    BBQ Brisket Burger

Very nice outdoor patio, quick and good service with a nice selection of beverages and food. We had a late lunch. The brisket burger was phenomenal. I would say you can't go wrong ordering anything with brisket here - smoked in house, sliced thin and deliciously tender. The peach salad was refreshing with fresh beets, feta crumbles, grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, red onion and scant pecans. I think the peaches were frozen - they came on the salad grilled and I didn't care for the ginger dressing.

Huge indoor space but we opted for the patio on this lovely day. Our waiter Isaiah was very attentive and service was quick. The Ahi burger was fresh and delicious and the tacos hit the spot. Great selection of locally brewed beer. Nice pit stop for a road trip.

We stopped at Final Draft Brewing Company for lunch during our long drive. Unfortunately, it fell short for me! On a Sunday afternoon, they weren't busy at all. The interior was very spacious and had an industrial vibe. They also had an outdoor seating area, which didn't look as cute. I skipped the beer, although two of my friends said theirs were great. The food was the real letdown, considering the menu sounded awesome. We got two orders of Mac & Cheese Bites to share between the four of us, and these were the best item of the bunch. I will say, some pieces just tasted like deep-fried gooey cheese, no actual macaroni. But I really enjoyed the spicy ranch dipping sauce. My friends ordered the Fish Tacos to share, and these were really not great. They said the fish tasted like it was past its prime. I shared the Harvest Salad and the Brisket Sliders. The salad was very mediocre and the chicken in it was super bland and dry. The texture of the squash was also off. The Brisket Sliders were okay, but also not amazing - oddly too much sweetness. Service was friendly and quick, but overall I wasn't a fan of this meal.

Downtown Redding honestly surprised me, it's super walkable, full of bike lanes, and everyone's cruising around on their e-bikes looking happy. The weather was perfect when we went, not too hot and not too cold, so walking over to The Final Draft Brewery felt like the perfect way to enjoy the evening. The vibe here is exactly what you want from a local brewery: relaxed, fun, and full of good energy. The music was a mix of late 90s/early 2000s hits, which totally set the tone for a happy night out. We each tried a couple of beers...I went with the Miso Blonde and the Hailey Comet, and both were delicious, smooth, and super refreshing. For dinner, I had the Showstopper Beyond Burger, it was perfectly cooked, layered with chipotle aioli, jalapeño aioli, and pepper jack cheese, just the right amount of spicy kick. I highly recommend it. Service was excellent! our server was attentive and friendly, and both food and drinks came out quickly. That always makes such a difference. Overall, Final Draft Brewery delivered on all fronts: great beers, tasty food, fast and friendly service, and a vibe that makes you want to stay for another round. With so many restaurants around, we're so glad we picked this one, it did not disappoint. We'll definitely be back!

Was in the area and they have a great selection of beer. We arrived around noon and a few tables were taken but no one was sitting at the bar. There is a lot of seating both inside and outside. We both ordered flights since we hadn't had their beer lately. I enjoy sours and they have a good amount to try. We ordered the Brisket Sliders and the Fried Green Beans. The food came out pretty quickly. Both were tasty but the sliders were messy (expected of course). You will need lots of napkins. Staff were nice and were very busy. There are many TVs available to watch sports.

Very inviting establishment. Love it when the brew equipment is on full display. Great selection of beer on tap. Beer flights available and they have growlers to go as well. The food was fantastic! Service was spot on.

They have a great variety of beer! And not just IPA/Hazy lol I had the blackberry blonde, true blood (blood orange), blueberry cider (it kinda taste like wine), and the goin' nutz stout. You can really taste the flavors without a hard imagination. The peanut butter jelly burger caught my attention and I just had to get it. And I was right, it was so yummy. It came with a side of your choice, I picked the curly potato wedges. The dipping sauce was so good as well. Great experience, would love to come back and try more beer. We also took home some 4-pack with us, including their special anniversary brew. Also, they had sufficient AC.

Friendly service. Casual atmosphere. Tasty food. Lots of options for beer drinkers. We were on our way to Mount Shasta and found this place as our stop for lunch. It was pretty full considering it was just a Monday afternoon so that's always a good sign. Plenty of TVs if you wanna catch a game, lots of bar seating and very open space for tables. Lots of options in the menu! Hubby ordered the special which was fish tacos and I got a southwest chicken sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich had all my favorite flavors and those onion rings were perfection. Not greasy, definite, onion flavor, not mushy. Yum! After tasting a few options, we landed on Your Mom's a Hazy IPA. Fun place to visit when in Redding.

Crazy Pills pilsner and red raspberry kombucha

We came here on a Sunday evening and it was pretty empty. The space is big so even when it is full, it will not feel cramped up. There is indoor and patio seating. We sat indoors. We ordered the Crazy Pills pilsner and the Red raspberry kombucha. We got an order of chicken wings with honey BBQ sauce to share. The pilsner was ok. The kombucha was excellent but from a can! If I can buy some of it online, I plan to. The wings were decent with lots of sauce and a well-cooked chicken. They had a baseball game on their monitors so we had fun grabbing drinks, eating and watching the game. Our server was friendly and prompt with suggestions. Good experience overall. They have a good list of beers and also some wines so there is a little something for everyone.

Stopped in on a road trip so was looking for a place to relax. Opted for the Jefferson Bacon burger with onion rings. The burger is thick and juicy and cooked perfectly. Brilee was our server and was perfect. I don't think I've ever seen a server with such a sense of urgency to make sure you had everything you needed. It was a very good choice for our break from the road. Would definitely recommend.

    Brisket French Dip

One of my favorite breweries in the Redding area! Went for brunch earlier in the day, and then ended up going again to dinner later on. Brunch is offered on the weekend starting at 11 a.m., small menu but good options. The chicken and waffles was absolutely delicious, and likewise with the French Dip, highly recommend both. Service is typically great and the brewery itself is nicely maintained, clean and has a nice vibe. Stop by to try!

    More bathroom grime
    Meagan F.

Food and service was great, but I seriously question cleanliness. The bathroom is disgusting and makes me seriously question the cleanliness of the kitchen. If you can't clean the bathroom, how clean is the kitchen? Clearly there is grime built up over a long period of time in the bathroom - not to mention it smelled strong of chemical/deodorant. Bottom line, the bathroom is gross and I hope the kitchen is clean.

Final Draft hits all the notes for me. - Extensive tap list with many varieties of beer. - Fish tacos are excellent; we had both grilled and fried. - Top tier service - Many seating options, including a very sittable bar - The only negative is the way too small restrooms given the capacity of the pub. Plan accordingly.

The burrito was solid, but I'd HIGHLY recommend getting the breakfast tacos. Those were hella bomb. We also go the panko french toast, which I thought was decent. It was nothing special, just your standard french toast with panko breading, but still yummy. We went here on a Sunday morning around 1030ish and while it was a bit busy, definitely wasn't overcrowded and they had no problem with seating us promptly. There's plenty of parking as well, so that wasn't an issue. I'll definitely plan on coming back if I'm ever in the Redding area and wanting breakfast/brunch.

When asking if they use tamari or gluten free soy sauce, she said she wasn't sure and pointed to a list of salad dressing options that were marked. Not their rice bowls toppings - heads up- it's regular soy sauce. Also since I was asking all the gluten free questions, it would have been nice to be informed that the tacos were also served on flour tortillas. Not the cashier or the menu indicated this. Luckily I do not have a severe allergy, or I'd be furious. Obviously this place is a bakery, so there's gluten everywhere. I'm not mad, honestly. Just a little disappointed. Any information is best. I got the chimichurri steak tacos, which are covered in chipotle aioli - I'd honestly rename them to be chipotle steak tacos. Get zero chimichurri, the aioli completely takes over. I do like the steak isn't tough though, so still get some points for the attempt. For me, and my gluten sensitivity, probably won't be back since there aren't many options that are actually gluten free.

When the po' boy came out, we thought it was burnt! We didn't know the catfish will be blackened by default. We thought it will be fried since it is a po' boy. The options can be blackened or fried based on the menu online. We were not given those options by our server. They brought out the food but didnt provide utensils until minutes later. Fried green tomatoes: It was good. Fried perfectly. The dressing that was tossed with the side salad was super salty. Catfish po' boy: Fish was tender but super salty as well. Fried chicken sandwich: Pretty good sandwich. Chicken was huge. The fries was so soggy, not crispy at all. Also very greasy. We were a bit disappointed as we drove out of our way to try this place. Nice ambiance though. I felt I was a bit underdressed lol
