearly licked my plate. My 7 year old said it was the best grilled cheese he's ever had. I also had the strawberry mint kombucha and it was very refreshing, with just a hint of mint in the finish. We will definitely be going back so I can try the rest of the menu. The beer battered onion ring on my dad's burger (the Jefferson with cheese, bacon, onion ring BBQ sauce) was one of the best onion rings I've ever had. My sister asked for a burger patty and let the waitress know she was gluten and dairy intolerant and she let us know they had a gluten free bun, my niece loved her gluten free burger too! read more
