This place sucks! They're rude & not consistent with their work. Nails don't last. Never went back.

THIS PLACE IS A LOCAL HIDDEN GEM! Way better than the place across the street! Wow everyone is so friendly here! It was my first time coming and it was lovely! Rosie didn't my toes and it was amazing! Easily the best pedicure I've had in a year. My friend and I missed our monthly pedicure date so I came and tried this place by myself. I've been seeing Jackie for well over 10 years, and I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else. Her work is always beautiful, clean, and consistent, and she truly takes her time and cares about the results. Literally the worst nails I have ever gotten. Asked for tapered square acrylics and I can't even describe what I got. They are incredibly thick, uneven, and inconsistently shaped (none of which are the shape even close to the reference photo I provided). Not to mention one of my nails is completely sideways?? Had an ingrown nail and was fine before my initial walk in---they picked at it during my PEDI, and I did momentarily yelp since I felt it be painful, the lady doing my nail stopped picking at it after I made it obvious that was uncomfortable for me. It is inflamed now and red purple, and it's been 2 days. A little concerned. AMAZING! I came in as a walk in right when they opened. The ladies were so sweet and welcoming as I told them I wasn't from this area. They were able to fix my eyebrows as well as provide a phenomenal gel x manicure. Service was 10/10! I told my nail specialist that my phone was dying and she got a charger for me :) I love my nails. This is the WORST nail salon I've ever been to! I've been cut multiple times here, screamed at by one of the "ladies", left with laughable nails countless times. I have been going to Final Touch Nails for some time, but just recently I was taken back by their dishonesty!! If you pay with a card, BEWARE! I gave a $5 tip for a basic service and they changed the tip to $10 on the credit receipt. I only saw this when I looked at my account later online. Very disappointing! I have gone here for many years. Anthony is the only one that knows what he is doing. I went without an appointment and asked for a pedicure. A woman on the phone motioned for me to sit down. The water was too hot and almost overflowed. While still on the phone, I pointed out that I had a lot of pain on my toe, caused by my previous visit. That is a completely different review. I asked her to please be careful. It was tender and extremely uncomfortable. I was hopeful as I had been coming here for years. She was short, rude, and uncaring. I pointed again to my toe that was in pain. She rolled her eyes, said something that I did not understand and started to take off my nail polish. She asked if I wanted my nails shorter and I said yes but reminded her of the pain I was in. She continued to talk on the phone and pushed down so hard on my toe with clippers that she cut my toe and caused it to bleed. My toe hurt so bad before I went in, which is why I mentioned it to her twice, and as she continued to push, I started to cry. I asked her to stop, while she was still talking on her phone, and told her that I was going to cancel my pedicure. I asked for a towel to dry my feet off so I could put my shoes on and leave. She walked away, no towel, and started talking very loudly in Vietnamese...I'm not sure why was said. I put on my shoes, with wet feet, and walked out the door in tears, embarrassed, humiliated, and in so much pain. Anthony came after me and tried to make up for the pain I was in. He convinced me To come Back, which I did, and finished my pedicure. Four days later, I cannot put on shoes, I can't put my foot under a blanket and it continues to bleed. They requested full price, which I paid, because I am stupid but did call them that evening after they were closed and asked for a phone call back as well as a refund, even a partial one . Nothing. I cannot wear shoes, I cannot sleep, and I am fearful that my toe is infected. I have waited three days to write this yelp review. It is affecting my livelihood and quality of life. Avoid this place. Came to the salon, with an appointment, for 6 women, for manicures and pedicures. They didnt have enough staff for all of us. A few of us had to sit in the pedicure chairs for at least 20 mins until being helped. They didnt soak my nails in a bowl of water to soften my cuticles, only used cuticle cream, and it doesn't even look like my cuticles were touched. The gel by my cuticles, on multiple fingers and toes, are jagged and uneven. My sister-in-law got the same manicure/pedicure combo I did, #3, yet she didn't get any paraffin wax or hot towels, on either her hands or feet. While my sister-in-law was getting her cuticles cleaned up on her toes, she was nicked 4 times and was bleeding. We were there for my mom's birthday, so at least she had a good time. I even came to Final Touch the day before my wedding and had a great experience. So very disappointed read more

Came here about 2 days ago and the place was not busy. I asked for a pedicure and a new set. The new set was horrible. First time coming here. I arrived and they haven't started my new set until my pedicure was done. I was here for more than and hour and a half. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and for the opposite. Gone to this place for over 2 years, it's typically my last resort in case of emergency. I've gone enough to know the work is fairly inconsistent. The last time I went I got the yellow set of nails, walked out and it broke 30 min later. I came back and they did fix it for free the next morning. However I went today and I can say they lack on the detail. I wanted it short because I'm in school and she told me they were short enough and wouldn't cut it down anymore. My pinky nail is clearly crooked and I tried to show her. The paint has air bubbles in it and is lacking some paint in certain areas. There's a bulge of paint on my right hand that changes the nail shape. My biggest pet peeve is the filing of the nail after the paint is already on because it gets stuck in the paint. read more

Wow I don't think I have ever been more disappointed in a nail place!!! For $73 I got the WORST DIP job and GEL ALL OVER MY TOES & CUTICLES!!! When I walked in I had a bad feeling, the salon itself is not up to pare for their high prices. My boss gave me $75 gift card to this salon so of course I was going to try it out. I kept trying to explain I have a big cut on the back of my foot but I desperately needed a GEL color change on my toes. The lady said they would put the water low, I was fine with everything until the guy started painting my toes. He did NOT cut my cuticles and when I asked him to take out my ingrown he said "you have no ingrown" and continued painting. I told him to clean up the paint job and he dug he nails on the sides of my nails to "clean it up". I told the girl who was doing the dip on my nails to look at my crappy toes and she told the guy something but he got bothered!!! ANY OTHER SALON IVE BEEN TO ALWAYS, ALWAYS GOES WITH A SMALL BRUSH & NAIL POLISH REMOVER TO MAKE SURE THE GEL POLISH IS NEAT & CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get my nails done every 4-6 weeks, I take very good care of them. When I went in ALL my finger nails were the same length, the manicurist even commented "how pretty my nails are". This nail salon is really clean and the staff is very nice. They have newer chairs that have really strong massage options which is nice when you have a sore back. My acrylic nails were done very well and the gal that did them made sure to get right up next to my cuticle ....more time between fills :) There are a lot of color options to chose from wether you are getting a regular polish mani or gel. I havent had acrylic nails on in a long time but the other day I was feelin it. They look great and I can tell that the powder they use is not the cheap stuff that lifts, my nails are over three weeks old and still look good. WORD! read more

Don't get acrylics done here. They over charge and your nail will crack or break the next day or two. I've had my nails this length and style (long pointy stilettos) for 5 years and never had this happen to me. I gave them another chance and thought it was the nail tech, but nope, they just use crappy product. They also charge an extra $3-5 for coffin or stilettos. I'm use to getting a fill every 3-4 weeks and after 2 weeks of Final Touch, I already need a fill with broken/cracked nails. I've had 3 of my friends have this happen to them. Ridiculous.
