They are extremely detail oriented no matter how busy it is which I really appreciate as others salons usually rush when there are other customers. They have on occasion stayed open later to accommodate me which has made me feel they really care about their customers. Their pricing is also so great and fair! I always leave satisfied. My daughter and I came in to get our nails done, I wanted something natural so I asked for gel nails & my daughter nail dip removal. I didn't get the name of the girls who attended us but the job that they did was horrible! My gel nails were lumpy, bumpy gritty and so uneven, and on top of that my pinky has cuts from the dremel tool used. As for my daughter the nail tech tried removing her nail dip with an acrylic nail digging and ripping the powder dip from her nail! She kept telling the nail teach to soak her nails with acetone and wrapping it with aluminum foil and the nail tech said that would take longer! I DO NOT recommend this place!! read more

The salon is clean and the ladies working were all very nice, but 2 stars because I got dip nails and within 2 days 5 of my nails were chipped. Not small chips, the corner of the nails have all come off causing me to scratch things and snag multiple sweaters. I've had my nails done for 1 week, today, and 9 nails are chipped. Even though this salon is so close to me I can't say I would go back for dip. I will take the drive to the salon I've been going to bc the dip lasts a solid 3 weeks. read more

Stopped by for a basic regular ol manicure a little after they opened today and do not regret coming by. I've been to a lot of nail service places over the years and this one was comfortable, relaxed, and clean. Simple layout, average color selection (I brought my own), smaller sized shop but it was not busy when I went so I was taken care of as soon as I walked in. My manicurist, Lisa, was notably careful and precise in taking care of my nails even though this was just a regular manicure and no gel or anything. I really appreciated her taking the extra time to make sure my nails looked awesome because you really don't always get that kind of service at these places. I'm not picky if I don't, but when I do it's worth me taking the time to leave a review. The other women there were very nice and complimented my nails, I felt welcome there even though usually as a guy in nail Salons I don't always get a good reception haha. They were totally chill and even suggested I come get a pedicure next time -- I very well might! This was the worst manicure I have ever had. She didn't get all the shellac off my nails despite filing right on the nail bed. Then she just painted over the leftover shellac. The shape of the filing is not even and she didn't even buff the nail bed so they're still rough from the filing. Lastly, she didn't dry the nails in between coats and just did one coat of polish. I am not exaggerating that I could have done a better job myself at home. They look awful and I got them done for the holidays so I'm really disappointed. read more

Very nice BUT the nails were horrible. Asked for dip powder and she seemed very confused on the steps and my nails looked very clumpy (probably because she was on her phone a lot) she was looking around a lot even while filing my nails and kept asking if they looked okay and when I'd point something out would insist she's not done and kept trying to fix them, shape was not at all what I wanted keep in mind I already had shape from my previous nails that I was happy with and had only asked for a light file but since my nails looked so different after she vigorously dipped my nails in the powder, she was trying to fix them. My first time there and I wouldn't go back. Way over priced and spent 3 hours there for a pretty disappointing outcome of a fill. This place is so convenient for me as my daughter has dance class next door and I love to pop in and get a pedi while I wait for her so it's a shame that I have to post this! I'm getting a pedicure and I see the "cheese grater" tool (for lack of a better word??) sitting on the cart full of someone else's sloughed off skin. Nasty. Then it comes my turn for the callus removal treatment and I'm thinking to myself.. there's no way she's gonna use that same thing on me!!! She sees me eyeing it so she brings it over to the sink and rinses it off with cold water (no soap!!) and brings it back to use on me!!!! When I asked her if the tool was freshly sanitized she didn't seem to understand my question. I told her not to use it on me and I won't be back!!! I sincerely doubt they sanitize any of their tools properly!!!! read more

My appointment was at 4:00 pm. I was asked to sit and wait in the massage chair for 40 minutes....not even soaking until I asked for the water 30 minutes later. She (Tammy) took 40 min to finish the pedicure of the lady sitting next to me which indicated that she double booked or just totally ignored my appt. and took her instead. Tammy cut my toe nails way too short , the polish looks caked on as if the polish was too thick and she was done in 20 minutes! I'll never go back there again. So unprofessional!!! Ugh! I basically paid for a spa pedi, but got little more than a polish change. She did NOT exfoliate my feet after I declined the upsell extras. I had an appointment for a mani and pedi, and only received the pedi. Might as well have had no reservation at all--they seemed so discombobulated when we arrived. I hate to say it, but I think the language barrier was too big...I don't think they understood half of what I said, hence the confusion. If you don't pay for the 15 minute massage, you don't get much of a massage as part of the standard pedi. Also, I brought my 4.5 year old for a kids pedi ($15...not so great a deal), and the male technician honestly seemed irritated to be assigned to her. She was not being naughty at all, either. He was highly unpleasant...so uncalled for considering the kids pedi takes half the time and costs nearly as much as the regular pedi. I feel like I wasted $45....I've got fresh polish on otherwise unimproved feet. read more
